When I called 3 different times to their troubleshooting line, speaking to 3 different agents, they told me I was either too heavy (I weigh 135) or I was going up too many hills, and I'm expected to charge the scooter when I goon each ride. I was notable to use it while standing through lines to rides at all. I told them there are not that many electrical sites within the parks, I was told I should have asked staff, like I was an idiot and never thought of that. I did go to staff and was told there was only one location at each park and they keep them pretty well hidden. Please note, my need to charge the scooter at 3 different parks, 2-3x at each, I never came across another scooter getting charged. Even the key says to charge overnight for a full days use. This was a terrible experience, please don't put yourself through it.

She apologized and allowed me to express my concerns without argument. She gave truly great customer care and told me a third scooter had already been pulled from the wharehouse and was on the way. Initial review below: Rented a Maxima scooter for today 9/1-9/4 . I am about 140 lbs below the limit so this ecv should handle me fine, but the one waiting for me at Shades of Green was so squeaky and loud it was giving me a headache. Called and customer service was very nice and sent someone right away. The gentlemen came with a new scooter within an hour, and everyone was so pleasant I wish I could leave a good review, but I can't. I showed the employee what was going on and how noisy the first one was, and he literally said to me that "A lot of them do that." I rent a scooter every time I come to Walt Disney World, and I come every other month. Never have I had one make any noises like this. I told him I would be returning the second scooter if it made noise too, but when I drove it I had no issues. Until I rounded the corner and of course, squeaky loud noises coming from the left rear wheel drive area (the first one has same issue but coming from rear right area) The scooter itself has seen better days and chunks are cut out of the wheels, I'm not sure what the issue is exactly , but I just finished driving 13 hours and I'm too exhausted to do anything other than drive this thing for the next few days.
