Location is on Silverado trail with street parking and a parking lot in the back. I arrived 5 minutes before gathering and was immediately greeted by the lovely Melanie. I had the pleasure of speaking with her before everyone arrived. She was kind, sweet and has a soothing voice. She was able to answer all my questions. I used the restroom before we started and it was clean. While she continued to set up, I sat down for some tea while others trickled in. The space indoors was beautifully decorated, clean, organized and so welcoming. It was a warm and comfortable environment and the people were very friendly. We sat and chatted about our intentions for a few minutes then headed to the mats to begin the sound bath. In addition to the mats that she provided, she had pillows, a blanket and an eye mask for each of us. We were a group of 9 individuals. The sound bath was relaxing, calming, and brought this feeling of relief. Everyone's experience would be different which is why I definitely recommend trying this if you haven't. If you have, it is worth coming back to! Our lives become so busy so this was nice to reset my mind and body. This was a great event and i can't wait to try other services/ classes.

I noticed a lot of the negative reviews are about the water quality. This is not a pool, so the water is not clear; it has vegetation; and stocked fish control for mosquitoes. Since we already read about this online, we were neither surprised nor grossed out. It was a fun day outdoors! The office staff were super warm, hospitable, and accommodating. Even as we added to our food order last minute (because I saw how active the kids were being... they were ravenous!), they flexed with our request. The pizza was hot; the fruit was refreshing. We felt so well cared for! Safety-wise, I'm glad we brought older kids, mostly very strong swimmers, and vigilant parents. The course is large, and there are spots that are invisible from the lifeguards' posts. We had to initiate with the lifeguards a few times because they weren't giving us any information/direction. (eg: Can we start? Where do we start? Any rules we need to know? Are you still on break, or can we go in again?) They did not seem to have a system for the lifejackets. They were sleepy and eager to clock out. This is the first open weekend of the season; I trust they will establish consistent group protocols as the summer goes on. I took him away and put him where he belonged. I had three kids with me all different ages and heights. Lifeguards need to be lifeguards and not be checking out other teenagers and playing games amongst themselves. It was very obvious. Sad really. Won't be back.

If you're a parent/caregiver and you want to swim, it will cost you the same but if you just want to go in it, it's five dollars to enter. We typically stay the full rec time that is 3 1/2 hours. We absolutely love it. The splash pad for the younger kids is really awesome with a waterslide that's perfect for youngsters! That waterslide is so much fun and these little ones have a blast! I didn't even try to fix my mistake because as we were nearing the parking lot, I tripped again (same reason) and I fell on the rocks right before the asphalt. We had a good laugh. The employee who was on the golf cart was on his way back and saw me on the ground. He kindly asked if I needed help but I was too busy laughing and embarrassed that I declined his help. This will definitely be a memory to remember!

The first time was back in 2006, but I didn't review it back then. Went back today, Sat 1/16/10 so I could see it again & review it. We left Fmt and got to the meeting spot of the guided hike in 1hr20min. We meet in the Target's parking lot on Trancas Rd. They have 2 flush toilets w/ tp in outhouses down the hill by the picnic tables. We started hiking about 9:30am and finished about 2pm for a 7-mi loop hike. We did Maggie's Peak which is on private land. It's pretty steep, nice views on the top. Then we go down & hike on the side of the cliff, cross creeks, go down more steep & slippery rocks on not really a trail - just sides of the cliff. Saw the bottom of Devil's Well - nice waterfall, then climb a bit and see Devil's Well - you see a nice tall waterfall, and a middle waterfall that you can barely see. There's a rock scramble they call the Jumble that is a bit tough, but doable. Tons & tons of ladybugs when we went Sat 1/16/10. Ladybugs seem to like creeks & open area where they can get sun. Trying to respond to review above, but emailed Cory direct. The description of our classes are listed on the schedule. Unfortunately I did not see Cory registered for our PVF in March to date. Yoga is a union of mind body and spirit. It's a practice that evolves. Some people take yoga for the physical aspects, some for the mind & body and some for mind body and spirit. We have a variety of classes that serve the realm of our clients . We always suggest reading the description and plug in. Our PVF is a very well attended class. The heated classes are the best--you leave drenched, feeling stronger, and somehow manage to have a blast while doing it. And the instructors--Aja, Sydney, Paris, and Ashton--are all phenomenal. They each bring their own style, but every class leaves me feeling challenged, encouraged, and accomplished. I arrived early as instructed to fill out their waiver, however another class was in session and there was no one at the front desk. I'm not sure if this is how it normally is. When their class ended the instructor had me fill out your typical safety waiver. Instructor was nice, friendly, and attentive which I appreciated because I'm new to Pilates and their equipment. She was very helpful in guiding the class but also walking around the room and assisting as needed. It was such a great, effective, low impact workout. The space felt clean. There are cubbies in the front where you leave your stuff and shoes. I was told there were cubbies in the back room if preferred. They are located in a shopping plaza on Jefferson with a parking lot. I recommend bringing pilates/yoga grip socks but I noticed some people were barefoot. They have socks and apparel for sale. Would recommend and would go back.
