I would leave 0 if I could. My purse was stolen in July and I had to call my banks to close all my cards and start contacting businesses to update my card information in addition to contacting the police. I tried contacting club pilates to inform them of this but they did not answer the phone and I did not have the time to keep pestering them. They tried charging my card but it was blocked. I naively thought they would eventually stop trying to charge my card. They did not. I finally contacted them yesterday and explained the situation. Within twenty minutes they claimed I owed them $430 and then sent it to collections with no recourse on my end but to wait for the ding on my credit score and to be harassed by debt collectors. So, be careful with them. They are extremely predatory. As far as their classes go, they are not even worth the money. Level of actual difficulty for classes at the same level but taught by different teachers fluctuates wildly. Teachers are constantly leaving and "subs" are called in from other studios. Entire classes are canceled for weeks with no replacement because they don't have enough teachers. Seems like management is difficult for even the teachers to deal with, otherwise they would be able to keep the few talented teachers they have. Not worth the money. read more

Club Pilates just opened in Lowry and is super close to my house so I decided to give them a try. I signed up for the 30 min intro class because I have never done pilates in a class setting and wanted to try it out. The place is super easy to find and has 12 reformers/spaces. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and the front desk checked me in. There are cubbies to the right to hold your stuff and a large water filtration system to fill your water bottle. The teacher introduced herself and was able to pay attention to all 6 of us to ensure we had the correct posture. Yes, pilates is super low impact on your joints but it sure has a large impact on your muscle tone. Yesterday, I was trying to figure out why my abs were so tight and had to remind myself that it was most likely pilates since I didn't do abs in Crossfit. The only thing I wasn't super stoked about was the pricing. A montly package of taking 4 classes/month was over $100. Yes, it is a deal instead of buying drop-in classes but I think the price was super steep. read more

Inconsistent instructors, dumb cancellation fees even if you're a monthly member. Not worth it.

Instructors in studio are first class. The business managers are horrible. Contract processes, billing, etc. are incredibly difficult and they are inflexible and unhelpful. I would recommend a different location. read more

Love love love the instructors here, especially Deb and Rachel. They are the absolute best- no pausing between movements so the entire class feels fluid. They are so clear in their instructions so I know I'm doing them correctly. Every class goes by so fast!! read more

This studio has great teachers but their front desk staff and management of accounts is disappointing. My grandfather was dying in Florida and I had to leave to assist my family. I spoke to the front desk associate and asked to freeze my membership for 3 months. This was a month ago in January. My grandfather passed away February 10th and the studio just charged me $299 for my dues today February 21st. They refuse to refund me and Analynn sent me a very sarcastic email saying she sent me emails etc. When someone is dying and you call to freeze something that is understood. I was so busy with dealing with my grandfathers death I wasn't checking non-priority emails. I hope this studio can learn to have compassion for their members and not be so greedy! I had innocently joined this Pilates studio since it was near my house. Boy , I have never seen worse customer service and rigid policies..On my first occasion booking here I didn't realize how the monthly pass worked and ended up paying for an additional session because i didn't book after the monthly renewal ( although the class fell into the new month). There were no clear guidelines as to how to book with the pass. They wouldn't refund the charge and had no flexibility. My second incident occurred when I had a class booked but sprained my ankle the night before. I went in to speak with the front desk manager, and he reassured me that there would be a credit. When I talk to the store manager, she replied "we couldn't fill your spot on short notice" so you are charged. And no other business have I found that there is an exception for illness or injury. You would think a Pilates studio would have more compassion? In all honesty the instructors are average at best and not friendly. I strongly suggest finding another studio if you can! Plenty of good options in the area! read more

I loved this spot when I went despite it being expensive. It felt worth it for my mental health. I didn't go long before covid hit. Once it did I called to have my account froze since I was furloughed and have asthma. Couldn't afford it, and it was too dangerous. They automatically froze all accounts they told me. How nice! I was really happy with the service. However, two months ago they similarly decided to automatically un-freeze all accounts. My spending on my credit card is limited these days so I didn't realize until the second charge was made that they started charging me again. I called to explain, and they won't refund me. They are allowing me to use one of my two months for future use if I decide to re-freeze (meaning I'm still out approx $220 but $110 of it can be used in 4 months; the other $110 is a wash). As you can imagine that doesn't help my tight budget I'm currently in now and for the foreseeable future. So I'm going to just cancel altogether and lose the entirety of the approx $220 as I never want to support a business that won't help its customers out in an economic and health crisis. read more
