Had a Mani/Pedi. I have seen this place in Walmart, but always just kept going. I had looked a few times at prices. Yesterday, I decided to make an appointment. I went to another place in town, but just didn't seem comfortable there (not to say that they did not do a good job). Peter did my Pedi and wow, it was great. If something was not comfortable, he would stop and do something else, so I do appreciate that very much. Toenails looked really nice and my feet feel nice. I told Peter that I am diabetic, so he took extra care with my feet. Lina did my nails, and really took her time (I had gel polish removed and reapplied). My nails and hands feel nice and the massage really was helpful. Lina was so friendly too! It's a small place, but intimate, Peter and Lina didn't have a problem carrying on a small conversation. I got to watch a few episodes of "Good Cop/Bad Cop" as well. Nice experience, I will be back. read more

The gentleman who gave me my pedicure was so sweet and incredibly kind however, I went in to get the same color that I always get anywhere else funny bunny, and it only lasted on my toes for a couple of days before It started peeling off. My assumption is that they put acetone in their nail polishes. It ended up being a very expensive pedicure that didn't last for very long. read more

I went to get my nails done today here and I showed the nail tech what I wanted she said she could do what I was asking for and I didn't get anything I asked for! plus I went in for a fill and new design my daughter even got her nails painted and I was charged $95! not only that you can see my precious grow under the acrylic not good at all will not be going back read more

LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS!! Do NOT bother making an apt. I waited 25 mins past my apt time before another tech (not who I made the apt with) started my mani. She did a fine job but considering my scheduled technician STILL WASNT READY (it's an hour past my apt time), the one who stepped in to do my mani could have massaged my arms and hands a little longer considering I didn't get them polished. My feet sat in warm water that quickly turned to luke warm at best b/c my scheduled tech was doing a shellac pedi on a lady besides me (which I don't understand at all cause although the polish may stay on longer, your toenails will grow and and feet will get calloused and you'll need another pedi in two weeks anyway)! Here's a tip for your business, make walk-ins wait. Make sure the techs that have appts font start on another person 10 mins before someone is coming in. ITS BAD BUSINESS! Make the drive to COS and find a better place! read more

Terrible, terrible. Made up the price as they went and made it higher for me because I'm younger than the older lady next to me. We got the exact same thing in different colors and I was still charged 20 extra. The workers talk bad about the customers in their native language. My nails are crooked, lumpy, and uneven. I paid 60$. Please please please don't just go here cause it's closer or more convenient. It's gonna be worth it when you're not treated like trash and love your nails. read more

I have been coming to Regal Nails since 12/2020 and through the ownership transfer. New owners are FANTASTIC. They know me when I come in and call to set up an appointment. My preference is the owner (she sits up front) and she does an absolutely great job and she is an AMAZINZG artist. They keep the nail salon clean and sanitary. I like the fact that they post their prices and she always advising the cost for anything above and beyond to what is included. read more

Really enjoyed my experience. However it took them probably 30 minutes to stat my pedicure. Two other people walked in and went before me. Then the only bad part of my pedicure was the massage. It just wasn't the best I've ever had. Everything else, the trimming, filing, callus remover, all was great. Even the polish job looked great! ****edit*** this WAS a 4 Star review. Til I messed my polish up and went to get it fixed. The Asian man who seemed to be the owner was a total dick bag. I had to wait 10-15 minutes and there was 3 techs not doing anything. Then he started to re do it and was full of attitude. Mumbling things like "you should've been more careful" and "you didn't let it dry". I am so disappointed in this place. Could be a great opportunity to give excellent customer service but he ruined it with his trashy attitude. I will NEVER be back and I WONT be tipping him. read more

Clean and sanitary nail salon. Good service although the wait can be long. Compared the Ones on Powers Blvd and Palmer Park Blvd this salon is the best. I get the gel nails and although expensive they last 2 weeks. Highly recommend this place. read more

I used to love this place I've been going for a couple years. It's not unlikely that you'll make an appointment and won't be seen for 20 to 45 minutes. My go-to girl T left. But they have gotten a couple new employees over the past few months. Some of the employees are good some are not worth the money. I would like to see a larger selection of polishes and colors. read more

My third time here and last...Same thing every time, I schedule an appt, get there and sign in and then make me wait and take other people that are walk ins after I am there waiting. I had a 2pm appt for a repair, arrived at 1:55, they were all busy and told me to wait. At 215 the walk up w/o appt needing a full set after I was still sitting got started as I was still waiting. At 225 I assumed I was next until the tech grabbed her purse and just walked out. At 230 I scratched my name off the list and walked out and was given attitude. Super unprofessional. read more

I went into Regal nails asking for a soak a cut. They pushed a full pedicure for $26.00 . We are all wearing masks so I understand if they didn't hear me . The technician cut my toe nails and started on my cuticles, she cut my big toe wayyyy to close I started bleeding she applied bactine on my toe and then decided to emerge it into water. Today I am left with a toe infected . I will probably have to see a doctor tomorrow. Please stay away from this Establishment. I will never visit this salon again. read more

Their customer service is lacking. One of the ladies had an attitude when I wants my daughters nails painted while I was doing my manicure and pedicure. They couldn't do my gel nails since I brought my own polish. Wasn't impressed with their service. Will look somewhere else to get my nails done. read more

I love this place. I have been coming here for the last 2 1/2 years. I always get a great job done here. I have been going to this nail salon for several years now for pedicures and full nail sets and felt it was time I gave them the kudos they deserve ! I have been to other salons as I travel but am always glad to get back home. John, Jessica and their staff are all fantastic to work with. I normally schedule with one particular girl but I have no qualms in having any of the Nail Techs take care of me when she is not available. The store is very clean, the techs are friendly and I will continue going to them for many years to come. read more

For about a year now, I go to this salon regularly and get pink and whites. They get my nails super short without hurting me or making any mistakes. They extend the white portion so that my nails look long event though they are super short. They don't bug me about it or complain. They just ask me what I want and do it. I went somewhere else to get the same thing done while on vacation, and they cut me and complained that super short nails were impossible to do. We are PCSing soon, but I will miss this place. If you are military, and want short/functional/cute nails. This place is great. read more
