The class times are spread out enough and other formats available like Pilates so there is always a class daily to make in the day or evening. The teachers are the real gems here, just great enthusiasm, care, guidance and encouragement from them all, it's obvious they all love teaching yoga! The room has a padded floor and is large with mirrors to watch your pose progress and at 105 F , your muscles are all relaxed and ready to be stretched!! The price per class and monthly membership is reasonable and hasn't changed in years. Celeste the owner gets right on any facility needs and is committed to a high quality experience for those who attend. The changing rooms have showers and bathrooms that are nicely equipped and there is a water station, with electrolytes available for purchase as towel rentals and mats, etc. . The 1.5 hr class has been so good for me and has improved my flexibility, reduced my muscle tightness and soreness from working out at the gym.
