I had such a great experience at the Coach Outlet in Cypress. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me immediately with warm smiles and were ready to help. The store was clean, organized, and had a huge selection of wallets, purses, bags, and accessories. The associates were really patient, knowledgeable, about the exchange policy, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for without ever feeling rushed. They even pointed out a few deals I would've overlooked and missed. I was able to pick out a great wallet. I definitely will be returning. read more

I visit the coach store to surrender my favorite handbag I got for my birthday, for repairs. Coach has a year warranty on all their handbags which is complementary. The coach team examined the handbag and verify the purchase date to determine whether it will be complementary or a charge, prior to shipping. The estimated time of repair and return is within 6 to 8 weeks. I wish they had a notification to whereas when they receive my package from the store and when they complete it, and ship it back. Once the repairs is completed they will send the item back to your home address. I did enter in a request to require a signature at delivery. Because I definitely don't need them To leave it at my doorstep, when I'm away for work for a couple weeks. Plus this bag is no longer being produced. read more

Came here. Well I do noticed that different Coach outlet stores have different stuff. So walked in and it was perfect that I found a purse that works well for traveling. I got one for my mom for the upcoming mother's day. And also one for myself (different color of course). Staff was nice. But the best thing is that its not like the Coach at the Seattle premium out where they follow you around the entire store. I like to do my own thing. I came out happy. read more

I have always been a fan of Coach items -- from way back. Come into this location, though, and you'll see some of the funkiest colors and styles that the Coach designers ever dreamed up! Prices are nothing to write home about, until you're handed the 50% off coupon when you walk in and then bee-line to the back of the store where everything is 50% off anyway. That means that an item that has a retail tag on it of $350 suddenly gets down to $86. Now, I can go for that! Be aware, though: selection can sometimes be sparse (as far as colors and sizes) and not everything is a great deal. Wallets -- pass them by. But some of the purses that I've found here are a steal! I will admit, though, that I have never purchased anything in purple, pink or turquoise. There IS an overabundance of those colors here. ALL the time! E-gads! read more

I have purchased a wristlet in black leather during Labor Day sale at 60% off. Came in another time trying to exchange it for a different one with coach logo, current discount is 50%. Manager advised that I cannot do even exchange due to both items had different item number, although they were advertised for the same price. They were asking me to pay extra $17 for the item. The item with coach logo was priced wrong in their system, that's why it showed a big difference. The cashier and manager were so ignorant and didn't check things throughly. I returned the black one, and purchased the other one with 10% more and walked out. Coach needs to train their staff to be more detailed and flexible on things. I personally does not like their attitude and the way they have handled my return and purchase. read more

Went there with my cousin and I just cant believed it. AM i a customer with a problem or they just simply rude. It started from the very front of the entrance.... the lady say hi to my cousin and she gave me that look , she black. ( i am sorry i am not racist but i just wanna to identify what people are they since they gave me that look) There is a black guy working there and they approached to us like 7 times in 15 minutes. I dont know his problem , We simply still looking ..... We are looking for gifts to our family .............but i finally gave him "My Lion Eyes look" since i felt been bothered......... He finally kind of gave us space so we can do our shopping.... DAaaa we were customer ....!! We may looks getto but we ended up purchased over 900$ total One thing that you should know , I dont like you talking the way you talk about me. And i gave him that look and he ended up talking about us with the other employee starting from telling i am very scary until sort of words i dont even care ........... but sorry she also black. We dont wanna to be rude but please... We were spent our Damn dollars for your salary. Like most customer do. And we are not just checking prices, either so .. if you mind we ask about the prices .... who else wilL ? your mom ? it didnt ended there, we headed to the cashier and we saw there few closer stand and we ask can we pay here , and one of the employee seems ignoring us. I dont know what is your problem with your store , with your company or with your employee but we purchase coach , some other major brands more than i got rude attitude like this store. Good thing the Mens coach store seems pretty nicer. Probably because hot day .. it was 102 easy.... but DAMN ... we are customer , not begger and i dont see any body purchase more than we do the last 1 hour we were there. Not the "real" Coach bags. These are made especially for the outlet stores and are not as nice as the regular Coach bags. There were a few that I recognized from the retail store but they were only 20% off. read more
