The class times are spread out enough and other formats available like Pilates so there is always a class daily to make in the day or evening. The teachers are the real gems here, just great enthusiasm, care, guidance and encouragement from them all, it's obvious they all love teaching yoga! The room has a padded floor and is large with mirrors to watch your pose progress and at 105 F , your muscles are all relaxed and ready to be stretched!! The price per class and monthly membership is reasonable and hasn't changed in years. Celeste the owner gets right on any facility needs and is committed to a high quality experience for those who attend. The changing rooms have showers and bathrooms that are nicely equipped and there is a water station, with electrolytes available for purchase as towel rentals and mats, etc. . The 1.5 hr class has been so good for me and has improved my flexibility, reduced my muscle tightness and soreness from working out at the gym. I go at least 2 x a week which is minimal to get optimal results and my goal is to go 3x a week! Check it out ! It's good to relax your mind and body! Namaste'

They also have mats, blocks, blankets, etc... and the studio and bathrooms are clean. (Sadly, that isn't always the case). I love the Hot Pilates so much, and 20 & 2, but I am really enjoying the newer (to us) Radiant Power Flow Class Elias teaches (for now they are Thursday at 9). He is an exceptional instructor and the class is unique. I work as hard and sweat as much as in 26& 2, but in only one hour with less heat. All classes are great, there is something for everyone and the variety is essential!

I've been practicing 30 plus years everywhere from Los Angeles to San Francisco to New York. The classes in big cities tend to be stricter, and take the same approach bikram himself takes when he teaches. Sonoma has only one or two teachers who take this approach and although everyone's complaining I have to say- for bikram lovers - the hard core teaching is amazing. You would not get upset at your personal trainer for pushing you, so why is this any different? I'm a person who needs extra help staying disciplined and a good, strict bikram teacher can be the best thing ever.
