My daughter bought herself a white coach purse as a gift to herself for graduating in June 2024 we are now in late July 2024 and her strap of the purse is shredding and falling apart. For a purse with such a high reputation the purse handles are not holding up to the purses reputation or value. I am very disappointed in my interaction with this location. Very poor customer service. I was shopping at another Coach location when I inquired of a specific bag that was sold out months ago and I had missed two of the specific drops when they were released. A nice employee at the camarillo store checked inventory in the state of California and informed me this location had plenty in stock. I was ecstatic, when Coach released this collection usually, I am able to get the bag (Halloween bag) except for last year. She provided the contact telephone number and informed me they could ship it to me. When I arrived home I called and spoke to I believe his name was Edward/Eddie. He first checked stock to make sure they had it (the previous manager told me the number they had i stock (plenty) unless a reseller was to come and purchase all of them within a few hours. Mind you this manager also told me the price it was too. He first informed me he wanted to check stock and I waited five minutes he informed me they had stock but I needed to make an appointment. I said sure no problem, the appointment was set. The time came around and no one called. I waited 15 - 20 minutes and then called the store. A lady whose name began with K answered the phone and when I explained my appointment time, she was aware and asked me to hold. I waited about five minutes or more and than hung up. I did not revere a call back till about 45 minutes later which I than had to begin work and could not take the call. I was left one voicemail message and that is it. All this occurred on a MONDAY, I could understand if this was a weekend but a MONDAY. I am truly very disappointed in this experience, they had no interested in purchasing the bag. read more

This store needs to definitely work on customer service. I walk in there to purchase a birthday gift for my coworker and I end up purchasing 3 bags for myself and the gift. I wait in front of the line for 10 minutes until the manager finally decides to call me over to ring me up. He never greeted me nor did he ask if I had any questions or if I found everything okay. He started ringing up the items and the first thing he said to me was credit? Like excuse me? Just because I'm young, doesn't mean I'm using a credit card. I then ask him for a box and he rudely said they're no longer free, they're $3. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but you need to change tour attitude if you want customers to return. Bought my girlfriend some shoes online and didn't get charged or an order confirmation so I thought it didn't go through, so i purchased another. Next thing I know I received two different order confirmations and charged twice. Called the store to see if i can return one there and they said yes. Got to the store and the line was soooooo long. The host at the door allowed us to skip the line and go straight to a cashier to do a return which was super nice! When the second pair of shoes arrived they were damaged so I had my girlfriend call the store and see if they had the first shoes we returned still. They did and they said they will hold for us and just to come to the exit and ask for the manager so they could swap the shoes for us. Service was so amazing thank you! read more

I had a wonderful experience in store. Staff is helpful but not lurking. SA's do their best to understand what you're looking for. Store cleanliness- I can't judge because everything recently reopened and they were having a huge sale. To say the least it wasn't elbow to elbow but it was busy. Mask are not enforced. I see some shopping with and some without (that's everywhere). I had a more direct situation that required some following up and the young lady I spoke with took initiative without me having to provide guidance. The store manager followed up to ensure everything went accordingly. In essence I was very pleased with the length of professionalism shown with THIS store. I came in as I was walking around the mall, not even looking for a purse. I started sending pictures to wife to see if she wanted one. She fell in love with the blue faded one ( pictures uploaded) it had a nice leaf charm on it as well which sold her more on it. When I went to purchase it they said that the charm doesn't actually come with it. The charm didn't have any price tag or anything on it, so this actually upset us. The charm was $40 more, so I decided not to buy the charm. Everyone was very helpful and great customer service, but in my eyes since the charm was hooked to it professionally, not just laying on it, and it didn't have any sort of tag on it, it should've been added to the purse, not an additional charge. with as many employees they have helping out, this shouldn't have happened. read more

I'm giving two stars because their attitude changed once I told them it was my birthday and ending purchasing all the items. A couple minutes ago I approached Rose or Rochelle about a bag. She claims there should be more in the back if I really want the bag. Later on when we needed her she was on break so one of her colleague helped us says that it's the last bag. The store itself has a nice and spacious layout which makes it easy to view the products. I had the best sales associate Aralia, cashier Yvonne and manager Eddie, extremely helpful and accommodating. Today I was in search of the Madison Bag and Aralia helped me. I asked her if they carried the original designer brand from Coach designer store and she said YES, that they carried a couple pieces and that they were in the back. I waited patiently & excited, she comes out with four bags. Omg one was the Madison black wallet on a chain and the mini blue Fanny pack . I was extremely happy and said I will take them both. The cashier Yvonne helped me and was so nice she saw I was satisfied with my purchase. The manager Eddie came up to me and asked if was okay and did I have a great shopping experience I said yes. Handbags make my heart flutter and sometimes skip a beat. I own quite a few that I purchased with my own hard-earned money. That's right, my own money! My mom and I went into the Coach outlet at O-Mills last Sunday to peruse the sale. As usual, the place was a madhouse. And we were there at the minute they opened! However, the staff was super organized and they tried to be helpful, despite the throngs of Asians inside pawing the wares. The best discounts are given around a holiday. And if they're open the day of said holiday, the discount is even steeper. There was some sort of Japanese tour group that got dropped off in front of Off 5th and made their way into the Coach store, just as we did. Coupons were handed out and my mom and I made our way to the clearance section which housed the best deals. We found a purse she liked and got in line. However, 25 minutes after buying the purse, she decided it was too big and possibly too heavy for her to use on a daily basis. So back into the store we went and found something suitable for her to exchange. Get this, the returns & exchange line was WAY shorter than the line for new purchases. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Sweet! And yes, they do limit purchases to 5 signature items every 2 weeks. I've seen these outlet bags show up on eBay. While I was there, one guy, bought 5 of the same purse. Um, gee I wonder what he's going to do with those. read more

When they first opened the Coach Outlet store in Ontario Mills Mall, I was hesitant because the lines were EXTREMELY long. Who lined up? Asians. I'm pretty sure these Asian people were standing in line to buy bags to either sell or send back to their relatives back home. Now, it's not so bad. NO LINE! PROS: - Easy to find, HUGE - Lots of variety of bags - Almost every weekend, they hand out coupons for 30% OFF! - Big clearance section = 50% OFF + 30% OFF coupon = HAPPY TIMES - Designs are nice and have a variety of styles and sizes CONS: - Such a long line to wait to pay for your items - Wallet almost always is frowning at me.. - Customer service is SO-SO; pretty hit-or-miss from my standpoint. One time when I went, one of the female workers that was Asian thought she ruled the whole store and was hitting into customers like it was no big. WHATEVS, miss hot shot. Still, at the end of the day, I still got my bag. I've gotten 2 bags from here since and my mom got 1. =) I'm a happy camper. I like COACH bags. Tip: I'd rather get leather or plastic-coated cloth bags because it can get dirty easily. They do have the cleaner for the cloth bags though, but it costs about $7 to get. Several weeks ago after having lunch with my mom at Ontario Mills, I noticed someone with a shopping bag that had a familiar logo. Was it from Coach? I didn't know there was a Coach Store at this mall. My mom, sensing my shock, asked the young woman if there was a Coach Store in the mall, and if so, where was it? The woman beamed, and told us they were having a sale, and the store was at the opposite end of the mall. She seemed so happy. And we were equally happy too. How could we not have known this store existed? We made it to the store. It was so crowded, and the staff looked a bit stressed. They were handing out coupons for 30% off their already low prices. It seemed like Christmas. Even though things were in disarray, we found two beautiful bags right away. Both were black cross-body bags in black leather. I ended up getting the larger one. It would be the perfect bag for daily use. I walked out the store, also beaming. I love a beautiful handbag, but I love a great sale even more. This store has a great selection of items at really low prices. The customer service may not always as good at an outlet store as at the regular one, but I was still rather impressed at how the staff held it together with all of those people. I want to say that today I left the Coach Store in Ontario Mills feeling very disappointed and very unhappy. I bought a small purse little over a month ago. When I first got the purse, I did not realize how small it was until I tried to use it. Nothing fits in There. Well, I tried to either exchange or return the purse. The little girl who helped was rude. She said that the supervisor had said that I could not exchange nor returned it because the receipt was already expired. I asked if I can get a store credit, the little girl was rude again, and she said NO. I told her that the purse was new, and I wanted to talk to the supervisor. Well, when the supervisor came over, she was also very rude, had no personality whatsoever, and she said that because the receipt was expired, she would do the courtesy of giving me store credit, but she wanted to give half of what a had paid. So, I said, this purse is new, and you only going to give me half of what I paid? In a very rudely way, she turn the receipt over, and said "Well" the receipt has expired, and the back of the receipt has the policy. Who, turns the receipt over and read the very little, very little tiny print, so in other words, she was doing me a favor by giving me half of what I paid for a new purse. It was a very bad experience. Those little girls who work there and the supervisor were very rude and don't have any customer service skills at all. I get treated better when I got to target. I don't usually shop at Coach but I love their Disney collection. And surprisingly they had Coach x Disney at this outlet (now it is on clearance though probably no pieces left). Well I walked in to look at the pieces to see if anything caught my eye. Well, this Coach is literally packed with people especially tourists trying to buy bulk. This made the shopping experience a bit overwhelming because you have to climb over people to grab whatever it is you want to see. And don't get me started on the line. The line for check out is ridiculous. You will spend 30 minutes if not more just waiting to pay. Coach should enact a limit on how many people they let in the store at a time during busy periods to ensure everyone has a comfortable shopping experience. I was looking for the new Mickey collaboration with Coach, and they had the full line in store. I come into the store and no one welcomes me to the store. I'm hovering for a few minutes around the new collection and still no greeting, which is ok because I'm trying to decide. As I'm looking at myself in the mirror, a SA comes by and tells me which bag she liked better on me, which I was really great full for. The SA name was Amy, and she gave great advice and customer service just when I needed it. She knows how to read clients. Checkout was smooth and quick which I appreciate. Only downside with checkout is they don't wrap the bag in tissue paper, which I find odd because other retailers wrap their products in tissue that are in the same level as Coach. Decent experience overall, special shout out to Amy who reminded me of my mom. read more

Price wise, it's pretty great. You're getting good deals, especially on holidays. Tip: If you see something you like and are considering to get, just grab it. You may think, well there's 5 other bags of the same style in the same color right there. Don't. There are tons of fobs (mostly Chinese) who buy about 30+ bags to re-sell them online at a higher price to customers from their home country. (This is not an exaggeration, they go in groups because they need friends/family to help carry everything they hoarded.) If you miss your chance, they'll grab them all. She knows that I'm OCD about my handbags and want the best looking leather with perfect stitching and she always grabs a few from the back until I find one that I'm happy with. She's a great sales associate that is willing to go out of her way to make sure you leave happy. I've had other SA's here tell me that they didn't have anymore in the back but somehow Yoshi managed to pull out some from the back. So some SA's here are just plain lazy or just don't care to help.
