Thievery at its best! William came to my house to remove a tree that had fallen. William assured me the stump would be removed and "grinded flat" he said. He left his people in my home to do the work. He never supervised the work or assured the quality himself. He just never came back period! They just left the entire stump sticking out from the ground, roots and all. William said he would come back and fix it after I paid in full. He assured me with a date and I trusted him. I took his word. I was nice to them - made them plenty of lemonade and sandwiches while they worked. Then he just rudely ignored my calls or texts! William was referred by relatives he worked for prior and even ignored their attempts to contact him! He stands for nothing he claims about customer satisfaction! The people posting are probably his friends and family. Don't ever do business with William he lied right to my face then took my money without a care. He never returned my calls. So me and my husband were in a drive thru today and one of your employees on there mower hit our car with a flying object .we pulled over to let him know what happened,he Proceeded to call my husband names in Spanish because I don't think he spoke English and then all of a sudden 3 other Hispanic males ran up on my husband threatening to fight him .I then had to call the cops and fill a report.all we wanted to know was the company name and number so we could resolve this matter.So we were finally giving the company Info from the cops .So my husband called the owner who treated him like shit,as if it was my husband's fault his employees damaged our car. Cole didn't want to hear what happened all we heard was what good employees he had .Yeah the ones who wanted to beat up my husband and call him every horrible name in spanish .I would not recommend this company for anything ...you might get assaulted if you speak up about Damages they did. I initially typed up a long and very detailed email but decided to simply say that I had to remind the owner of his appointment with me (one that HE set the date and time) and when he came out, he appeared uninterested and quoted me an outrageous fee. He didn't want to visit the property because the "weather is really bad" - it was raining (not snowing). I thought if he had an issue with coming out to merely look at the front and back yards in the rain, what excuses would I hear from him if I hired him? Pass! read more
