Within an hour I received the diagnosis from Brian and he let me know exactly what needed to be done- I needed a new HVAC Blower motor, that was all. Brian saved me time and money, and he did an excellent job on my car. The work completed was done quickly, and he even let me know about the warranty. Brian saved me $700+. My Corolla needed to have the brake pads replaced as they were already starting to make an ugly…read morenoise. I drive by this shop all the time and they're always very busy so they must be good, right? I figured I would give them a try. I purchased my brake pads at OReilly's next door for the front and rear brakes. I took the car to SHM and the workers were all very friendly. I paid $40 for the rear and front brakes to be replaced and the job took a little over an hour to do. All in all I was very satisfied with the results and the customer service provided. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
