This happened about three years ago. First, the repair took a long time, but I was patient. I also had requested that he notify me if there was any change in the contracted work. He decided to repair my front fender to save me some money, instead of replacing it (as we had agreed to) , but did not tell me until I discovered it by walking by the shop and seeing the repair. Unfortunately, the result was less than satisfactory. A small piece of bent metal under the repaired fender was never noticed by them which prevented the headlight from locking into position. Also when replacing the headlight unit, they failed to seat it properly on its bracket. The consequence was the headlight was off center, the rubber gasket did not fit around the housing opening, did not aim the beam correctly, and could not be adjusted. ( I was able to bend the metal piece back, once I discovered it, but I had to have another shop later properly re-seat the light.) The hood was replaced with a new one, but the new one was installed slightly offset and now needs to be centered. Because of all this, the front bumper cover has never fit properly, and has even been noticed by others who own the same vehicle. Not the greatest customer service, but for most jobs, this shop is okay. But if your car is high-end or expensive, or you are concerned about keeping it as original as possible, then avoid this shop. read more

Mark is a complete liar. He received 7000 dollars and blew me off for 3 months saying he would get to me in 2 weeks 4 different times and then canceling with no notice. I came in to check if he was gonna hold up the date the 4th time and he was painting a exterior house door with no cars and told me "ah man its still gonna be another 2 weeks" after months of fighting with him i decided to go with someone else. So i went back to his shop for the 18th time and He told me he wasnt going to give me my money back that i paid him, that "i could wait till he feels like it or take him to court". So thats exactly what we did. He has Horrible customer service and a lying scam artist. Good luck if you take your vehicle here. We filed a civil suit against him and reported him to the ftc and bbb as well. read more

I walked in this morning to get an estimate on a dinged bumper and headlight. Mark and his son came out and gave me a quick fix in under 20 minutes. I was blown away. If I didn't know I'd dented my bumper there'd be no way to tell now. I was expecting the usual wait to get a time for an estimate, then the wait for parts, then the wait to get the repairs done. They gave me an estimate to get brand new parts and also options for refurbished. I would absolutely recommend them for repairs and body work. Fantastic work. Asked around at one of the local auto-parts stores, and Clydes was mentioned as the best bet, and least expensive. Then I found 100% positive reviews on Facebook, so I got an estimate and had them repair my minivan. BTW, no reviews on Yelp or Google so thought I'd share my experience. Had a 10 year old minivan with lots of scratches, cracked and chipped bumpers, etc., but we were selling it and didn't want to spend a lot of money. Somehow these guys buffed out scratches and scrapes on the doors that I would have thought were permanent. Then they re-painted the back bumper for a perfect match. The front bumper was broken, so they sourced a new one and charged me $60 less for the new bumper part than the lowest price I could find for the same part online! They repainted the front bumper, again matching it perfectly. They also replaced broken hinges in the door, replaced all the interior lights with LED lights, and did a couple of other minor fixes. They really worked with us on price, and did great work. The people that bought our minivan said it looked like new, so we were able to sell it at a higher price than we would have if we hadn't repainted and repaired!! read more
