The shop had sales and mark downs. But as a PSA, the Vacaville Outlet pricing year round is much cheaper for the purses and wallets. Yes, I know Livermore and Vacaville are two different cities and not close (mileage) to each other. Just throwing g it out there. The SF outlet shop's inventory was huge. Purses, wallets, clutches, shoes, sunglasses, jewelry, watches, luggage, and clothes for both men and women The shop was well spaced to not feel crowded. Merchandise was organized and beautifully displayed. Lots of staff walking about. One was staffed to monitor the door. And word of advice, before purchasing ask about the return policy. You do not want to be blindsided. Make sure it is written on the receipt as well. Also make sure you are aware of any final sale items in your purchase. I did a pick up in store for my daughters bday. She had picked out a bag online & I added a wallet & bracelet to our order. I found it to be odd only one employee working the register while 3 other stood behind the register not taking anyone & several others walking around the store but not helping anyone in particular. My daughter saw a pair of red kitten heels she wanted so I told her she could get them. The lady told us they were the only ones cause they were a return which we then looked at the bottom & they were def used, like worn outside several times but the top was clean. They were $175 so my aunt asked if we can get a discount since they were clearly worn & she said no so we left them there. I just went online to coach outlet & didn't find them, then went to coach online & found them for $122 (originally $175 but on sale). How is the outlet charging more than the actual store AND they were USED? Make it make sense! Yeah after that I won't be coming in store & will just order online. read more

Staff usually tries to help, but sometimes it's harder to get the help when they are overwhelmed with customers. Good thing is that they do allow a number of customers inside (there is usually a line outside waiting). Always ask to see if they have anymore in the back. Try to remember the people that helped you because they do try; let the register person know. read more

An associate was watching me (not helping, just watching) as I looked at a purse. I had a box holding new shoes in my hand, and he began looking at me and my mom like we were going to steal something. I made eye contact with him for about 5 seconds. That's all the time it took for me to realize I've been racially profiled. Then he continued watching me, with his arms crossed, as he watched me look at the purse for about 15 more seconds. He never once asked if we needed help or even spoke to us at all. I put the purse down when I realized he thought I was going to steal, and I walked to the checkout line with my mom, holding my shoes. The associate continued to watch me and my mom as we were in line (it was a long line- 4 large families, so we were waiting for a bit of time). So he watched us for a while, even during checkout. The other associates were very kind and eager to help me, but that associate (a middle-aged man) ruined my experience (a 20-year-old black girl) and also my mother's experience (a black woman). I had been wanting a specific pair of heels for a while, and I was so excited to buy them and I even decided to buy a purse and new perfume. Still, before I could contemplate a purchase on them, he started staring at me and racially profiling both my mother and me with a harsh, unwelcoming stare. So we quickly left after paying for the shoes and telling the cashier. Either way, it was money saved, and I never plan to go back to the store unless that man is gone. read more

Coach in San Francisco Premium Output Shopping Center is one of the first stores started here from the beginning of the outlet mall opening. They have updated their store on a regular base. The store is keeping up very well, and all items are well organized inside. Most items here are made for the outlet shop and are not the same as what you will find at their retail stores or department stores. But the quality is still good! The salespersons are very busy. They won't talk to you unless you find them with questions on the sales floor. Overall, the store is clean and organized. The employees are friendly, but not very attractive! read more

The dude and I came here on 01/18/21 as I wanted to get Coach perfume which is one of my favorites and each time we come they have been out which sucks! Anywho, the line was super short so we decided to give it a shot and wait in the short line. The line moved quickly and we were in. The staff was friendly and wearing masks. They had a lot of cute things on sale that I seriously wanted but needed to stick to the game plan of the perfume! So they did have the floral collection in but not the other plain light pink bottle or box as they ran out according to the worker. She said once they come in they immediately sale! Which is good for Coach but not for me haha. The store was very organized and clean and this is probably the biggest Coach I've been to and could have spent about a couple of hours just browsing and checking out their gear. Overall, the dude and I will be coming back as I will be in need of work shoes whenever I come back to work or a new purse! A princess can never have too many! read more

I went in yesterday looking for a specific bag. Although it was not in stock I had the pleasure of speaking with Penny about the purse and what else I might be interested in. Penny was very helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable about the brand above all else. I knew I was in good hands and felt very comforted by her service. Not pressured or overwhelmed to make a purchase. (I typically am very indecisive with what I'm looking for and need a lot of time.) Before leaving she stopped me to let me know another store may have the bag. Customer service is in dire need of training at this location. I stopped in today and it brought back nostalgic memories of when Coach was the only entry level designer I could afford, when I was fresh out of grad school. Coach was definitely lost it's cache; I've noticed hotel housekeepers carrying Coach bags in LA. No one offered to assist me at this store, but I found a pair of leather gloves that fit. I headed to the cashier to stand in line. I noticed people were returning or exchanging items rather than purchasing. There was only one person working at the register. Much to my dismay, a man behind me cuts to the front of the line to return or exchange items, and the cashier assists him and tells me I'll have to wait even though I've been patiently waiting in line. I have been a loyal customer of Coach for many years. We had an unfortunate experience when shopping at the Coach store, Livermore, on November 29, 2024. The manager on duty and several staffs of his team as well as a security staff were shockingly rude and very unprofessional. My wife and my old mother who were already inside store, had already made the selection of several Coach items to be purchased, but because the ATM iPhone (face ID) was with me, I was kindly asking several times for discretion to just let me in the store to ONLY CHECK OUT, MAKE THE PAYMENT; however, I was shockingly not allowed to enter. Consequently, my wife and my old mother could not check out and purchase the selected items, whereas they had previously queued for a very long time and spent time inside for making such a selection. This is such a poor service and very unprofessional. It is not worth shopping again in the store. read more

On July 24, 2022 at approximately 3:30-3:45PM PST, I was at this location with two friends, my sister-in-law and her one year old toddler. My sister-in-law was about to exit the store with her toddler in a stroller. I was going to help them with the door with the intention of staying in the store. A bald hispanic male employee who was standing close to the entrance and exit of the store had asked me to leave the store and go back in line to come inside. He had previously seen me enter the store and had also witnessed me shopping in the wallet section of the store. I had not taken a step outside when the male employee had physically put his hands on my left arm and forced me out of the store. During this interaction, he also had verbally accosted me. I went in to the Livermore CA outlet a few weeks ago to purchase the City Tote in Signature Canvas with the intent of purchasing this bag. It has been a long while since I've bought a Coach bag and I just loved this bag after seeing it at another outlet (Vacaville outlet also in CA) a month ago during Martin Luther King wkend sale and was sad to not have grabbed it then because it was a great sale, in fact, even less than it was at the Livermore outlet on this particular visit. There were only three of these (dark brown color) left on the floor, and a sales rep came over and asked me if I needed help. She probably had seen me there for a while back and forth to the mirror and really looking over the 3 choices I had left to pick from. I had been thinking over which of the better ones of the 3 to get because they had deep creases and I understand that I'm not going to be able to get a 'perfect' bag, just one I felt good about buying (after all it has a very long while since I've bought a Coach bag) that didn't have so much crease. So I asked the sales rep if they had any more in the back and she asked what was wrong with the ones on the floor. I told her of my concerns and the creases and she totally dismissed my concern and said they don't have anymore in the back only what is out and smiled and basically told me to check another store. Really?! That's the kind of sales rep that is out there now? I was so shocked by her remark and attitude! I walked away and went back to the table after she was gone and tried to make the best selection of the 3. I chose one finally with the least creases and got in line and while I was in line, I noticed a tiny nick inside the bag by the magnet snap closure and as I took a closer look, it appeared like things would get caught in it and it actually looked like it's been cut and it was a bit lifted from the material. This is something like down the road would get bigger as things snag on it putting stuffs in and taking stuffs out of the bag. At this point, I thought if I should still get it and if I can live with that knowing it's there because it was a $140 purchase. It wasn't cheap by any means. I was bummed too at this point because it was almost closing time and I made this 30 mile drive to purchase this bag. My turn came up and I proceeded to the cash register and I said something to the cash sales rep about the tiny nick inside the purse and showed it to her. She took a look at it and really assessed what it was, and she excused herself and told me she'd be right back. Low and behold, a few minutes later, she comes back with another bag! I was very surprised by it because the other sales rep said they didn't have any more in the back. Anyway, I thought to myself why wouldn't you put out any more on the floor, the stock was getting low for customers to pick from. Needless to say, I was very touched by what she did because it was very nice of her to do that and validate my concern unlike the other sales rep who just dismissed what I said. Why even ask if I needed help with anything in the first place if you're not really going to offer me help at all? Two stars is all I can give for some of their purses and the quality of the leather. However, their wallets are a total rip off IMO. I have purchased two wallets and both were $100. They are not functional whatsoever. One of them was a cream puffy wallet and it gets discoloration very easily. Not quite what I would expect for a $100 product regardless of its light color. I put it in a purse that I purchased from this store, so the only thing that could be rubbing off on the wallet would be the color from inside of the bag, which is ridiculous if the purses leave color residue on other items that are meant to put in the purses and are from the same store. Not to mention, cards are extremely hard to both insert and remove from the wallet. Even after months of use, they have not made it any easier. Highly disappointed and essentially, just a waste of $200. Probably won't be supporting coach anymore if there items are not functional, what's the point ??? read more

If I could give this store a 0, I would. I went in to do a repair. I had talked with Coaches Customer Service and Repairs department on the phone earlier in the week. They said I did not need a receipt and could just bring my bag into the store since it was still under its year warranty. Despite the bad reviews, I had a decent time shopping in this store. It helped tremendously that we arrived around 11am on a Sunday, before the crowd hit. Since we parked near Coach, by the we left at 1:30pm, I noticed a short line to get into this store. I found that they had a decent selection of goods, most at a good price. For anything else, there was a 30% off deal for the day. I ended up walking out with a wallet with a MSRP of $100 for $23 including tax. I can't complain. I found that service was decent. While I shopped around, two sales ladies asked me if I wanted help. The cashier who helped me was nice and interacted with my 3 year old. First they make you wait in an asinine line to enter a store that's barely half full like it's some NYC nightclub. Then you enter to find a collection of faux leather, seconds and lower quality merchandise made specifically for the outlet store (Kate Spade does this also so BEWARE!). Then you find out they are charging almost the same prices as the regular stores. Then it's capped of by very rude and overworked floor staff. I went into this store looking for purses and found a cute black one. I asked a young lady that was working there if it was on sale and she was rude! Unfortunately, I did not get her name. She just kept saying while pointing to another person "this lady can help you" and just walked away. I was thrown off by this because there were hardly any customers in the store. It wasn't like she was helping anyone else. She could have at least been more polite or give a reason why she was having another employee help me, but she didn't.
