2nd review: This particular Club Pilates owner /manager has never reached out to me personally, only having his staff continue to harass me about payment. I just got back in the Country this week and immediately went to Club Pilates to pay last month fee even though I haven't attended this studio since November 2024. They only want you to freeze your account and will refuse to cancel your membership stringing you on telling you have to cancel 30 days or longer which I have tried to do twice before.. read my other review.. do not trust this club Pilates with your CC. When you try to quit your membership, you will regret it.. there are multiple reviews as mine for the same issue. They have contacted me every day since May 17th multiple times, email Ms, texting, calling, and trying to charge my bank card each day 2 or 3 times hoping it will go through???? This is harassment. This is my final letter to the owner/manager dated May 31, 2025. I brought in a certified check yesterday for the full payment balance of 109.00. My Cc was stolen several weeks ago and I was out of the Country so the last payment was not able to be taken out of that card. I have explained this multiple times to numerous people that have called, texted, emailed. I told them all I would pay with a certified check when I got back in town and club Pilates is refusing to take my payment. I am not paying with a CC. This particular company is known to keep charging members that have dropped their membership a monthly charge even after they quit attending. I am contacting my lawyer on Monday to see what I can do about this harassment issue from Club Pilates in Shea and 92nd Street. I have to wonder if this company is hurting for money to be so desperate and insisting on another CC for payment or maybe now with this type of a computer system, the owner does not know how to handle a simple check payment?? I have been member of Club Pilates since last May. I had a passport membership. I was paying $249 a month. Last year I had a friend from Mexico come here for three months and I bought her a three month membership. I was asked if I wanted to freeze the membership after the three months and I said no because I wasn't sure when she would be able to come visit again. This year I did the same thing. I bought her a membership in October and it was to expire toward the end of January. I gave my 30 day notice that I was ending my membership February 5 but I did not give a 30 day notice for her membership because the agreement was it was only a three month membership. She is going back to Mexico next week. Club Pilates Scottsdale ran my card for February in spite of the fact that her membership was to end at the end of January. I paid $279 a month for the three months she was here. And they ran my card again for February in spite of the fact that she's a Mexican national and the agreement was only for three months. I don't know where the misunderstanding came in but, they are refusing to refund my money. I enjoyed the classes and I had planned on getting a membership again later on this year. I will never go to Club Pilates again. I am in private practice just around the corner from the studio and I will be honest with my patients about how this club treats their members. This is my go to place for exercise. I'm older and have weak knees but since starting Pilates I am changed. I am more flexible and stronger. The instructors are incredible and so caring! I've made so many good friends there including my instructor Brittney. She is a master teacher and just fantastic! Her technique is flawless and she is so much fun! read more

I am very impressed by the instructors and the the results. My goal was to build strength with the notion that I'd be able to ski after 10 years and a newer hip. I was amazed at how much stronger my legs were, and how my old ski clothes fit again! There is no way I would've been able to ski without the training I received. I love Club Pilates and I'm so glad they've come to Scottsdale. I was a member for years in San Diego before I moved here. Instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good variety of equipment and keep routines fresh. My favorite class is Cardio Pilates using jump boards -- might as well get your heart pumping while toning your muscles, right?! This studio is smaller than others in the Valley and the downside is that if someone is doing a private lesson at the same time as a class, it can be disruptive and confusing. I haven't experienced that for a long while, though. read more

I love Club Pilates. They are the bomb. They offer classes almost every hour most daya. The facility is well equipped, perfectly maintained and the staff is terrific. I have been taking classes for almost a month there now and each instructor I've had is great. There is a ton of variation in the classes even when they are listed as the same type of class so you never get bored. It's easy to follow along and they instruct you to correct anything you are doing incorrectly. I haven't had any trouble booking classes and even when they're full, you can go on a waitlist and I almost always get in since people cancel. They made it really simple for me as a part timer here with a month of unlimited classes while I was here for the month and a pack of classes to use over the next year when I come in from time to time. I love that you can book ahead online. It's so simple to do! read more

I have been a part of Club Pilates for over three years. Unfortunately they go through Pilates instructors like toilet paper. There is no consistency and schedules are always changing. There is also a waiting list of 5 to 10 people on every class so you can't plan ahead. also it smells like sewer when you're working out and that's the last thing I want to smell when I'm working out. There are other Club Pilates owned by different management and in other locations I just wouldn't suggest the one at 92nd St. in Shea, Oregon ranch or Arcadia. These are the same owners and it seems like they have a hard time holding onto employees and keeping the studio clean. read more

I've been going to this Club Pilates studio for almost 5 yrs. It is the BEST exercise program I have ever participated in. I'm almost 70yrs old and in great shape..."motion is lotion"! OK...so I've had a chance to utilize my unlimited membership for about a month now and have to give this place mad props for my second review. Everyone I've met who work here truly love the Pilates culture and are so nice and helpful! Danielle at the front is such a doll and can always answer your questions regarding your membership, classes, Pilates merchandise, promotions going on you name it, she's your girl! Hailey is also super sweet I had the chance to chat with her a bit today and found out she's a former dancer like me and wants to be an instructor some day! So fun! I love the variety of classes and instructors to choose from. Each class is truly a nice surprise, trust me you'll feel the burn! They morph it to everyone's comfort zone and yield to any injuries. I've had the pleasure of taking classes from Janna who's always mixing it up we did TRX last time it hurt so good! Jen is freaking hilarious, great sense of humor and choice of music! Chandler is calm and collected and really ensures proper form and breathing throughout to get the true Pilates core burn! Last, Brittany looks and breathes Pilates. I hope to be as lean as her someday! I love her isolations and variety of the use of the reformer. You really won't ever get jipped no matter who you go to because they all go through extensive training and you can tell their heart is definitely in it which makes it SO much fun! I have been going for 4 months and love the classes. Your whole body gets stronger and more flexible. It is challenging but so good for you. there is not enough room to list my ailments (neck, back, hips) and I can do the level 1 class. The instructors are very knowledgeable and ask about injuries. They give excellent instructions during class. Even my 71 year old dad did this for awhile. Try it at least once. Its really good for you. Update: Mostly I still like it but there are very limited 1.0 classes & some instructors aren't as nice and helpful as others. It is spendy. I am disappointed I cannot go more since I have a job/kids and now avoid a few instructors. Some just aren't very fun and nice. They don't seem to enjoy their job. I'd say Ranjika and Randi are the best. Consistently super nice, great instructions/tips during class and encouraging. read more

I've been a member for almost a month now, and I love it! I used to belong to a Pilates studio in Gilbert, but since moving to Fountain Hills, I had to find a different place to go. Even though it takes me 20 minutes to get there, I love each of the instructors I have had. They are very good in their instruction and tell you exactly how to be in the right position. They seem to really know what they are doing, and I am glad I found them! Now, can you open one up in Fountain Hills????!! read more

I've been a member here for nearly a month and I absolutely love it!! They offer free Intro classes for you to try (which is how I got started) and there was zero pressure afterwards to sign up. I did my Intro class with Ashley and loved it so much that I signed up for the Unlimited package right after. They have different promotions running so chances are you'll get a great deal. I've had just about every instructor and love them all, but my favorites are Janna, Jamie, Brittany and Ranyika. They all have different styles and even if you do the same classes with the same instructor, each class is very different. Classes can fill up quickly (especially the Saturday and Sunday 1.0 classes) so I try and sign up as far in advance is possible. There's a Club Pilates app that you download which is how you sign up for classes and is incredibly easy to navigate. You can even link your class schedule right up to your personal calendar. Whether you're looking to try out Pilates or you're a Pilates veteran - this place is awesome! read more

They do not return calls and when I finally got to the manager she said I would be charged another month because I was outside the 30 day cancellation. When I told her I could provide phone records to show how many times I had called she said she would have to go up the chain of command and would call me back. Love the classes but as another reviewer said, it's impossible to book and there are always empty spots when you do get into a full class- they are all full. And if you want to go outside your "home studio" and pay for a class, you can't because all their classes are full and you can't wait list - the unlimited membership problem. Their websites aren't optimized for a phone. So bottom line classes really great but the policies are insane. read more

I am enjoying so much my membership at this studio. Drew and all the instructors and the girls working the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful and professional. I love the workouts. They offer a variety of classes and different levels of difficulty. My schedule is limited and I take at the same time everyday, but no two classes are the same. Initially, getting signed on was challenging due to class availability being limited and I was afraid to commit, but Drew and the girls were extremely patient and kind to work with to make sure I was happy. The classes were good but it was nearly impossible to attend one because all the classes were always booked. I had signed up for a 3 month membership but after a while I just gave up and accepted that I had wasted my money. So I decided to cancel my membership. I couldn't find my membership agreement so I emailed them and asked how to cancel. Instead of giving me the information I asked for they kept insisting that I call them. They said "There a few things that we have to do to take care of this" and " we would just need you to stop by the studio to sign a cancellation document" which were both blatant lies. I have since found the membership agreement and there is just one thing I have to do and I don't have to come to the club to do it. All I have to do is write them a letter. But they clearly wanted the opportunity to talk to me to talk me into changing my mind. They were like a stalker ex-boyfriend who won't let you go (please, baby, just talk to me for a minute. I swear I can fix it. It'll be better. You'll see. Just meet with me one time and hear me out and then if you still want to break up I won't bother you anymore). Get over it Club Pilates.
