It's good if you can go to classes in the middle of the day but evening classes are limited and impossible to schedule unless you schedule weeks in advance. Unfortunately, with my work schedule, I can only schedule a few days in advance and classes were always full. When I signed up I was told that I would be billed once I took my first class. Since I had a gift card, I was okay with this because I didn't want my GC to go to waste. I tried repeatedly to sign up for classes but could never schedule classes; after a month of being unable to schedule classes, they charged me the membership and I used up my gift card without being able to attend 1 class. There was no flexibility on their part, my gift card was billed and I didn't take one class! read more

The ambience is welcoming every single women that go there are amazing and friendly is like a village of strong encouraging women and that's amazing . I'm a high school teacher and wanted to give a few of my students who were leaving to college for the summer a graduation gift. These girls have been focused on their wellness-- both mental and physical-- throughout a very difficult school year and this seemed fitting. I requested that a set number of reformers be reserved for a Center and Balance class with Lorin at 9:30 a.m. They were so accommodating in the planning and even offered a group discount as a gift to me, really, since I was paying lol. And when we finished, they gave them a little graduation gift with Club Pilates merch. I have been to a couple of CP studios and I can promise you that no other studio has this genuine kindness and attention to detail. They are great! read more

The worst Club Pilates studio I have EVER been to!! Having the passport membership I have been to studios all over the country and I can confirm this is the absolute worst one. Since Matthew left this place has completely fallen apart. The one star is purely because of Audrey, she is the only good instructor left and they barely let her on the schedule anymore. The classes are dumbed down, and too easy; the instructors are rude and un motivating, and the front desk is extremely unwelcoming and unhelpful. They are ruthless when it comes to charging you for missing a class or late canceling, they don't take your call and have no absolute no understanding. Moving to Miami I thought studios would be nicer but unfortunately not and Club Pilates has lost my business because of this studio. The parking is just horrendous on top of that! Definitely don't recommend! read more

I was not happy with my experience here for several reasons. Yes some of the teachers were nice that's who I'm giving the 2 stars for....otherwise I would give 1... The place has Moldy dirty air vents- yuck! yep you go somewhere to workout and here you get to breathe breathe nasty air. They need to fix this and should be able to afford such a simple fix it with their insane rates... Next let's talk about their membership and the waitlist. Horrible program. Make you sign up for 3 months- Most classes are waitlisted- they tell you they aren't and they are easy to get into- that's not true. I have plenty of screenshots. You are expected to wait around and see if you can get into a class and you loose your credit if you get approved and can't make it after waiting and making other plans because this one is not reliable. They want you to wait and then last minute throw you in while they probably charge the other person for canceling.. not to mention your credits don't roll over to the next month so if you travel like I do you are screwed. I paid $466 plus the expensive socks and ended up taking a total of 9 classes so that's more that $50/class. Such a joke. Not worth it- I want a refund. I do not recommend this place. read more

Love Club Pilates Gables! I took an exercise sabbatical for a few years after both an abdominal and knee injury and was apprehensive about starting a new plan. I made a decision that 2020 would start with my exercise return as a priority and I did just that on Sunday January 26th. I shared my concerns with the intro instructor and she tended to my fears with guidance and assurance which made it so comforting. Horrible customer service!!!! My friend calls for the very first time and the lady didn't even want to take the first payment from her card so she requested for the lady to give me a call directly. Mind you I didn't get a call for four days. Finally when I get a call, I requested to give me a call back, and, there was no more appointments for the same day. Me and my friend wanted to get so we were scheduled for another date and now I'm receiving a call saying that the class is completely booked. Very unprofessional. I called back to ask why and the lady said that all she could do is put me on a waiting list remind you that I already did the appointment she was really telling me that I can do my next appointment online that I can call them instead of me waiting for a call mind you it was my first time here my first time ever doing an appointment I haven't even stepped foot inside of this place and I'm already getting treated very rudely read more

Beautiful new studio conveniently located on Miracle Mile. Classes with Lorin on Thursday evening are my favorite. She is a wonderful instructor that always asks what we would like to work on beforehand and will help and correct your form throughout the class. I also love the cardio sculpt class with Rina. She really challenges you & you'll sweat a ton in that class. read more

The teachers here are really nice and helpful to polate beginners. I like how they are keeping everything sanitized and taking people's temperature immediately when they come in. I totally recommend the Cardio class on Saturdays. read more

The manager Alejandra is rude and unhelpful. Twice I have told other employees to have the general manager above her contact me and wrote an email to them with no response. Club Pilates COGA is the best Pilates studio there is! After going there, I feel stronger than ever! I have tried various other studios and instructors around Miami and nothing compares to the experience you will get at Club Pilates COGA. It is an intense full body workout that has provided me tremendous results. My body has completely changed. All the instructors are dedicated to helping each and everyone of her clients' individual needs. Currently in the morning the small class size allows for personalized instruction and gives the opportunity for instructor to make sure everyone has proper form, avoiding all injuries.
