Pretty disappointed experience. Walked in and was looking around for few mins. No one even bothered to ask if I needed help. There were 2-4 sales associates just standing around chatting. Pretty bad customer service experience if they can't be bothered to simply ask if I needed help. I purchased a bag as a Christmas gift for my daughter on 13 December. After I paid, the employee said she would wrap the item; she took it to the stock room and returned with a box tied with a ribbon in a bag that she handed me. Since it was wrapped nicely, I did not open the box in advance. However, when my daughter opened her gift on Christmas day, the wrong bag was inside. This was incredibly disappointing. On December 26th, we drove back to the Coach store at the Park Meadows Mall, which is an hour away from our home in Colorado Springs. We brought the wrong bag with us, explained to the employee that we were given the wrong item, and gave her the receipt for the purchased item. She took the bag from us and went to the stock room. She returned without the bag that we had brought with us, and informed us that they didn't have the bag that we should have originally received. Another employee then told us that it was not available to order, but that we could purchase the bag we were originally given (the wrong bag) and that he would give us 10% off. Not only had I already purchased a bag, but it was the fault of a Coach employee that my daughter did not receive the bag that I chose for her. None of the employees apologized for the mistake, none acknowledged the inconvenience of receiving an incorrect item and then causing us to have to make another trip to the store, which is an hour away. Instead they told us that it was too bad and that we could purchase the wrong bag if we wanted to keep that one. I then asked to talk with a higher level manager, who then repeated that all he could do was sell me the wrong bag and give me 10% off. When I reminded him that it was the mistake of a Coach employee, and that I could have kept the original bag and not brought it back, he simply told me that he would lose his job if he gave the bag back to me without my paying for it. I was livid. After a bit of yelling, he finally offered to call other stores and see if he could find the item that I originally chose. I told him that I would wait. About 10 minutes later he emerged from the stock room with the correct bag (the one I had chosen but had not received) in hand. It had been in the stock room the entire time. Coach bags are at a pricepoint that should be accompanied with exceptional customer service. The Coach employees at the Park Meadows, CO store were extremely disrespectful, and they treated me as if the mistake was mine and not theirs to correct. Mistakes happen, but how the mistake is dealt with afterward is all that really matters. The response to this mistake was a failure on the part of the Coach company. What should have been an exciting gift to open on Christmas day, became an infuriating fiasco because Coach employees were disrespectful and made no attempt to actually rectify the error. read more

I just bought a new coach bag for work. This is my 2nd coach bag ever and 1st for work. I kept replacing my Ross bags every two months and thought it was time to upgrade! lol The associates at the store were so genuine and friendly and were not aggressive or pushy as I had feared. One in particular, showed me plenty of options, colors, price points, etc. She talked about the pros and cons of each bag, which I appreciated as I didn't feel like she would only talk up the higher priced items. She also shared with me how to properly care for the bag, the warranties offered, etc. I was quickly able to select my bag of choice and was treated very well throughout the entire process. I didn't not feel judged or uncomfortable the whole time I was there. I will be coming back to this location for future purchases. Thanks, ladies! read more

Let me preface this by saying that I am not a "Coach" girl. Many of their offerings just do not appeal to me, even before I look at the outrageous price tags. That being said, they do sometimes have things that I like and that tempt me to consider paying that outrageous price. I received a Coach wristlet as a present when my friend was getting married. I was surprised at how much I liked it. It was the perfect size for throwing a few important things in for a big night out. And it was sequined, so it was shiny! I love shiny things. The problem? It was navy and would go with nothing I owned. I just don't wear navy, especially when I'm dressing fancy. The wedding was in early December and I'd been meaning to get to Coach earlier to see if I could get it in either black or silver. But, with the Christmas shopping season, I just couldn't make myself brave Park Meadows. I finally made it in this morning and had a thoroughly pleasant experience. I was greeted promptly upon walking in. I browsed for a little bit and then a sales associate approached me. (From the receipt, I believe her name was Peggy. I'm really bad at remembering names.) I showed her the wristlet I was looking to return and she directed me to the new wristlets that had just come in. Among them I found a simple black one that was perfect! I liked it even more than the sequined one. The exchange process was easy and Peggy was very helpful and nice. So, if you are the type of person who loves Coach - and I know there are many of you out there! - this is a great store. It was big with a variety of merchandise, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I may even stop in more regularly to see if there's anything that calls to me. Bought a belt in December 2016 and it broke right on the metal piece after minimal use. In the past, Coach used to support and stand behind their products long after purchase, especially if it the product appeared otherwise new. Maybe I'm asking too much of a company to do that much in 2018 but there was no offer of a fix, just a "oops that's weird it broke in that spot". It is weird, and if this is an indication of change in Coach/Tapestry's "superior" quality and service, they have fallen far. I'm glad I sold my stock. read more

They are all so pleasant here, I'm always impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone is. I was perusing the new bags, wristlets, wallets, and other accessories. I enjoy looking at the new collection and imagining what a future purchase may look like. When I see Coach I always have to go in and see what's new. Once you buy Coach you'll be hooked for life. Well, my review is going to be similar to Erin's! I also had a wristlet that I needed to exchange. I didn't have a receipt but that didn't matter (it was in perfect condition and obviously not worn, but it still had the tag attached). Although they didn't have the exact same one to exchange for another color (I didn't like the color) they had several other similar ones for me to choose from. The ladies were extremely nice and helpful and let me take my time looking at all of them. Even told me that i could put stuff from my purse inside the wristlets at the store to see which one would work best for me. They weren't pushy at all!! When I found the one I wanted I simply went up to the counter and they exchanged it, no problem! Turns out that the one I picked was slightly less $ than the original one so I threw in another small goody. Why not right? :-) I love Coach purses but had never been to this store before. Probably the worst coach I have ever been to. Erin is by far the most judgemental person I have ever came in contact with. I went in on my one day off from school and work to FINALLY treat myself after my first semester of nursing school needed and I was treated HORRIBLY. No, I didn't look like a million dollars because I went to work out before going to the mall. I don't feel the need to explain to them why I looked the way I did (aka not to their standards) because either way, I should be treated just as well as the million dollar looking lady ahead of me. I went to Coach with my 21 year old daughter she can look younger than she is because she is petite and when we walked into the door the lady asked me what can I help you with and I said" I am looking for a small bag for my daughter" and the lady replied with " these bags are for ladies 21 and older, we wouldn't want her to damage our name" and I was very shocked she replied to me in that manner and that was not appropriate to say in front of my daughter who is 21 almost 22. Then I confronted the lady and told her that my daughter is almost 22 and she was acting like " oh I'm so sorry " and keeping up an act. So we found a new sales person and they were kind and considerate. Coach is a great brand don't get me wrong but I thought this was not a appropriate thing to do and say.
