Ramen. This is what I ordered. Togo. I frequented food from this place twice in a week. The first time I ordered the shoyu "light and balanced" ramen. Broth was delicious and creamy. The person I ordered it for said that it may have been the best ramen in the area and that the Chashu was AMAZING!! She noticed that there were no bamboo shoots ( ordered extra) and no egg. :( I ordered the broth less ramen. It was not good to me but I can see how others may like it. We also ordered eggrolls = DELICIOUS!!! With the peanut miso sauce . Amazing. Overall 4/5 for missing things in the order and the extra thing we paid for. 2 days later Things ordered - shoyu light and balanced with extra bambo Spicy paitan with extra egg Classic ( forgot the name) Double order of eggroll Order of brussel sprouts Overall.. broth was colder than before. I praised how warm the ramen was especially Togo in the previous instance. This time it was below room temp. Eggs had a cold center. This was not our experience with the previous order. Eggrolls = amazing AGAIN! This is where things get weird. The classic and the shoyu both were labeled. The broth was labeled shoyu and the contents ( noodles etc.. ) were labeled appropriately. This time we had 3 people. What we noticed is that the food was mislabeled.. possibly .. but both of were missing parts to it that were promised. Lack of mushrooms or bamboo etc... one had almost all the makings of the correct order but missed noodles.. The spicy paitan was not spicy and the brussel sprouts were SAAAAALTY!!!!! Omg. The sauce that came with them was nice.. I enjoyed dipping the eggroll in it. Overall.. I felt kind of cheated. There is room for improvement with ingredients being in the food and stuff being over seasoned but I don't think I will be returning for a while. read more

CO-OP is a pleasant addition to NWA! Ramen is a favorite on a cold day and this place delivers! The broth was extremely flavorful and I appreciated the noodle/ingredients-to-broth ratio. I'm somewhat of a ramen snob, and this place gets a thumbs up. I'll definitely be back. CO-OP is excellent. The ramen is flavorful and interesting. The broth is really the strong point. Some noodles are better than others. Really enjoyed everything I've had here. Their pork tonkatsu is always a highlight. They have one option that is rotating so lately I've tried whatever is new. The ramen is extremely good! We had the classic Tokyo shoyu and Tonkotsu Spare Rib. The classic was definitely better than the tonkotsu. We also had the shitake gyoza. Everything was flavorful, but my only issue was the service both times I was there. They brought out everyone's food but one person both times. It was a good 20 minutes before the last person got their meal. I think there was a honest mix up when the meals were served and they had to remake it. The booths are a little small and cramped but I like the concept. There is only one area to sit if you bring in a big group. Overall, good food! read more

I really liked the aesthetic inside especially with the open kitchen concept, too. Drinks: You order drinks first. They have draft cocktails and a play on using sake as a mixer. There is also a self-serve water and seltzer station, which is what we opted for. Food: I ordered the Tonkotsu (Shio) and they handed us a number and took us to our seats. The food arrived very fast (within 5 minutes of sitting down). The chashu slices were very large and meaty but lacking depth and flavor; however, they were very tender. The soft boiled egg was cooked perfectly and delicious. The broth was more greasy than creamy. I was disappointed in the noodles itself, they were stringy and did not have any spring/chew. Perhaps, they have a different type of noodle that I can request next time. The individual components of the bowl were all decent, but they did not come together in tasty harmony. read more

Went to Co-op on a recent chilly night. I ordered the fried chicken with wavy noodles and my partner ordered the pork belly with gluten free noodles. We both enjoyed our meals. I do wish there was more chicken in mine. It felt like there could have been a little bit more meat. My partner really enjoyed his meal as well. I wish there were more gluten free appetizer options that we could have share since the food took a while. Quaint dining area (with a cool vibe right by the Holler), but even their to-go is amazing. They also have beer and bottle options for drinks, but the main standout is the ramen. This ramen place is only sub par. The noodles did not taste fresh, and the broth wasn't as flavorful as I have had at other places. The menu didn't have very many options to make your experience unique, or even custom to your taste. The pork in my ramen was very bland, and overall I left feeling as if I would have been better off eating at another noodle place. Another thing- the name "co-op" is very misleading because they don't allow you to bring other food from from the surrounding restaurants. They also don't allow you to take out your food to eat somewhere else. If you want authentic, unique ramen, I would recommend Ramen Nara in bentonville. I definitely will not be back. read more

Terrible service. Super awkward service. Theres a line for drinks but if you dont get anything from the bar then they shun you to defend for yourself without telling you water is self serviced. You only find this out when you ask for water only to be given the stink eye that you dont already know water is get it yourself. Food is nothing exciting. If you want sambal or chili oil be prepared to get charged 1.00 and remember to ask for it up front otherwise you will be given another stink eye for asking for extra stuff and they will clumsily charge you for it before giving it to you even if it takes them 5 mins. But no matter how many terrible reviews they recieve they dont care because they are backed with loads of money and who needs customers when you can run your own show without public support? Design elements are 100. Shio tonkotsu was wayyyyyy too salty. Listen to your reviewers! Would love to give it another shot. Tried the short rib tonkotsu as well. Wasn't bad but also wasn't overly impressed. Pricing is where I'd expect it to be, but charging for oil seems a little nitpicky. First and last time eating here really wanted to like it and was super excited to try it with my friend but customer service really sucks any question asked we were looked at like we were annoying. Wasnt aware the water is self served so if you get water dont ask because you will be looked at like you were suppose to be aware of this. Got one of the rice bowls and my friend got a ramen bowl we did get our food super fast and the food looked super good but my food wasnt even warm so it was hard to eat cold rice ? If I was craving ramen, I would come here for a bowl. It's not the best I ever had but it would satisfy a craving. I got the tonkatsu shoyu ramen. The noodles has a nice chew, pork was tasty, broth was nice. I added chili oil to my bowl but it was not spicy at all. Felt silly paying an extra $1 for it. LOVED they had sparkling water on tap. My first time here and I was disappointed in the ramen/saimen. This is not anything close to what it is in Japan or elsewhere serving real ramen. The broth was flavorless and starchy. This wasn't the best ramen I've had but I liked it. The broth was really good and surprisingly, the Brussel sprouts really complimented the flavor of the dish, and I'm not big on those usually. It was really hard to find a ramen spot in Bentonville and I stumbled upon CO-OP Ramen. It's located in the 8th street market development area. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and boy was that really good! Coming from San Diego, where you get excellent Japanese food, this location was a breath of fresh air and exceeded my expectations! I love this place. It has a very swanky interior as well as delicious and comforting food. The price point is on par with other ramen places, but I like this one the best. Reminds me of the ramen I would eat when I lived in Hawaii. I think the assigned seating concept is fun, food has always been out super fast and everyone who works there is friendly and very helpful. I tried this place again, per the manager's message to me on Yelp. They now offer gluten free noodles but NONE of the meats are gluten free. I was in Arkansas for my sisters wedding and looked up restaurants in the Rogers and bentonville area and CO-OP came up as one of those. I never heard of it before so I thought I would try it. It was the best restaurant I had visited while in Arkansas! The food was amazing better than I expected! When you arrive they have you order your own food due to covid I think and then after you order they have you sit down and they bring your food! It was a quaint and cute place to eat when your in the Rogers area I would recommend CO-OP for either lunch or dinner. Different ramen bowls and salads to choose from. read more
