We were so hungry for the wings we almost forgot to take a pic. Here is the last remaining wing.

With a day of playoff football we craved chicken wings so we decided to give Cluck Shack a try. We were not disappointed. The chicken wings are crunchy and not oily. The chicken itself didn't have much flavor but the sauces were great. Soy garlic was ok. We really liked sweet and spicy. The chicken sandwich was also tasty although I wouldn't consider it being one of the best sandwiches I ve ever had like some of these other reviews. The boneless chicken was actually pretty dry. Probably won't order it again. But overall I recommend CS and will be back.

What a great new neighborhood spot! My husband and I went last night after driving by for weeks and thank gkd we did. We absolutely loved our experience. we ordered the chicken sandwich and boneless wings with the sweet butter sauce. We definitely over ordered and took some wings home. The sandwich is the star of the show and I am still thinking about it. The fries were delish and I'm obsessed with the spicy mayo dipping sauce. They cook everything fresh so you do have to wait but that's what you get for good quality food. We will definitely return and are so happy to have this spot in the west valley!

my dog liked the chicken so much she was licking off the residue

The food was really good and very tasty. Chicken was crispy to perfection and I loved how you can easily take off the breading. I gave my dog some chicken she loved it only reason why it is not at five stars. I think it needed better sauce options.

The chicken sandwich here was so good! 10/10 easily. I also liked the fries, cabbage and Japanese drinks. I tried the soy garlic wings and the sweet spicy sauce on the side. The wings weren't my favorite, about an 8/10, but they were still pretty good. I will definitely try the butter flavor if I go back. I think I would prefer the wings tossed in the sweet and spicy sauce over the soy garlic. Pricing and service were pretty good as well. About 3 tables inside and maybe 2 outside for seating

I love local small businesses so I am disappointed to leave a less than ideal review. The honest feedback is that while the shop is super cute and the sandwiches are delicious, the bun to chicken ratio is simply too high; meaning there is hardly any meat in the sandwiches. The store is small so it's best to order take out and enjoy at home. I recommend checking them out, but I just don't think it's competitive given proximity to chick-fil-a and other restaurants near by.

No notes on the chicken sandwich. The fries were wonderful and crispy. Please was clean and the service was nice and quick and everything was fresh. The chicken sandwich was very crispy and had a good sweetness that mixed well with the cabbage and the sauce and the pickles. Definitely a worthy chicken sandwich. Try it out now

Piece of chicken was very well cooked and I must admit the bread was super buttery. But it lacked any real flavor, all I really tasted was a semi mayode coleslaw. The french fries were oily, and no salt for seasoning. I did like the fact that they were battered, but if only that had more flavor. My overall feeling is that they have great service and good quality food just lacks depth. Next time I'll try one of the dipping sauces.

Wowza I need this spot to stay open because it's the tastiest friend chicken sando around but also I don't want it to become so popular I can't just pop over and get fed. First visit so we ordered chicken sando, fries, and wings with two of the four flavors - Sweet Spicy & Sweet butter (not pictured). Hubby ordered a fun beer. Chicken Sandwich - 10/10 no notes Fries- hot, crispy, the kind with some flavor already on it. Chefs kiss :-* Chicken Wings - 8/10 can't wait to try the other two flavors.

Just wrapped up lunch with my boyfriend at the Cluck Shack, and am officially obsessed! This little spot on Ventura is truly a small gem for delicious wings at an unbeatable price. Parking is available in both the back lot + on the street so no worries about that (there's a narrow hallway that leads from the back lot to the front right next to the restaurant so you don't have to walk around the corner). The cashier was polite and friendly, and explained all the flavors + gave great recommendations. We ordered 12 wings with three different flavors, a side of coleslaw, and two drinks for less than $40 (I think the total was $36!) and the portions were so generous! We waited about 15 minutes for food and enjoyed our meal inside (not a HUGE amount of seating but plenty inside and out). The wings were absolutely delicious. My favorite was the Soy Garlic, and it was bursting with flavor (aka literally juice was spilling out with every bite), and even the saucy wings were crispy. The coleslaw was perfect - Asian style without heavy mayo + flavors, and gave the perfect amount of freshness we needed to balance out the wings. Not only do they have wings, but they also have a chicken sandwich for only $8.99, and if the wings were this good, I can only imagine how yum the sandwich is :) they also had dessert options too, but we were so full that we'll have to try those next time! We definitely recommend Cluck Shack, and will be back soon to enjoy more items!

This may be one of the best meals I've had in all of the valley. I tried the Tapsilog bowl which had a perfectly cooked egg, savory Garlic rice and a great helping of marinated Angus beef. I'd love to know what they use for the Beef Marinade because it was out of this world. A flavor explosion the likes of which I have never tasted. One bite and I started devouring the bowl and had to force myself to slow down and chew. I also tried their Pork bun which was delicious. A perfectly made bun with delicious cooked Pork belly and an excellent pairing of sauces and toppings. I've had pork buns from other places and the bun has always ended up being too sweet and ruined the flavors for me, this was NOT the case. This Pork bun was in a word, Delectable. The staff was very friendly and poliete. My one issue is the price is on the higher side but with as good as everything tasted I'm willing to splurge to give my mouth a taste of Nirvana.

We decided on Oi Asian which had great reviews, so why not. First off, let me say that there is plenty of parking, however, the parks are extremely narrow for some reason. It was a struggle to get in and out of the car due to the width of the parks smh. Anyway, once we got inside, there wasn't anyway at the register and after standing there for a while, I noticed the kiosk so unplaced my order there. There were only two cooks in the back. We placed our order and sat down. The place was clean but everything seemed like it was do it yourself. The boys were thirsty and there wasn't an option for water on the kiosk, so I called one of the cooks from the back to pay for a water and he rang me up. It was pretty rough in there. At one point I had to get up and grab my own fork by reaching over the counter. Once our food was ready, one of the cooks brought our food and I wasn't really feeling my meal, which was the dynamite crawfish bowl. I didn't like the sauce it came with. I just picked at the crawfish and left the rest. As for the boys meal, the fried chicken adobo bowl was REALLY good! I ended up eating theirs because my oldest son didn't like it, which was great for me lol. My youngest and I tore that bowl up. Anyway, the verdict is, I may search around for other options but I know that if I can't find anything else I can always grab a chicken adobo bowl but the service was pretty nonexistent. That chicken adobo bowl saved it. OOO 3 out of 5

Service was friendly both times and the food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered the pad kee mao with extra chicken (only added extra chicken on my second visit) and overall thought it was very good. The chicken honestly stood out the most to me because it was actually tender and soft instead of rubbery or overcooked like you sometimes get from other Thai restaurants (especially "hole-in-the-wall" places). The noodles had a really nice texture too. Soft without being mushy, and the whole dish tasted fresh and flavorful throughout with no bland bites. The vegetables were cooked well and still had a bit of crispness to them, especially the carrots, bell peppers, onions, and string beans. Everything tasted fragrant and balanced with a light tanginess from the basil. I also appreciated that the dish wasn't greasy or overly oily, which can easily happen with drunken noodles. I got the mango iced tea at 25% sweetness and thought it was great. Refreshing and not overpoweringly sweet. My only small complaint is that the portion felt a little smaller the second time I came, even after adding extra chicken, and in general, the menu leans a bit pricey. Still, the quality of the ingredients and the consistency between visits makes up for a lot of that. Overall, really solid Thai food with fresh flavors and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a place I'd keep coming back to.

I called in to order takeout of a fried chicken and bulgogi "ritto" for two. It was a fast, delicious lunch! A 'ritto is a "burrito" style wrap-- white rice with seasoned protein, kimchi, special mayo, + optional chili all wrapped in Korean seaweed. The burrito itself is a bit fragile since it's large and the seaweed is the nice thin kind, so it's nice to eat it with a fork over a plate/box so you don't miss any bites I like a seaweed wrap which is fewer carbs than a flour/corn tortilla. The white rice is fluffy and sticky (all good things). The special mayo did it for me. The lettuce (romaine?) was crispy and fresh. There's space to sit inside if you want to dine in, and parking is easy as there's a lot. Located at the corner of Saticoy and Winnetka. Price is comparable to other protein-packed sandwiches in the Valley. And I like supporting local businesses that make yummy food. Looking forward to coming back soon.
