Service was excellent and my car drives like a charm..the reason for 4 stars is they're very priceyread more

I had bought new tires at the Marmora Mavis before without any issue so when my brakes started…read moremaking noise on a Friday evening I decided to make an appointment with them on Saturday instead of waiting until Monday to make an appointment with my regular mechanic not knowing if he would be able to squeeze me in. Big mistake! Mavis said I needed front brakes which cost me over $600. They had a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. 7 months later my brakes are severely vibrating when braking at high speed. I bring it back to Mavis and explain whats going on and they are under warranty. I had left it there and received a phone call that I need all this front end suspension work. I told them to forget it and brought my car to my mechanic. He showed me the rotors which were severly pitted and he said they were warped. He also said the pads were very cheap and showed me what looked like melted aluminum on the rotor. He said he had never seen that before. My mechanic replaced the front and rear brakes for $476. In between the Mavis brake job I had my oil changed and asked for the free tire rotation. The manager up front told me they wouldn't rotate my tires because you want the better tires in the back. Anyone with half a brain knows you want the better tires in the front because those are the ones that direct the car plus my car is front wheel drive. They also spilled engine oil all over my engine because when i drove to the store half a mile away smoke was coming out from under the hood and it smelled of burning engine oil. Subsequently when gave my mechanic the itemized estimate for the front end work Mavis gave me he said my car needed none of the work they suggested. This place is a scam with subpar mechanics and parts. If i could give less than one star I would.
