I think I've taken classes with every instructor there and they are all great. They offer small classes where you really get individual attention. The instructors walk around and correct your form if you're not doing the exercise correctly to prevent injuries. There's lots of modifications to try where you get the same results. I'm 30 classes in and always look forward to the next class. While they work the same muscle groups, each class differs just enough to keep things interesting!
