I made a recent purchase on the coachoutlet.com website, where I bought three polos: two signature polos and one relaxed fit polo. The total amount I spent was $372.00, with the relaxed fit polo costing $68.40 and the two signature polos totaling $136.80, including tax. Yesterday, I was excited to discover a 20% sale on all items. I immediately contacted the store to inquire about returning the polos for a price adjustment. The store representative kindly advised me to call 1-800-307-0040, which I promptly did. However, to my surprise, I noticed today that I had only been credited $1.25. Upon reaching out to the store again, I was told by a representative and her supervisor that I was not eligible for the 20% discount because the original price I paid was already better than the sale price due to a change in pricing. I found this to be incredibly unfair, as customers are being unknowingly misled into thinking they're receiving a discount when, in fact, they are not. PSA Be very careful about ordering anything from coachoutlet.com !! I ordered a wristlet and they sent me the wrong one!! It was supposedly the same size and color but it was definitely the wrong style. I thought about just dealing with it, but it looked much smaller than I expected. On the product details, it said it would fit an iphone or Android. It even showed a video of someone putting their phone in the bag. I tested it and my standard sized phone does NOT fit. Wrong style and false advertisement - I'm not keeping that! So I looked at the return slip that came in my shipment. It said "return postage required." What?! I already paid to have it shipped to me, they sent me the wrong one, and I now have to pay to ship it back?! No thanks! I called customer service. My first call to customer service was around 3:45 PM est yesterday afternoon. The automated message system said I could sit on hold or request a call back within 45 minutes. I hit the button to request a call back. Want you know when they called back?!? 3 AM!! Thankfully my phone was on silent. I lose enough sleep as it is! I called customer service again around lunch today. This time they said I'd get a call back within 30 minutes. I finally heard from them at 10 PM... I was actually awake and able to talk at 10 PM so I answered. I explained the situation and was told that the best they could do was to have me still pay to ship it back and then, after they got it back, they'd give me a merchandise credit to cover my shipping for the next time I ordered from them. I will not be ordering from them again... There was a bit more to the phone call and I sat on hold no less than 5 times throughout the call, but that was still "the best they could offer." They sent me the wrong freaking bag!! Why would I pay to ship it back and settle for a merchandise credit to still only cover one leg of the shipping?! I'm currently trying to sell the bag or maybe I'll find a way to return it to the outlet store that's 45 min away from my house...but I was warned that I should call the store first because they may not be accepting returns due to covid. If you made it this far, thanks for listening to my rant. Please seriously consider not shopping at coachoutlet.com. The worse cst service experienc EVER. I ordered a shoulder bag and a handbag to go with it. After not recieving my order I reached out to Coach and was told there was nothing they could do to refund my money because UPS delivered my package. I advised them the order was not delivered to me and they said the notes said it was delivered to a woman. After getting a lead on the line who was no more help than the rep, I asked for a Sup. I was told no one was availabl and that I couldn't wait for one. Was told I would get a CB in 2-4 hours. Issue still unresolved. If you are expect fast shipping from coach outlet, don't count on it... I ordered 2 handbags on Nova 29th and only received one. Today the Dec 9th and I'm still waiting on the second one! I call customer service to request an refund and was told they cannot process a refund because the order is still processing! It's been a week and a half, how long does it take to process a mini handbag?! Instead of just admitting they can't find the freaking bag in the warehouse they want to give me that bull crap answer of still processing and with no estimate of when it will get shipped out! I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this Coach outlet. Walking into the store, my bestie and I were greeted and given a 40% off coupon for any purchases made that day. Score! We spent a while in Coach because there were just so many good deals that I couldn't pass up. Everything in the store is already marked down, but when you go to the clearance section, it's 50% off the lowest price...on top of the 40% off coupon we received, it was 90% off! I couldn't pass up the deals in here and got myself a few things as well as some wristlets that were only $30 each as Christmas gifts. The service in the store was really good as well. We were repeatedly asked if we needed help. When I did ask for pricing, the sales associate would whip out a calculator and calculate the discounted price with tax for me. I appreciated that I didn't have to do that myself! If you like Coach, I highly recommend stopping at this outlet; there are great deals to be found here and service is great. read more

This was a rare gem in an otherwise unremarkable outlet mall. Another interesting feature is how close it is to the U.S./Mexico border. (The wall is right there!) My fiance found a classic black leather wallet ($100) for a coworker of his. Also, we picked up the very last red "Lt. Field Jacket" in red for him. He was more than pleased--since it was on sale for less than $150. Fantastic service and very helpful staff here. Always a surprise about how much you will save at the checkout counter. If you like the Coach brand, you owe it to yourself to check this place out. Sometimes the selection is limited. Just wanna add, that I LOVE...LOVE their renovated store! still in the same spot, but the store NOW seems like there's more space and seems more modern than just your ordinary outlet for the leftover coach purses. It was so disappointing how everything was handled. First of all I am so picky about purses and I was so excited to have found one that I had really liked. When I first ordered the purse it said about a week to get delivered. Then it said 3 more days, and then they added 2 more days on top of that. Which is ok, I understand the times that we are in. But when your order keeps getting delayed, then you finally receive it and it's the wrong item. It makes it overall a terrible experience. This trip was no different - 50% off for Labor Day. My friend bought a black purse and it was 50% off. The staff was friendly and helpful. I usually come here every Christmas and it doesn't disappoint. I can usually find something the wife likes. Customer service is plentiful and the selection is good. The quality is very good...hell its Coach :) Almost every time I come in there's some sort of sale going on. Since it's an outlet, I'm not sure if the items are overstock or end of season items. If you want an authentic Coach product for the ladies, but don't want the Coach high price, this is the place to go. The only bad thing is it's about 2 mins from Mexico. Basically one freeway exit away. So it gets crazy packed in the area. And if you don't pay attention, you could be driving towards Mexico by accident. They are also plenty of other nice stores to shop in that are in the same shopping area. read more

I went to the Outlet this morning to buy a few Christmas gifts, and ending up getting myself a purse for an additional 50% off sale price, knocking down a bag that is normally around 550 to 170. This place is purse heaven. I could feel my serotonin levels lifting after I walked in the door and was greeted by a friendly young saleswoman. Upon a closer glance the "sale" signs started popping out at me from the walls of nicely arranged color-coded purses. I looked at the saleswoman and said, "This could be very dangerous!" This does not feel like a typical outlet with dark lighting and warehouse style mish-mash. This is an A+ shopping experience full of high quality purses, accessories, and leather goods. I got amazing deals on 2 purses, a clutch, and one ultra-cute hat - the purses I bought were discounted from MRSP of approx $400.- to about $150.- each. My theory on these outlets is that if you shop in an area where people have different taste than you (read in between the lines), then the good stuff is still on the shelves and hasn't been snatched up yet. I placed an order on 11/25/21 for Christmas gifts. They sent me a tracking number that kept changing delivery dates. On Saturday 12/17/21 I called Coach customer service and was told that I have to wait 3 more days before asking for a refund. I called again on 12/18/21 and was told a gift card was going to be sent to my email and nothing after 48 hrs. I just called again today (12/20/21) and was told to wait until the end of the week for the gift card to be "released". Seriously?.. That is horrible, especially during Christmas time. Excellent customer service and great prices. I came here for a Valentine's Day gift from the hubby. When I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff. As I was perusing the various purses and wallets, an associate, Myra, approached me and started offering suggestions, as I was torn between 3 styles of wallets. She was extremely helpful, giving her opinion of why each wallet was a good choice. She didn't smother me, giving me space to make a decision; she left for a few minutes and returned to see how I was doing. In addition to the great service, they were having a 50% off sale. I didn't initially want to make the drive to the outlet, however, after checking on prices for similar purses on line and at the local malls, the drive was definitely worth it! If you want a Coach bag I advise you go to the outlet. It's a great deal! This location has friendly service, a variety of products, and its always one of the most crowded stores on the lot. Please note, I believe some items are Coach products overflowed from department stores, etc., but some styles (listed as Coach Factory on the tag) are made specifically for the outlet. Regardless, original Coach or factory Coach, same cuteness. PS: I loved their sunglasses. I try them on every time, then talk myself out of buying. $99 bucks is alright, but too steep for me. I consider myself a Coach aficionado. I've had the catalogs and seasons memorized since circa 1985. Can't stop, won't stop. I come here every week, no seriously! The store changes weekly! I love the staff in here! They are very helpful and will bend over backwards to find something for you. I have had to make a return (boohoo!) and they were are awesome about it. I purchase all of my Christmas and birthday presents here and they never balk at a request to gift wrap everything separately with gift receipts. The prices are fabulous! I can't say enough about being able to further my collection at 1/3 the cost of retail. The down side? Let me find some tact... I hate the neighborhood. If you want a smokin' deal, sometimes you have to work it. So, my advice? Suck it up, bring some patience and get your Coach on!
