I went into this store looking for purses and found a cute black one. I asked a young lady that was working there if it was on sale and she was rude! Unfortunately, I did not get her name. She just kept saying while pointing to another person "this lady can help you" and just walked away. I was thrown off by this because there were hardly any customers in the store. It wasn't like she was helping anyone else. She could have at least been more polite or give a reason why she was having another employee help me, but she didn't. Purchased a pair of shoes from the Coach store in Livermore which would end up being defected. After wearing them the day after I purchased, I called the store to advise if I could come in for an exchange or a refund and the gentleman on the phone said yes, as long I was within 30 days. I came in to the store 4 days later to return and the store manager on duty Troy immediately told me I could not return or exchange because they were worn. I explained I had spoken with someone and they told me as long it was with in the 30 days it would not be a problem. Not willing to help I decided to take matters into my own hands, I stepped outside and contacted customer service. After speaking with Bonnie who was very helpful by the way, she called the store and spoke with our good friend Troy explained to him that I was within my 30 days even if the shoes were worn and eligible for a refund. So I walked right back into the store after speaking with customer service, I see our good friend Troy walk out of the store jumps on his cell phone and sits on the nice comfy bench in front of the store, of course not to deal with me and from embarrassment i'm sure. LOL! He must have forgot that I told him I would get a refund one way or another, and I did! Know your return policy, it makes it a little easier on yourself and saves you from being put on the spot. I had no intentions buying anything from this store, but I was curious enough to see what kind of deals they had. First time for Hubbers and I in here. We went in just to browse. It was PACKED, but we didn't really mind that. He found a really REALLY nice briefcase and wallet. I found a purse. It was too damn tempting, and we decided we didn't really wanna do any impulse buys, so we left. (We didn't even bother asking what the discounted prices were on the items we were interested in.) A few hours later, after checking out all the other outlet stores, we were back. VERDICT: We ended up buying all three items we previously looked at earlier in the day. His briefcase and wallet were 60% off the price tag, my purse was 75% off. ON TOP OF THAT, we were told by their staff that if we signed up on their mailing list, it was an additional 10% off the total purchase. And I gotta say, as crowded and chaotic that store was, the overall patience and service of their ENTIRE staff was impeccable! Will definitely return. read more

Oh Lord ...today this outlet store was on "whoring mode".... "buy me now" before we ship them of to Marshall's. The reason I came in was my friend had to buy Coach Bag Cleaner ($5 each) after today's 50% off store-wide event. While I'm not generally a fan of leather bags with a big "C" on it, I do like their bucket hats (I plan to get one when I turn 40 - not a joke) and ponytail scarf. Some of their non-logo stuff looks quite elegant too. I did look at some of their jackets and tan trenches, but they are seriously way TOO BIG and not for short girls like me. My father paid by credit card, and he told the cashier that he would use pin number. It is the bank's policy that no ID is needed when the pin number is used instead. Christian insisted that he needed my father's ID because it is Coach's policy, so he handed it to him. Christian rudely threw the ID back towards my father, and after the transaction was done, he told my dad that he needed security to escort him out. Why would my father, who is visiting all the way back from Indonesia to go shopping, would possibly ever need an escort?! I am an International student here and my dad was just coming to visit! As soon as i walked in there was 2 workers standing bear the door i was not greated. Their was a couple who walked in seconds after & were greeted & helped out. This place has some real good sales if you hit these stores up on a holiday. However, be aware that this store can get so crowded to the point that a staff member has to do crowd control by limiting the amount of people that can be in the store at once. Getting in the store is easy than checking out. That's a different story. The line to buy your items was all the way around the entrance of the store, so we waited in line 30 minutes (Yes you read that right 30!) just to buy our stuff. But the 70% off sale they were having at Coach was well worth the wait in line. Just have some comfy shoes on or have a friend hold the spot for you in line if you have to go outside for a break because you can't stand long. Every other store in the outlet allowed dogs in. I can attest to it cuz I went to all the luxury outlets today and my golden retriever was given love treats and water except at Coach. My dog and I have been inside this coach at least 4 times so I don't know what the change in policy is as clearly none of the other stores in the outlets got the memo. This review is more about the people that work there, rather than the Outlet Store itself. The store itself is a run of the mill Outlet. Not much else to say about it. However, I did observe an interaction between the manager and a customer that almost had me come in and intervene. The customer was a tourist from Japan (I could tell because she was speaking Japanese) and was having a hard time understanding why a purse was a certain amount. (Another gripe for all Coach Outlets: why dont you just put the discounted price on the tag?! ) Instead of handling the situation with understanding and patience, the manager SCREAMED at the tourist, "I DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. I DO NOT SPEAK YOUR LANGUAGE. " She screamed this so loud that the other customers took note and looked at the situation transpiring. The tourist, again, confused, but noticing that others were staring became what could be observed as embarrassed, and motioned that she would be stepping out of line to talk to a friend in the back. I was with my Mother and sister, and if both of them had not dragged me out of the store, I would have definitely given the manager a piece of my mind. Selection is good, however service is more horrible than horrible. It's like patience, professionalism, customer service doesn't exist in their terminology, in particular the cashiers. That's what I felt and observe happen to many customers both times I was there. And one of the really rude cashiers appears to be of a manager, supervisor, or senior position; guess that just proves how important it is to set an example. Apparently this is also the only one store that's really stingy or have something against giving boxes or bags for merchandise purchased. First time I was there, customer purchased a belt and decide to wear it immediately; he wanted a bag to put his old gucci belt and the cashier asked why he needs a bag when he's already wearing it. Doesn't make sense to me at all. Second time, I personally brought 3 belts as gifts and asked for 3 small boxes, the cashier said she can't give me boxes because she gave me a bag. I was in this store a minute ago. I was going to get a belt bag but I just check the price on the box it says $328 on the box and the real price inside of every bag has a price tag of $275. I ask the sales person why they have a different price. She asked her manager and says that the new price for the Black Friday sale is the one in the box which is the higher price ($328). Excellent service and products. I have been shopping here for years for my friends and family and had no problem before. Until today. Kwame is the name of the operator on my receipt. He greet me with a question... Are you buying more than 10 piece today? I said yes. He looks unhappy and said oh I was just helping. I stood there and think should I feel guilty because I got a lot too buy. These are gift for people I love. Well, Kwame may not feel the same. The way he treat these bags are not what I would expected. He grab and drag the bags, throwing it on top of each other. The metal piece hitting the one from the other bags and hitting the table. I went here on mothers day. it was a mad house and i understand why. extra 50% off coupon was handed to me once i entered the store. there was a 15 minute wait to just get in the store. I ended up buying a clearance purse and wallet for my mom. original cost would have been $700+ I paid out the door less than $150. 40% off original price and then the 50% coupon. I look like a hero to my mom for mothers day. well worth the little effort of dealing with crazy ladies fighting over deals. I read the bad reviews on this place and the are bogus. too many people complained about the lines and lack of service. This is an outlet with killer deals. if you do not want lines and A+++ service than go pay full price at a coach retail store. We didn't experience bad customer service at all today. There were enough sales staff on the floor for us. Hubby got a lot of attention from the sales lady in the men's dept. She was really nice but would stop talking to us to greet the customers coming thru the front door. She spent a lot of time explaining to us the difference between the treated canvas material vs leather which looks like treated canvas as well and that Coach plans to return to classic leather looks in the future - good. I don't like that Louis Vuitton luggage look with the alphabets. I don't need to let people know I'm carrying a Coach bag with Cs all over it. Classic colored leather is enough for me. I'd rather feel the smooth, soft leather on a purse, wallet or belt. We exchanged a gift for 2 leather wallets and it was 50% off the sale price with another 40% off today. What a deal. Still, I found a comparable wallet at Cole Haan with a couple of less credit card slots for only $52 and the leather was even softer - an even better deal. The store looks like your standard Coach outlet - stark white with cubbies for their merchandise. If you're lucky, sometimes you will find merchandise which was sent from the retail stores to the outlet, the quality, stitching and details on that purse is always better. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service for Coach Outlet Online. Ordered Christmas gift on Dec 5, stated online it would ship within 5-7 days. Gave it more time due to Covid and other shipping issues but called customer service today to check on order. Rep said it was being processed (this is 12/22) so no hope of receiving prior to Christmas. Coach did not communicate to me that shipping or processing was delayed. I like the products but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you are going to order on line, be sure to do so a couple of months before you need it. Customer service rep did not offer any remedy for the situation, just said it should be ready to ship in the next couple of days and then I would get a notice when it ships. Argh! read more

Great selection and prices but the cashier was horrible. I went in to return a bag I got when there was an extra 10% off on top of 50% off all deletes bags that was manually applied by cashier a few months ago because its system did not automatically apply the discount. I told the cashier I wanted to return the bag and after she read the receipt she told me she couldn't take the bag back because of extra 10% I got and she told me the bag was sold as is. I explained to her that extra 10% was given during their promotion period for deletes bags and she could check the date and asked corporation about it. She insisted not giving me the refund. What a bummer!!! Well, I had to ask for the manager and guess what manager understood me immediately and told that cashier the discount I got was entered manually because it was the promotion. I scouted the regular store for these and it would set me back almost 800. Got it for under 350. Staff was okay. If you don't look the "type" they can be a little snobish at first. Be prepared. The prices are amazing however, the prices are amazing so there are tons of people all vying for the best deal. Get there early to avoid the line that is literally out the door, they let people in based on how many people are in the store to avoid a stampede (you think I'm joking, go check it out). Granted the day we were there they were having a sale on top of the factory prices to it was completely mental...but also completely worth it. The staff was very friendly and the selection was wonderful. We got GREAT deals but it's still Coach so it's still expensive. I bought a clutch back in June or July and the clasp broke. I didn't keep the receipt because it was so long ago and we paid cash. The best the could do for me was an exact exchange. I didn't like what they had left in stock so the manager, Sterling, offered to call another store to see if they had anything. Another manager came over to help, didn't get her name, but said she thought she saw the same purse in back a few days before. The store was absolutely packed and instead of blowing me off and helping paying customers an associate called another store while the other manager looked in back. Yes. Is it worth it? Not always. i found myself looking at the men's section and the wallets and wristlets more than anything else, because you really can't go wrong with them. Found a few purses, but nothing that made me WOW. Mufflers were made out of some $3 material with a coach "C" logo all over it. Guess that's why it was selling at the outlet! Ziri was the one who helped me and my parents out. She was very friendly and attentive. She provided the best customer service I've ever received from any other coach stores which is why I plan on going to this location more than the other ones! She was bubbly and smiling the whole time and we noticed that she made sure other customers were okay too! However, the girl at the register was so rude that I really can't forget it. Her name is chasity and I don't understand why she had to be so rude to me and my dad. Yeah, we purchased a good amount of items but that doesn't mean you can be a bitch to me and look all pissed off. We tried to chit chat with her, but she either ignored us or gave us a annoyed look. She didn't smile the whole time which made it really awkward, but she did talk to her friend who stopped by. While she was talking to her friend, I asked her something and she replied me with a annoyed tone.
