Excellent staff, however the higher ups don't care enough about 1.0 members to schedule classes during the popular times. At least we used to have a 7 AM option on Mondays now they've pushed their 1.0 to 6 AM. Super frustrating to see their higher level 7 AM class with seven openings and their 9 AM class with seven open reformer while we remain on a very low scheduling, priority. Club Pilates management does not care about their 1.0 who work. Buyer beware!! read more

My initial class went so well I became a member! Take advantage of the free first class! The instructors speak clearly and assist as needed to make sure you're understanding and performing well. This place feels like home! Siobhan is the sweetest and greets you warmly every time. She is also an excellent teacher. I also adore Olivia and find her absolutely delightful. Ab exercises are even more fun when you are cracking up while doing them:) I never thought I would actually enjoy exercise, but I now go to classes at this location several times a week and have made so much progress since the fall. I am so far LOVING my experience here! My pilates journey started with a girlfriend when we decided to try an intro class in West Loop. We were curious about the workout itself and heard so many positives that we said - why not try a free 30min class (I believe all studios have this option). We ended the 30min feeling good about it but West Loop is not close to us so we weren't too interested in the drive. I honestly think it was meant to be because they let us know about South Loop opening and that there were discounts and THAT was all we needed to hear! I was lucky enough to catch the great sale they were having for grand opening. This was back at the end of January. We were told the studio would open in March, but didn't until May. No biggie cause construction is uncontrollable, but I was just eager to start! Haha I've been coming here for 3 weeks so far and feel and see a difference already! I am loving this transformation - ESPECIALLY the way my body is feeling. I feel flexible, less achy, limber, light, *insert other feel good words*! Lol The instructors are quite friendly and some of them have taken the time to really remember names which I personally appreciate. I am excited to see where i'll be after 3 months! read more

Just forewarning everyone prior to signing up for this studio. They currently have waitlist which is impossible to get into. I've been a part of the studio for about two weeks. I have only attended 3 classes due to the unavailability of the waitlist system they did not fix the issue prior to getting members to sign up. If you wanna waste money $259 a month and not be able to work out this is definitely your studio. UPDATE: it's been a week since my post above (from Google). Been waitlisted in every class always #1 on the wait list but never actually get into a class. Like today May 29th. It's like toxic relationship you're waiting by your phone refreshing to see if you can get into the class. June 8th will be my 1 month since I've attended 3 classes due to the poor waitlist system. Please be advise before dropping money at this studio which a total scam. You are not getting your unlimited money worth. read more

I joined Club Pilates at the start of 2024 and I never expected I would be so incredibly happy with the results of working out here! I am a true fitness hater, I would rather do *anything else* than go to the gym or workout, but CP is actually something that I look forward to now! I attend multiple classes a week with my unlimited membership, making the cost incredibly worth it for the equipment I get to use, the awesome instructors I get to work with, and the insane results I've already seen in my body after a few months. Club Pilates in the South Loop is a wonderful place for anyone interested in Pilates!! As a dancer, the training here has significantly improved my performance and alignment. I absolutely love this studio! The staff and instructors are always so kind and professional. I am fairly new to Pilates and have been attending classes weekly since February. I've already noticed more strength, flexibility, and overall wellness since I've joined the studio. I especially enjoy Adanna's classes and really appreciate how knowledgeable, engaged and structured she is. I also really like Dana's classes and her attentiveness throughout the workout. This studio has been fantastic to work with. Clean, great instructors, helpful front desk. Worked out here through pregnancy and then post partum so had to put membership on hold for delivery, then changed my frequency etc and they were always extremely easy to work with. When I wanted to lower membership since too busy with mom stuff that we're very helpful instead of annoying me and trying to talk me into saying at a higher rate. I felt their cancellation policies were transparent and easy to work through. Some personal favorite instructors for me are Sarah is so knowledgeable, Alonza who pushes you but also makes an effort to provide needed modifications, and Olivia who is really fun and entertaining. It is primarily street parking, I usually had a pretty easy time finding parking in front. Occasionally on a nice Saturday would have to go a block away . read more

When I relocated to Chicago in 2021 it took some time for me to find a gym with affordable reformer pilates. I do the 4-classes per month pass and I am always able to find classes that fit with my work schedule. Club Pilates has been a safe space for me since I joined over a year ago. I always look forward to my sessions at the South Loop studio. It is my "me time". The South Loop studio location is perfect for me (walking distance from home/lots of other businesses in close proximity), the class sizes are small, all types of bodies are represented, and the energy of the space is warm/kind/not pretentious. I typically sign up for the intermediate level 1.5 classes which offers the right amount of challenge (resistance and endurance), and flow (stretch). I've found that the secret is to find instructors that fit your personal learning style. I've personally enjoyed Adanna , Molly , Jen... I have the 4-classes per month membership package. I schedule far in advance to get my preferred timeslots. Classes fill up fast but I still join the waistlist and mostly get in with decent notice(via app+text). Asides from a bit of small talk with the instructors/front desk staff, there really isn't much interaction with other students, but somehow, it still feels like a community. We "do life together" with an unspoken but shared sensibility. For the past year, I've had Pilates once a week on my active rest day, between my gym strength training sessions. It recruits a different mental and physical muscle. It is a great addition to my holistic wellbeing journey. It makes me feel balanced + confident. It's such a privilege to shut the world out for 50mins to focus on myself with minimal distraction. Highly recommend. read more

The best workout studio in the South Loop and Chicago overall for Pilates! I started coming to this studio a year ago and it was the best investment in myself. Such a clean studio but also the instructors and staff are SO sweet and helpful. If you're nervous or hesitant for not having any Pilates experience, don't worry, everyone is here to support you. 10/10 recommend. This studio made an out-of-state transplant feel at home. I'd been doing CP in Austin for a year and recently moved to Chicago. It was a moving requirement that I be within walking distance of a studio. It hasn't disappointed! Every instructor (I've met 6) has been fantastic. Great convenient location and clean studio. The staff is super nice and helpful and the instructors classes are all different so you really get a versatile workout. The only thing is that the equipment might need some updated specifically the tape on the ropes and the hand weights. I truly enjoyed my experience at this Club Pilates. I was new to Pilates but this place converted me to a Pilates fan and made me look forward to going multiple times a week! They have such a variety of class times so it was easy to book a class early before work or after. The instructors were great across the board. I coincidentally stumbled across club Pilates when I searched Pilates south loop about two months before they opened. During that time, I joined with an unlimited membership at a discounted rate and ever since then I have enjoyed every single class. I have yet to find an instructor that I don't like, but special shout out to Alison, Allison L, Sarah, Molly, Ashley, and Olivia! Thankfully, when I joined, I was able to prebook all 15 of my classes and have been on top of prebooking all of my classes. I rarely use the waitlist, because I always book my classes weeks to months in advance so that my spot in class is secured. They have a wide variety of classes, like Center and Balance, Flow 1, Flow 2, and Flow 2.5, and Pilates Fusion Barre classes. I love the variety of different classes and every class if so different. I'm so glad I started my Pilates journey and only after a few classes I could really feel the difference in my body. If you are considering trying Pilates I would highly recommend trying Club Pilates in South Loop! read more
