I'm a huge fan of the original location and finally made it to the newer location on Hertel. It did not disappoint. Took three additional friends to try it for the first time and everyone loved it. One of them after said that she "doesn't like burgers" and was annoyed that we were going to a burger place. Cluck Cluck Moo Moo changed her mind, she absolutely loved it. If that doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what does! These are easily the best smash burgers in Buffalo, just writing this review makes me want another!

Really nice space, and the servers were helpful in figuring out what to order for me and my kids. The kids loved the food, I thought it was adequate. The burgers and fries are decent flavor, but a little on the super greasy side. Price is a little high for the quality, but fair for the quantity.

Customer service was cool menu was straight to the point and this was actually the first smash burger spot I enjoyed. The patties were still juicy and cheesy and the moo moo sauce kind of reminded me of Big Mac sauce with a spin. All n out this place gave me 5 guys vibes even with the amount of fries they threw in the bag. Give em a try!

Came in here to grab a late night dinner for myself. I never even knew this place existed, but I guess it's been here for a while. I thought the name was kind of funny, but I was across the street and the bartender told me that he's gotten food from here before and it was pretty good. I took his word for it. So I went in and ordered a classic Smashburger for $9.85 and a hot chicken sandwich for $9.85. I figured that price for a burger or a sandwich, that had to be worth it. I was wrong !! The burger was actually good, but it was so greasy, that made it just gross. The paper it was wrapped in was completely saturated in grease. I had to make sure the paper didn't touch anything on me or my bed otherwise it would've stained and ruined whatever it touched. I had asked the man for lettuce on my burger, and all he gave me was the smallest little tiny piece of lettuce underneath the burgers, and I even taste it. Now for the hot chicken sandwich. Yes it was hot. Spicy hot. But that was mostly the bun because there was barely any chicken on the sandwich. It was a small piece and I saw when he was cooking it, It was a small piece and then when I was eating it, it only took up a little more than half the bun, and the rest was just a lot of some lettuce and all that hot sauce I have had Wendy's, KFC's and Popeyes chicken sandwiches that were bigger, better and less expensive. So as far as I'm concerned, the chicken sandwich was a joke, and the burger like I said it had a really good flavor to it. It was really good, but the grease was just unrealistic. I have never seen that in my life. My stomach was upset for the rest of the night. And to pay $10 for each of those was even bigger joke. I will not be returning there As far as inside, the restaurant goes, it was nice, cute ,clean And seemed like a cozy place to hang out. But I will not be hanging out there because I will not be ordering from there.

My first time here. Was just "ok". Solid burger, but honestly nothing sticking out about it, could have used more seasoning. Also disappointed by fries, again just ok but nothing compared to five guys taste or quantity wise. Location good, limited inside dining, small patio outside.

The sandwiches are quite good, very, very unhealthy, but worth a cheat night. The fries are awful, to mess up fries; TRAGIC.

Massive menu of burgers, spanning a range of style from thick to smash, flames to griddle, and even typed of meat or non-meat. Quite frankly, if you can't find a burger that calls to you here, you must be very difficult to please. It was a Sunday, and the general area was thumping, this place was about half full and the vibe was relaxed. They're not on the absolutely main drag of Clifton Hill, and honestly, I would hope that benefits them both in price of rent and who might find it easy to wander in. There is paid parking nearby, cheaper than most because to get down to the falls is a bit of a hike. The hike back will be pretty far uphill, but we made it no problem. I love that the sodas come in a giant measuring cup, not much need for a refill, but they do give them complimentary if you ask for one. We started with standard poutine as an appetizer, it was really tasty. Nice flavor on the gravy, and a large amount of cheese curds. Instead of getting more fries as a side, went for a caesar salad. Was surprised to see bacon on it, but I definitely didn't hate that. It was quite good. I got a double smash burger with a nice thick onion ring on it and their version of burger sauce, as well as a spice relish to kick things up a notch. First thing, my patties were smashed very nicely, and there was a clear crispy crust on them. Bravo, I was pretty impressed, and the flavor was robust. I loved the spicy relish, and the bun also complemented the meat well. It was a big burger, and I was thoroughly satisfied. The service, maybe could have been slightly more attentive, but really just took awhile to take our order. Once it was taken, we had no complaints. Very friendly, everything was accurate, and like I said... big drink cups means not a ton of need for refills. I would come back here again on a future visit to the falls.

Very nice girls and we had a party of 6 to accommodate and everything was perfect! For the food, I ordered deviled eggs which were just the perfect egg yolk to mayo ratio. Not overpowering and had great seasonings. The burger was clearly the star of the meal. Lots of options to choose from - bbq, mushroom, black bean, etc. I would like to come back to try more. This is a busy spot for classic American favorites: burgers, sandwiches and wings. From my previous experience, I knew it's worth checking the menu beforehand. For someone who is trying to make healthier choices, but not salad, this might be a good idea. I remember the last time I had the Classic Grilled Cheese Melt. This time, to avoid beef, bacon, or fried chicken, I decided to substitute a burger with grilled chicken breast for an additional $1. The Frenchie was my choice. I asked for the included Bison dip on the side and added Grilled Cremini Mushrooms for another $1. I simply couldn't find any ready-made combinations that suited my taste. All the burgers, melts and sandwiches come with your choice of fries or tater tots. We waited longer than expected for our food. The restaurant started filling up after we arrived. There were a lot of takeout orders while the dinner rush was starting. They should have a parallel system in the kitchen to keep the dining room moving at its own pace. Anyway, my sandwich was good. The chicken was perfectly grilled. The mushrooms and onions were flavorful, and the provolone cheese was melted and delicious. It's good that I asked to have the Bison dip on the side. We enjoyed the mountain of fries and onion rings (we really liked the breading on the onion rings). The Mac and Cheese was basic, but classic and very tasty. Unfortunately, our feedback on the Steak Hoagie was not so good. It wasn't as expected - a juicy, Buffalo-style, meat and cheese sub. My partner said that too much spice rub made the sandwich salty and dry. It wasn't the experience of dripping, shaved steak covered with lots of melted cheese, grilled peppers and onions. There was none of it. It was dry, smallish and disappointing. Our server Kimora took good care of us. She was smiling, and made our stay very pleasant.

I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, it was good, even if it's not the top contender for the best. The tater tots were a highlight, and I loved the habanero dipping sauce the server picked out for me. Would I go out of my way for it? Probably not. If I'm nearby, I'd absolutely stop in again to try something else on the menu, which has some great looking options.
