Chicken gizzards mild, Cole slaw and sweet radish kimchi
    Art J.

Well I've been to cm chicken before but I would go to the one at the Lincolnwood Mall which is a dying Mall. Well in regards to the good the food is as usual consistent and good I ordered the chicken gizzards which I haven't had for a while it's Korean style fried chicken and they're pretty reasonably priced. The bad that I didn't like was the ambience they opened up a separate restaurant sit down but it's not very comfortable especially on the hot day today they ate their AC doesn't work so it's hard to dine in I should have just gone to the Lincolnwood Mall and ate there where it's air conditioning that's probably why you're not too many people were dining in for a new normal place. Service was slow but I'm not surprised because they were slow at the one in the mall to deliver the chicken gizzards otherwise it's good in regards to a unique taste of Korean fried Chicken. Perhaps if the air can was working in their I would have given them four stars but it's hard to be eating in a un air conditioned informal restaurant even though they have the ceiling fans on

Staff was nice but the chicken was so dry!! Sad, was really expensive and sub par. Could have been a great addition to the neighborhood but is just a cash grab. Go to joong boo instead.

    Yummy!

My mom brought home some amazing wings in three different flavors: cheese, soy garlic, and onion, along with some cheese balls. My personal favorites were the cheese and soy garlic, but honestly, they were all fantastic. The only thing missing was the side of pickled daikon. I usually go to the location in Glenview, but this one was just as great!

They have a pretty quaint setup playing K-Pop music, with three tables and window sill seats. The man at the front was friendly and showed me the menu. I'm new to CM Chicken, and I've been in the neighborhood waiting for this spot to open so I appreciated the gesture. Their fried dumplings are juicy, the chicken (the classic) is crunchy and good paired with wings, legs, and thighs.

Now you only get that basement vibe when you head to the bathroom. lol Monti's is a legit cool kid now, and I'm not mad at it at all. The cheesesteak? Still doing what it's supposed to do. I ordered one to go and demolished it later that night, like usual. I did sit in and have a few beers and bites. Somehow I've been sleeping on the onion rings and wings this whole time. Listen, listen, listen, Linda, the onion rings; Do Not Change Them!!! Don't you dare switch to those battered, frozen, chain-restaurant rings of bull-s. These are the good rings. Now, the wangzzzz. I'm not going to pretend these are the absolute best wings in the entire city, but they are absolutely in the "I will randomly crave these on a Tuesday" category. The meat could use a little marinade situation to bring more flavor inside, but that crispy coating holds up to the sauce like a champ. I like it, I like it, I like it. Extra points for a buffalo sauce that actually has some thickness to it and isn't just "here's some hot sauce, on a wing being called buffalo sauce. Now, I am going to need to try some of the other wing sauces, but if they hold up too. I would rather come here than go to some other well known wing spots. Honestly, I can see myself rolling through just for wings, rings, and vibes. And that Golden Monkey beer? Yeah, go ahead and keep that on tap forever. Please and thank you. haha

My son and his girlfriend have been there many times, and insisted we get the whipped ricotta appetizer and kale salad. Both of these items were top notch, as were the cocktails and wi e we had. The pasta bolognese that the ladies ordered was delicious. My son had the burger and fries, and it was fine, just not very special. I ordered the "half" chicken, thinking as a bird themed restaurant, the only poultry entree would be a star but that was not the case. A small thigh and half of a breast was their interpretation of a half chicken, and this was noted on the menu, but the portion was disappointing. The dish was supposed to to be accompanied by polenta with trumpet mushrooms, but two paltry slices of mushroom with a small smear of polenta completed the dish which "artfully" only occupied the left half of the plate, leaving the rest of the plate bare. Small portions aside, the dish was overly salty, to the point I had dry mouth the rest of the night, and the chicken was overcooked. The taste was fine, and the little bit of polenta added enough moisture to make the dish work. The worst thing was the incredibly dull dinner knife that couldn't cut through the mush, let alone the chicken. Everything thing else was superb. I would go back for the cocktails and appetizers, perhaps grazing the appetizers and a salad as a dinner. The pastas all looked terrific, but I will probably steer clear of the four mains on the menu, as they seem to be the least inspired items to order.

I'm not halal myself, but I appreciate supporting diverse dining options. Ordering online was easy though pricy--my four buffalo wings with ranch were ready in 15 minutes and were just over $12 (before tip). Pickup was simple, the staff were friendly, and I even got a bonus fifth wing. There were a few tables inside, but I chose takeout. The wings were jumbo and meaty, but the heavy breading and sauciness made them soggy rather than crispy--just not my preference. If you like thick, saucy breading, you might enjoy them. The first time I placed a takeout order, I unfortunately got sick afterward. The owner reached out and genuinely wanted to make things right, which I appreciated. That's why I decided to give them another chance on my own time and dime and order the same exact meal--I believe a business should be judged by how it handles situations, not just by one-off issues, which can happen anywhere. This time, I didn't get sick! While the wings weren't my style, Cluck'n Wings has friendly service, easy ordering, and fills a niche. If you're looking for halal wings with a saucier, breaded style, it's worth a try.

We ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese and the Garlic Butter Lemon Pepper Wings (comes with fries) to share between 2 people. The food arrived hot and well-packaged, to my personal relief because I didn't want soggy wings - the risks of food delivery, right? Kudos to our courier! The wings were wonderfully, perfectly cooked, moist and so flavorful with a slight tart kick from the lemon pepper, and a nice crispy outside. The breading was the right amount, too. I admittedly don't normally care for chicken wings but I am a fan of Lloyd's! Lobster Mac was outstanding- pasta is nicely al dente (we were both fans of the texture), well-seasoned, not over-salted, and was cheesy and creamy throughout. What a pleasant find today! Will definitely order from again, can't wait to try more items off their menu. Thank you, Lloyd's Upscale Street Food!

The fries that were underneath the chicken were seasoned well. Lastly the lobster ravioli was extremely creamy & rich. I'm nit sure the lobster was cooked well enough however it could a close 2nd to the best thing on the menu which in my opinion is the chickens wings.
