I was here on a Saturday, and boy was it craaaazzzyy. There was even a line that formed outside that we had to wait in. Once I entered the store, the employee handed me an additional 50% off purchase coupon. I ended up getting a pair of sunglasses for $70 after the discount, and it was originally almost $200! What I really like about this place is that the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The employee that helped me and my friend made sure we had an enjoyable shopping experience. If I can give 0 stars I would!!!! After a long day session at the gym my sister and I remembered we needed a last minute gift so we rushed to coach late at night. We arrived and as soon as we walked in they looked at the way we were dressed and discriminated us based on our looks. They were following us around the store, and kept looking at us like we were dirty people not once did they offer any help or told us about their specials going on. Other girls came in and were dressed nicer than us and had bags form other atores they greeted them so much different than us "hey girls welcome" with smiles on their faces and told them about their discounts and kept offering their help. We had no choice but to buy the bag since it was too late to go elsewhere. Will never return to coach store it was a horrible experience!!! The girls working there weren't even dress all that either. I love Coach purses because from my experience they are simply stylish and sturdy. But I hate this particular coach outlet store in citadel! So the deal was 60% off with an additional 30% off. And if you get 2 items on clearance there's an additional 20% off. There were 2 bags we loved and got so excited about because of the said deal. We asked at least 3 staffers confirming the price of the bags and with their calculators said it will be around $160 for both bags. After lining up for almost 30 minutes, the cashier rang the price and she said it's $280!!!! She said the bags were just misplaced in the clearance area. If that were the case, those sales assistants shouldve known! (Not even 1 of the 3 knew?!?!) Coz the bags didnt have price tags and they had to initially verify. It was weird that they didn't know they werent on clearance (if they really weren't!) The price was already quoted to us 3x and wasted a good 1.5 hrs on the stupd store yet they didn't budge to just give the items in the price they quoted (did i say 3x) to appease and please their customers!!! Compared to other Coach factory stores, the line to get in is pretty long and snakes through all of the ropes. Must get crazy in there at times to limit the people. This Coach Factory Store also seems to get a lot of the made-for-Factory Store bags versus the 'outlet' bags from the real stores. Quality is a bit shabby and most are the logo bags which sometimes look gimmicky. Handbags, some wallets, some wristlets. Some random items like key chains, pill boxes, and golf ball holders. Came here yesterday and it was chaotic. There was a line forming outside just to get in. I took one look at the line and walked away. I went to the food court for lunch and when I came back, voila, no line. Yes, two birds one stone type of situation :p I made my way to the front door and saw that an employee was passing out flyers/coupons for additional discounts on top of their already marked down items. I excitedly glanced in every direction and found myself in heaven. I found a large saffiano leather tote on the clearance shelf for 50% off, plus with the coupon, I would get an additional 30%, plus an extra 20% off to top it off. The leather tote was originally $320, but with all the crazy discounts they were offering that day, I only ended paying $90! WHAT. A. STEAL!!! I hurriedly took hold of the tote and held on tightly. The other customers in there were a bit feisty .. trying to load up on bags and wallets. I advise to walk with strutted arms and elbowing anyone that gets in the way of you and your purses.. Ahaha totally kidding! But really, the other people there are a bit rude, and the best way to deal with them is to just walk around and hope they trip over all those bag straps xP LOL kidding again! Ahah I'm having too much fun writing this review.. Anyways, moving on.. I found a really nice monogrammed cross body bag on sale for $129, but with the additional 30%, then the 20% off, I knew I was getting a good deal. I ended up getting the cross body in their classic tan/light brown for myself and another in gray/black for my mother in law. I walked on over to the wallet and wristlet section and saw that the wristlets were even cheaper! I snagged 2 wristlets for $30 each. YAY FOR SALES! I made my way across the store, treading through the mass amount of bodies with a large tote, two cross body bags, and two wristlets. I felt like if I could get through that crowd, I could accomplish anything, like.. taking over the world. Jk. As I circled the store, I couldn't find anything that pleased my eyes any further so I went back and grabbed two more totes, one for my mom and the other for my sister. I snaked my way to the check out line and paid for the items. For three large saffiano leather totes, two canvas monogrammed cross body bag and two canvas monogrammed wristlets, the total came out to be somewhere around $440. Marco is a top notch Coach rep. He goes out of his way to ensure satisfaction. For me, he even buffed a bag which was the last of its kind to make it look more appealing. He also went to the back to find additional assortments of key chain charms - which totally met my interest: A vinyl record and an eight ball. I purchased a sling-type backpack and two charms. I'm very happy with my purchase. I usually find a good deal here but was surprised to see that they didn't have a good after-christmas sale. It was the only store without a long line to get into which should have been a warning. The sale was 20% off the ticketed price. It was almost like a regular retail store when the tags show $695. Last time I was here it was 50% off plus an additional 20% off. I have never been taken care of so well! Not only is the staff pleasant and attentive, they actually care that you leave happy! Blown away by the no fuss return / exchange policy. They mean it when they say no time limit for returns. I brought my purchases from x-mas that didn't get wrapped and they happily gave me a refund. Then one of the gifts I bought myself needed to be repaired but instead of sending it out, they offered me a refund / store credit to purchase a brand new one! Unbelievably happy to say the least. I was at the Citadel Outlets doing Christmas shopping and decided to check-out the Coach store for a few of my female family members. I walked out with 2 bags and a few wallets for a couple of the guys in my circle. Ivy was super helpful and friendly. I've only been in this store once in the past (about a year ago) and the experience was a whole lot better. Ivy came up to me and offered help and gave me a rundown of current sales. I walked around for a bit and after a tough time I asked for some opinions. She was very honest with her opinions and I like that. Most sales associates will try to just push you into getting something but she did make her options a lot more realistic. In the 45 minutes or so I spent looking around, she was very attentive and kind of followed around checking up on how I was doing. Great customer service I'd say. Definitely hoping she isn't a temporary because stores could use people like her. Aside, the sales were definitely worth the wait and crowd. Stood in line forever to exchange a bag and when I finally got to the counter, it took the salesgirl a while to finally tell me that since I didn't have a receipt, she could not return or exchange my purse. The $295 price tag was still on there untouched and I even brought it in the original bag but due to the bag making it's debut in January, its been 7 months already, and they don't take any exchanges after 6 months! I got the bag as a gift and I did not like the large style, so I asked if I could exchange it for ANYTHING smaller, so she said she'd ask the manager and the manager walked over with her NO personality and after scrutinizing the bag, said no.
