After many calls and text to the company they scheduled an appointment with a 3 hour window to show up, after waiting 5 hours, they never showed. We paid $2600.00. They are completely avoiding our attempts to get the issue resolved. The door goes down, then immediately back up, we've had to disconnect it from the opener to get it to stay closed. This company doesn't stand behind their warranty or workmanship.
