I've been attending classes here twice a week for just over a year, and I love it!! I feel so much stronger. I started as a beginner and historically have not been very athletic, so finding a workout I genuinely enjoy and look forward to has been huge for me. This has been one of the best things I've done for my health. I also love that the classes are small enough that the instructors are able to correct form and help with adjustments when needed. My go-to instructors are Angela, Lindsey, Paula, and Tianna. They each have their own teaching style and energy, which keeps classes fun and motivating. I've been coming to this Pilates studio for about two months now and have taken classes with five different instructors--and they've all been great. I visited a couple of other studios before settling on this one, and I just loved the vibe at Granada. Everyone is so down to earth and friendly. The front desk staff are kind and supportive. I just learned today that one of them was a collegiate athlete, and it was fun hearing her take on Pilates. Of the teachers I've taken, Michelle is definitely my favorite. I'm still pretty new to Pilates and figuring things out, but Michelle's teaching style just clicks for me. The way she cues breathing helps so much, and I never feel lost in her classes (which says a lot when you're still learning). As an educator, I appreciate her teaching skills. She explains everything clearly, demonstrates each movement, and has such a kind, friendly, non-judgmental vibe. Her classes are challenging, but in the best way--you'll be doing something thinking, "there's no way I can do this," and then, with her cues, you try and somehow you are. And it feels so good after. Another thing I really love is how Michelle ends class with positive affirmations or a quote. It leaves me feeling so grounded, positive, and just... really good. I leave feeling so much more connected to my body. I feel strong, accomplished, and at peace. Pilates is amazing! I've been going to Club Pilates for about 7 months and honestly, I fell in love with it at first. I liked most instructors, it is convienent, and I love the app. Unfortunately, the last month has been nothing short of disappointing due to some seriously unsanitary practices. First issue: another client used the reformer barefoot. Club Pilates' own rules require grip socks for hygiene and safety. She then gave the machine a half-hearted wipe down -- not everything she touched, just a quick swipe. I mentioned it to the front desk, and the staff member handled it professionally and with concern. I moved on. Second issue: almost identical situation (but at least wore socks), likely the same person, and again, equipment was not cleaned properly. Again, mentioning it to the front desk. At this point I started coming in early just to wipe everything down myself before class. That's not what I pay $30 a class for. Instructors should be monitoring hygiene and enforcing the rules, not leaving it up to clients to play cleanup crew. Final straw: an instructor demonstrated on the equipment with bare, dirty feet. She walked all over the mat and reformer, then wrapped up class without sanitizing anything. That crossed the line for me. I canceled my membership. They refused to refund the 6 classes I won't use because I no longer feel comfortable in what is clearly a dirty environment. To make it worse, an AGM called me afterward and gave nothing but excuses such as "we can't control people," and comparing it to a gym where sometimes people don't wipe down equipment. But here's the problem: Pilates isn't a walk-in gym. Club Pilates requires wiping down equipment for this exact reason, and they hand out wipes to reinforce that standard. Bottom line: I continued until management proved they don't take sanitation seriously. When instructors themselves aren't modeling hygienic behavior, it tells you everything. For a premium-priced studio, I expect better service, not excuses. read more

I absolutely love this Club Pilates. The studio is welcoming, the classes are well structured, and honestly all of the instructors are great. That said, Katie truly stands out. Katie has an amazing way of encouraging while also making sure you're doing each movement correctly. She corrects posture in a supportive way, reminds you that you can do it, and keeps every class interesting by incorporating a variety of movements so it never feels repetitive. I always leave her classes feeling challenged, motivated, and better than when I walked in. She creates such a positive and empowering environment. I just took an intro class tonight, and Michelle was extremely rude. About 10 minutes in if not sooner I was already ready to leave the class. She wasn't helpful at all. She could clearly see that I needed help, but not once did she step in to assist me. She honestly seemed like she hates her job. She's literally the reason why I will not be signing up with the studio. She was not warm or welcoming at all just very sassy behavior. Relax, lady. She wasn't there to correct or guide anyone, and she just stood there watching me mess up while pretending she didn't notice. Overall, Michelle was horrible. The front staff also charged me extra for socks and then refunded me, but still... the whole experience was disappointing. I think if you guys want people to sign up, you should at least have a warm and welcoming instructor. She watched my hand wraps fall and didn't even offer to pick them up or help. Maybe only the unlimited mebership is a good deal. I don't know how much it costs- it was too expensive for me. In a non unlimited membership, you need to book in advance not to be on a waiting list. Many to most classes are full. If you are on a waiting list and get into class, make sure you show up or you lose that class credit. So yes- endless being ready for a class that you may or may not get into and constant anxiety. Class credits don't roll over to the next month. Initially, you have no choice but to sign up for 3 months. Contract is not printed. Only emailed to you. But you sign on the computer at the studio. So of course they don't hilight the important details. All the important details in the contract are in small gont on page 5 or 6!!! For $159 a month and 4 class credits (the membership I have), you can find something better. I know I'll keep looking. read more

Michelle is the on of the rudest instructor l have ever seeing. Last 2 years l have been doing pilates. (Almost every day) I have 2 places l am member of. One is close to my house one is close to my work. I wanted to try club pilates because the place l go ,(close to my house) sometimes hart to find a spot so l wanted have another option. Arrived there at 2:01 class started at 2 . Machine is new and l do everything she says. Couple times she corrected me because l didn't change the different movement in seconds and she got angry. Which l also fallow other people in class to do what to do next. And she warned me , she goes, maybe l need a private class if l want to do what ever l want to do with angry voice. Front of entire class. I go " l just don't understand what you said that's all". " l took many many private classes at the beginning not because any instructor asked me to ,( they were always helpful) because l felt not fair for them to correct me whole time in class. " End of the class l asked her if we need to wipe the machine she didn't even respond me. No one gave me wipes or said anything. Hope someone cleans those machines after used. Michelle English is not my first language. You should understand that by my accent and be helpful. That quick transition hard to catch for us. Give us 2 second at list to figure it out. And try to smile sometimes. Start from there because smiling is the same in every language. read more

I have been going to Club Pilates here since 2019. I love it here! My favorite instructor is Michelle because she changes it up for each of her classes. I could take a cardio class on Wednesday and another on Thursday and they are totally different. It's never just the same old boring routine. After coming to this studio now for 5 years you would think I was bored but honestly, it's the instructors who make it fun. I love Michelle, Tianna and Juliette. They are very motivating! Pilates is a great work out, it stretches your body, it builds muscle and it's fun to work out with other people. It's definitely important to follow the rules though because 1) you could get hurt and 2) it's a group class with 11 other people so we all have to be on the same page. We all clean the machines after we work out so the classes stay sanitary so that's also a huge plus! read more

I've been coming here for 15 months and I have seen some great results in my body, my core strength, weight loss, and my discipline with showing up to the reformer. The results I'm seeing is in part due to Michelle who is a wonderful instructor! Michelle brings structure and a well thought-out class EVERY time! Her classes target many muscle groups (some I didn't even know I had, LOL), she guides you through and tells you exactly how the movement is supposed to feel, how to breath and challenges you to push through but never makes you feel bad if you just can't on a particular exercise or a particular day. Membership is not cheap, but Michelle's level of expertise makes it worth it!! read more

This is the worst Pilates Studio. They charge you 139$ and none of their instructors actually take time to correct you or teach you how to breath. I had to freeze and then cancel my membership due to a spinal i jury and they continued to charge me and would not cancel my membership without a note from a doctor that shows that " I can't work out for 6 months ". Took an intro 30 min. Complimentary Class for potential newbies. A gf of mine booked for the both of us. The staff was helpful in checking in via text and making sure we were prepared and available. The class was very informative you get a good feel on what it's about and the purpose of the equipment and a test of the movements. I would have liked to break a sweat so maybe extend the intro class a bit 45-50 min. To really see if it's worth the money for potential customers. The staff was very friendly. They gave us a schedule of classes afterwards. Pricing information & Checked in two days later. I didn't take my grip socks so I purchased some there. They have cubbies for your belongings.
