Receptionist's and intake MA have always been nice and professional greeting me with a smile and always saying hello. They are working so hard always on the phone or scheduling an appt probably amongst other things like doing prior auths for failed insurance coverage etc etc. They always knows who i am when checking in, and while sometimes we do have to wait because Dr Tsai is delivering a baby or seeing a new mother for her morning check up i am totally fine waiting. Dr Tsai has been my OB for 6 of my births and there is no where else i would rather be. She is hard working, selfless, knowledgeable, knows how to make critical decisions in a high stress situation and always willing to stay and answer every question that i have. Working in the medical field myself we can be the worst type of patient (LOL) but i trust her as well as her office completely. Anytime i had a concern that seemed "out there" Dr Tsai always put my mind at ease. Her Nurse Practitioners are also EXCELLENT: Kathy, Erica and Wimonrat. They have each helped me at some point and i am even fine with just seeing them for my routine check ups because they are that amazing. If you want a doctor who is there to actually help people and do so with exceptional care and love, look no further than Dr Tsai and her team!

Our first visit took half an hour for us to be seen because they came back from lunch late and were too busy talking and eating to check in patients. When speaking on the phone on more than one occasion, they've been condescending and rude and have hung up on me more than once when I'm just trying to ask questions. They would not allow me to speak to my OB/GYN and insisted that I must give them my personal information and tell them my health concerns instead which was super uncomfortable and not okay. They also went ahead and scheduled an appointment without my knowledge or consent and then got mad at me when I said I wasn't available that day. Unfortunately, after my recent experience with them, I'll no longer be going to this practice and urge others to do the same.

The actual office is modern, clean, and parking is plentiful. :)

He's located on the third floor of the first building out of the parking lot. There's a sufficient amount of parking in the lot of this hospital and a security checkpoint in the front of the drive in to enter the hospital. He's a small Asian guy who's straight to the point. He doesn't really say anything besides what needs to be said and addresses all questions and concerns. The renovation of the hospital was much needed and his place looks much more cuter now. The nurses are always friendly and informative on the phone and always make sure to give me a reminder ring for my appointments. A ton of my friends come here too, which is random seeing people you know at your vagina doctor lmao but whatever. Five stars cuz all in all service is up to par.

I appreciate that Nurse Nora was very kind and even remembered us from the appt prior and made a comment to see how I was holding up. She also did the same to other patients. You don't see that a lot. We met under emergency circumstances. I had called Dr.Jans office to see if they could see me right away because I was pregnant and bleeding heavily and informed them of a possible miscarriage. They were able to get me in right away. My other half and I were in absolute tears we knew our situation wasn't ideal. Dr. Jan's knowledge and ease and helping us get through this situation made me feel so at ease. Although I had to do an emergency D n C procedure I appreciated her professionalism and grace in how she was able to handle and control the situation. I was very nervous and through out the whole process she talked me through everything before she did it and most of all remained calm. I honestly feel like that day she saved me life. Her words of wisdom that day as well as on our follow up after really helped our grieving process. It gave us hope. Although my pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. I would like to say that I'm grateful I was able to be in such great hands. If your deciding or debating. Don't. I trust this doc with my life and hope to get on her wait list.

Got to my 9 am appointment a little after 8:30 am. Sat in the waiting room until 10 am before…read moregiving up and rescheduling although I'm probably just going to cancel. Office was disgusting. It's very dirty, dusty, and disorganized. I was taken into a back room filled with haphazardly piled boxes and debris to take my weight and blood pressure. You leave your urine samples on top of the toilet and the door from the other side (two doors for one bathroom) is open and ajar and cannot fully close/latch. There was no soap. People who came in after me were seen first. The nurses clearly showed favoritism to establish patients and like I said, I was skipped over for 1.5 hours. Doctor was late to work but still insisted on skipping my appointment to take in other patients who were scheduled after me. If you're trying to make an appointment with this particular doctor: don't. Oh and a side note, AC was off. I was really uncomfortable.
