I love Club Pilates. I'm almost 100 classes in, and it's been a great journey so far. I'm dealing with on/off knee surgeries and rehab, and Pilates has been great for my recovery. The staff is super respectful, attentive, and always modifies exercises that my knee can't handle. I've been a member of Club Pilates since this location opened a couple of years ago and couldn't be happier. It suits my fickle nature so if I feel like taking an intermediate 1.5 class or calming Balanced Body class, I can find one. Their 12 hour cancellation without penalty policy is one of the least rigid I've encountered. Most studios require 24 hour notice. Beyond that, the reformers are kept in great condition, and the space has such a nice vibe. Everyone is very welcoming. The instructors seem to have eyes in the back of their heads because they are always watching, correcting and giving modifications. The level of experience and dedication comes through in every class. I'm so happy to have found a "home studio" here and can't recommend this location enough. read more

They have an intro class to familiarize yourself the equipment, I registered attended once, 3 mins before the start, the receptionist was in the restroom and returned at 11:02 and didn't let me in, though it was her fault not to be at the desk. I was frustrated and angry as I walked there for 15 mins. Weeks later I decided to give it another try, came, the new receptionist asked me to show my socks, I was supposed to have socks with grips, I took off my shoe and showed it, it met the requirements, it was with grips, not to slip, she wanted to sell socks costing $16-20usd with ugly colors that I didn't like. I refused to buy and she did not let me in. Quickly said I cannot join the intro class and wished me a good day in 2 seconds, real quick. This is seriously ridiculous. I'm definitely not going to go with them, they lost their potential client because of the attitude they had! read more

I have enjoyed my visits to Club Pilates Burbank and will continue going. The equipment is in great shape and that is important. My issue is the two tiny sheets of not so moist wipes that they give you at the end of each session to wipe down every piece of equipment that you used. I don't think I it is adequate. Recently I acquired influenza A and was fairly sick. It could be that it came from inadequate wipe downs. Just an observation. I have some great teachers who are happy to challenge me when I want it and have helped me recuperate through a recent frozen shoulder. Fantastic Pilates studios with an excellent layout and excellent instructors. I've been going there for six months now and I've enjoyed the experience. Initially, I was skeptical about booking classes because of the waitlists, but Ren reassured me to trust the process, and she was right! I got into my first class, and it was an amazing experience. Since joining, I've interacted with all the front desk staff, and they're always sweet and helpful. When I first started, they patiently helped me navigate the app a few times, which I appreciated. Deanna, the manager, is wonderful. She is kind, attentive, and truly committed to the members' well-being. I've read reviews that say if you need anything, Deanna will take care of you, and it's so true. You can tell the studio is in good hands the moment you walk in, the energy is great. Each instructor brings their unique style to classes, and I love how this studio welcomes everyone, regardless of body type.
