Had very good experiences getting fitted by Bernadette at the PXG Dublin location. Bernadette is a golfer so she understands the golf swing which is advantageous. Bernadette is the first women fitter that I have had the pleasure to work with. Mini drivers usually come in standard lengths but she made it much shorter to accommodate my swing. She also fit me for irons. I hit them for a few rounds and I went back to see her to check my swing. Told her my shots were going right so she made the iron a bit upright. I have been playing golf for 30 years and have always been a Callaway, off the rack player. It has always felt like I fought with the clubs but had decent scores. I made the decision to try PXG and it has transformed my game. Not only are the clubs custom fitted, I don't feel the struggle with the clubs anymore. Came here because of all the FB ads I got of getting a dozen PXG golfballs when booking a swing session. That's exactly what I did booked a 30 min swing session in hopes of getting a dozen balls. But man it was such an informative session. I checked out some wedges. Told them my intention, after a few swings, I got suggested another wedge. And wow what a difference it made!! They're real experts and golf lovers here at PXG. Came with the intent of getting some free golf balls, but I'm about to walk away with a SugarDaddy wedge. And they gave me their business card afterwards which was a pokerchip ball marker. A very high quality marker too! Been to the Dublin store twice. 08/03 went in to get evaluated on my current clubs from PXG. Seems I need to upgrade, so bought the gen 7 irons and the Black ops 9 wood. OMG what a difference. Was in last Tuesday 08/27 to be evaluated for driver and fairway. Bought black ops driver and 5 fairway and... Hybrid. My fitter, Nate was very through, went thru every detail imaginable and suggested some changes. I'm extremely happy with my new set. As soon as they get here, few days from now, can't wait to try them. Oh bought the new putter as well .. If you plan to get a set or upgrade, I strongly recommend Dublin PXG and Nate. Thanks Nate. I recently went in for a full bag fitting at the recommendation of a close friend who has exclusively played PXG clubs now for years. I was fortunate enough to have Brandon as my master fitter. Having golfed through mu teens and Just recently picking it back up, I felt like I had no business going for a custom fitting but it was Brandon who completely debunked that thought. What an amazing, informative, and depressurized experience I had. At NO point did Brandon ever try to sell me on anything. He let his expertise synchronize with the technology that only PXG has and continuously tweaked the equipment based on the raw data. He unequivocally spent every ounce of effort to put me in the best club setup, for me. Brandon was so unbelievably welcoming that I couldn't help chatting him up like we were best buds. I cannot possibly recommend coming into PXG East Bay, request Brandon, and if nothing else, have an absolute blast. The experience itself of a full bag fitting was great. Really enjoyed the clubs. Now what I didn't enjoy was the constant badgering of trying to sell the clubs. I recently went in with a buddy to do the full bag fitting. Called in set the appointment for the both of us and had everything locked in. On arrival we were greeted by two fitters. I went with one while my buddy went with the other. As soon as I checked in a got into my bay with the fitter the first question asked was "will you be purchasing some clubs today?" Which I kindly responded with needing to see how I felt with the clubs. After that I got a 10 minute explanation of pxg and its history (which was cool to learn about as I like to learn about where it all started) as my buddy had already started his fitting. I explained to my fitter that I had just started playing golf 5 months prior and found a love in it. I knew I needed to get fitted as I felt like the 100 dollar bag of clubs I got were a bit too small for me. As soon as he saw my clubs and started comparing I felt like he started berating them, saying they were to small and too light and no good for someone of my size (which he was right about) and then proceeded to say twice how it was imperative that I buy the pxg clubs today. Once I got into the irons the I felt like the fitter did not care anymore about the experience. He sat on the couch and was on his phone while I was on the mat hitting the balls. I would ask about the information of the charts and the track man and he said "I can send this to you and will kindly ask you for your credit card to get y oh in these clubs." At this point I was over it. I don't even want to get into the putting. Once getting checked out he gave me a quote of 2500 dollars and asked for the credit card again. I told him I'd have to check in with the boss (the wifey) and I'd get back to him. I had to let him know a second time I was not going to buy clubs right then and there. As soon as my buddy and I left we got into the car and the first thing my buddy said was "what was your guys problem? He kept asking you for your card" which at that point I knew I wasn't going crazy. My buddy had a really good fitting experience and ended up purchasing a hybrid right then and there. Pxg clubs are great. They have an amazing feel and the technology in them is outstanding. But I will not be buying from a fitter that is only interested in selling the clubs. read more

Completely disappointed with PXG Save your money don't go here ! I am no pro golfer or amateur to say the least but I work hard for my money. To feel like a company like PXG will go out of their way to rip you off is a bit disappointing. I spent over $3,500 on clubs and a driver. The driver !!! After being fitted The store thought why not just grab a floor model and add weights and send me on my way. Well it turns out the driver was cracked and sounded like a can a corn since I hit it the first time a few weeks later. I went on a golf trip came back and took it to the store. 30 days later Where they told me the warranty would cover it. Well it was denied since they claim the driver was sent to me wrapped in plastic and new .....it was never shipped to me it was a floor model that was cracked and used . When I stated that they said it was not covered because it was my fault for using it. But it was never new it had been used since I received it . Long story short the staff gives me a last years model. Also used and says they will resolve it. But they just did that to make me go away never followed up with me. Never checked in or updated me and when I did they said oh yes we're working on it and getting warranty on it . Just checked in again and now they're offering to sell me a NEW driver with an employee discount. So basically you sold me a broken driver at regular cost but your offer is to sell me a new driver at an employee discount . I am so disgusted with this company and the way they do business. Honestly save your Monday unless you have money to throw around. PXG customer service is embarrassing . Save your money for a product that is backed by its name and not some fancy place catering to only those who have money to throw away . If you golf for fun and a good pass time. Hi Isacc,  You probably don't remember me, I was the short stalky guy that had gone into the store on March 22nd with out an appointment looking to get a putter. You kindly fitted me for a putter and then fitted me for a Black Ops driver, after I had inquired about the driver,  which I also ended up purchasing.   A few weeks later, on April 12th , I ended up back there (while my friend Mike Oltz had his fitting) , this time  I had you recheck the weights on my driver. You then fitted me for a Black Ops 3 & 5 wood after I inquired about them which I also purchased ( I-m hitting these clubs extremely well).   I just wanted to Thank You very much for taking the time to provide exceptional service to me. Since being fitted for these clubs, my handicap has dropped from a 7.2 to a 6.4  Recently you fitted another friend of mine  (Ed Anzore for a Black Ops driver ) he was impressed by the way I was putting and crushing my drives passed his,  that he wanted a Black Ops Driver.  He had nothing but good words for the young man that fitted him, turns out , that young man was you.  Thanks again for the great service and fitting. I went in to get fit for Gen 6 P model irons. My other irons were getting to heavy. I was working with Nate and Isaac. Right away, after a few swings, Nate gave me a lighter weight Accra shaft, flatten me 1 degree, and an immediate tight little draw was back. At 65, I finally got my little draw back with a beautiful flight. It was another amazing fitting at this location. They made hitting the ball effortless with great results. This PXG Fitting Center is not like a normal golf shop. They have some nice apparel and hats, but limited clubs on display for you to look at, and no one greeted us as we walked around for 15 minutes. Wanted to do the Black Ops Challenge, but I never got an opportunity. read more

I came in for a fitting today, had an appointment at 1:30 and was looking to upgrade from my starter iron set from back in High school. I am by no means a highly skilled golfer, but I've gotten back into if the past two years and really have outgrown my random brand name starter set. I came to PXG after getting a second hand gen 5 0311 driver and loving it. As a lefty its pretty tough finding your clubs of choice. I was greeted by the gentleman behind the cash register (didn't get his name) and he was very friendly and welcoming. My fitting was with Carlo, and he was awesome. He helped me feel welcomed, comfortable, and find the exact clubs I needed. I went through multiple irons, with Carlo making suggestions and adjustments every 3-5 swings, from different shafts, different weights, and different styles (XP, P, and T) Using different metrics like swing speed, ball speed, contact point, we got settled into a set of of P (player's irons, a middleground between the Extra Forgiveness and Tour irons) in Gen 6 double black. Not only did the clubs look and feel amazing, the value was very hard to beat in comparison to the other brands I was looking at. Plus getting a fitting with the amount of customization PXG offers is impossible to beat. I ended up getting a 3 hybrid, 5-P at a hell of a deal. I can't wait for my custom set to be delivered in a week and I'll point all my friends from beginners to experienced towards not only PXG but a fitting at PXG East Bay with Carlo. 10/10 experience and excellent job to Carlo and the rest of the team! read more
