Teachers and equipment great. Business practices...NOT! Lived in Paso for 30 years, love pursing fitness and have never before had a problem. In fact, I've never written a negative review on any local business! This local studio did NOT honor passes for which I had paid-when I let the manager know I would not be renewing membership not yet due she literally cancelled me and told me I could not use my paid-for passes as she had promised. Let's be honest this is a reformer Pilates studio. Is it expensive? Yes. But is it totally worth it? Yes. I have been an avid yoga/pilates/barre exercise fanatic pretty much my whole life and growing up as a competitive dancer, I am truly obsessed with reformer Pilates! It is such a good work out and you really feel like you're working out muscles that you don't typically work out. This studio is located in Paso Robles, in the same parking lot as Target. It has ample parking spaces, which is really convenient. Each class here is 50 minutes long and they start right at the top of the hour and then you have a few minutes to clean down your station after the class is done. They have classes going every hour from roughly 630am - 830pm on the weekdays, and 8am - 3pm on the weekends (it is truly on a very organized system). They have class levels of 1, 1.5 and 2. For level 2, instructor level approval is required. They have an app which you can download and sign up for all of your classes which is really nice to have. Classes can be somewhat hard to come by just due to their waitlist feature so I would try to schedule your classes as far in advance as you can for that given month. The other bummer is if you don't have the unlimited membership, you can't book past the current billed month you are in. All in all, this reformer studio is great - everyone is nice and the classes are wonderful! Highly recommend, especially if you're willing to spend a little bit. read more

I LOVE Club Pilates!! Booking my classes out helps me stay on track and holds me accountable. It's pricey, yes, but sooooo worth it!! The instructors and girls at the front desk are all so amazing and the instructors work with you through the class if your new and unsure what to do or how to do it. The ambiance is very comfortable and welcoming. They also play music during class which is my favorite, it's so fun and you get a great workout in. read more

Took 2 classes at this studio back to back today because I was in the area. I am the lead at another location in SoCal. I was disappointed with the first instructor, I think her name was Kelli.. She didn't ask my name, injuries, where I am from, if I was comfortable with hands on corrections, my experience, or anything like that... This was a level 2 and my first time at this location. We also didn't do any bridging which is supposed to be a part of CP's class flows usually... Wish I had a better experience. I took the second class with Jess and she was super sweet and friendly. This is the second Club Pilates location I've been a member at. My last studio was great but this one is fantastic. As an unlimited member, i've now been a regular member at the PR location for a year. The entire team here is outstanding. The instructors are all distinctively different in their approach which I have grown to love. It's true what they say, you never have the same workout twice at Club Pilates. Though I have a ways to go, I've become more flexible, my posture is 100% better and my general wellbeing has improved. I also don't have the same aches and pains I had prior (I'm a recently retired RN). I highly recommend this studio, the workout and the amazing staff here to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health. read more

I have to say I'm very impressed with the quality of teachers, equipment, & all affiliated with club Pilates Paso Robles! Their care of every individual is obvious, taking pride in each & every student no matter what level. I even had an instructor determine a cause of something I've had concerns about, had been to many different Dr.'s to no avail, but because she pays close attention to each individual, she shared her thoughts with me. She gave me simple instructions how to hopefully strengthen, & resolve the concern with something we do everyday, but not necessarily correctly... Breathe! There is no intimidation, always a helping hand! For that I highly recommend Club Pilates! Oh be prepared to laugh, the teachers have sense of humors too read more

Club Pilates is exactly what my Scoliosis back and migraine body needs. I never expected the first class to immediately effect my back. This is the first day my back didn't hurt me. I didn't have any pain today. I expect to sleep through the night. Jen taught the class, and she taught it well. She recognized that I learn best visually and through physical touch. She immediately asked if I was ok with being touched;yes!!! She then adapted the class to include more visuals. Jen knew I needed visuals to be successful. Traci, the owner, was overflowing with enthusiasm and energy. My day started well. I look forward to evening classes to end my day. read more

Not many options for Pilates in Paso Robles. Tried this place and extremely disappointed. Merchandise is EXPENSIVE!! $25 for a cheap thin pair of Pilates socks?! When I signed up they bombarded me with phone calls until I actually scheduled my first class. Instructors are hit or miss and don't really keep an eye on and help folks who may be struggling to do a move they have never done before or help them with modifications. I wanted a true reformer experience and with some instructors it is more mat work than actual reformer work. One instructor didn't even know what Stott Pilates was and they are one of the premium companies in the industry! Trying to schedule classes at your level are extremely difficult! They have this HORRID wait list system that is SO DISRESPECTFUL of their client's time! I tried it one day and I was #3 on the list. I woke up that morning and 2 hrs before class, still not off the waitlist. I happened to pop onto their app 45 min before class and I was added to class at the last minute! I had already made plans to do something else because there was no guarantee I was going to get in. 45 min before class wasn't even enough time for me to shower change and get over there! EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Like I have nothing better to do that day other than wait for someone to finally release the waitlist?! After 7-8 yrs of Pilates in a private studio small group class setting, this place is WAY too corporate for me. read more

I am a member at Club Pilates Carlsbad, but I'm in Paso Robles while my condo is being renovated. Boy, am I glad they opened a club here! This is a newer studio so it has felt like "Back to Basics" for me, which has been so good for my body. I've had a chance to work on my form and get rid of some bad habits I didn't realize I was doing. When you do something for a long time you can sometimes phone it in, neglecting the mind-body portion which is an integral part of Pilates. I have both Scoliosis and Osteoporosis, so this has been very good for me. The instructors here are great at queuing the movements and are constantly reminding us of that mind body connection, proper form, and our breath. I love Jenni & Kelli as they make it fun, but all,of the instructors are great. I'm anxious to get back to Carlsbad, but I'm so grateful for Club Pilates Paso Robles. In the future when I visit the area I will not hesitate to take classes. read more

I am not sure how I ended up on a Facebook website for Club Pilates nationwide. Believe me it is well worthwhile reading because it shows that what our little club in Paso Robles is doing id right. I have almost completed 3 years with this club and I am so grateful for all who have made it possible to attend such a wonderful club. Many thanks to Tina for leading a great group of instructors that really care. Yes, we have had our growing pains but issues are addressed with concern for those of us that love coming. I have been to other Club Pilates in which none can compare to the warmth and hospitality of this great group of people. I highly encourage you,the next time you are there, to give a high five to a great bunch of dedicated instructors and staff. They make coming a pleasure even when we have to sometimes force ourselves to go when 1 more cup of coffee or a quick 30 more minutes in bed would be great. Keep up the good work! read more

I was nervous to try Pilates on a reformer so I did and intro class and then private training with Emily. She is incredible and so knowledgeable. I have a lower back injury with disk involvement and my back is finally feeling better than it has in years. Club Pilates is a great place to train and enhance your practice! The highlights for me are; the friendly and welcoming environment, the awesome instructors, the variety of classes, the accommodating schedule and the overall experience. I have completed my first 2 months of membership participating in 8 classes per month and my overall physical and mental health have improved. My connection to my core and over all strength has improved. My posture has improved, the tightness in my neck and shoulders has reduced and I feel longer and leaner. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I definitely recommend Club Pilates. Bonus is we have 2 locations on the central coast. read more
