Spoke to manager on duty on 01/21/21 regarding a purse I purchased in Feb 17. 2020, not even one year ago, he mentioned I needed my receipt to be able to assist, I mentioned my credit card statement, not good enough. I told him just needed my purse fixed since it was Coach and less than one year ago since I had bought it. He said they don't do that there. He also said that Coach purses lifespan is one year!!!! Are you freaking kidding me! I have socks that last longer! He mentioned that in-front of other clients purchasing bags..wow what a way to sell merchandise. After 5 minutes of talking, I requested corporates number, he said there wasn't a number for corporate BS, then he handed me a 1800 number to call. Totally unprofessional and very disappointed in this store, I've bought a lot of merchandise there, but will think twice about going back to that one. You need to train your staff better. read more

Ordered Gallery Tote on Jan. 14 and it arrived today, Jan 19th. No shipping problems at all. Beautiful bag. Roomy with plenty of pockets and zip compartments. All hardware and handles were wrapped nicely. I read all the shipping problems after I had ordered as was REALLY concerned. I finally went back to the San Ysidro store after the expansion. Although it still gets crazy in there, you are not constantly bumping into people and displays. A nice addition is the Express Line for a buyer with one or two items. The staff is still very attentive and helpful. As with any expansion, there is a loss of the little service things they did (providing those shopping bags, walking from the register to hand your bags) that made you feel special. I don't know if it is just me, but I feel they don't have as much of a variety of items as they did before. You would be happy if you just want bags, but I wanted to get some accessories that were always there before. If this is your first time, then I am sure you would be happy. I found this store has better deals than the Carlsbad location. If you plan on future purchases, then sign up for their emails. They will send you coupons and let you know when the sales are. For Christmas, I decided to get my family nice gifts. Among Coach stores I went to (including malls, boutiques, and other outlets), the Coach outlet at the Las Americas outlet was the nicest. I end up getting three items from this store (two wallets and a purse). Brenda, the lady that helped me went out of her way to help me pick the purse I was getting my mom. She even showed me the items they have in the back that was not on display! She was patient with my indecisiveness and helped me arrive to a choice. The prices of Coach purses, wallets, etc at this store was also superb! I got anything from 40-70% sale! I would come to this place again if I need to buy nicer gifts for family and friends. This is for the online outlet. I have had no issues with in store. I received a backpack From my best friend for my birthday. I sent it back to exchange for a different color, same item and same price. We have never received the item I've called multiple times. They kept telling me to wait. Now I've called back and they won't speak to me because I'm not the original purchaser. My best friend has been charged another $99 and we still don't have the item. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with no one will speak to me and nobody knows why I haven't gotten an exchange. Now my friend has been charged 2x for an item we don't have. They want to talk to her only and say they can't tell me Anything even though the item was sent to my home as a gift and I made the exchange. While last minute shopping for my wife's birthday, my trip to the mall was a dud. Not only did none of the mall stores have much of a selection of coach purses, they were extremely expensive. In a last ditch effort I made the trek to the Glendale coach outlet without much hope of finding much. I was wrong! Not only did they have a huge selection, all of the product was half the price or less than at the mall stores. And the best part was Taylor. Taylor was attentive, helpful, listened to what I had to say, friendly, and I felt zero pressure. He didn't try to talk me into a higher priced item or a bunch of add ons. worst online experience ever at Coach outlet. I ordered 7 items for X-mas gifts on Dec 9th and have not received any items or email/phone call reply till today (12/29). Every time you call, it takes min 30 minutes for someone to pickup the call and then they put you on hold to find out the status of an order.. which never happens and phone gets disconnected except one time on 21st Dec rep came back with an answer that I am on the call with our warehouse and they are making your shipment today, you will get shipping details by email which never happened so I started sending emails and till today I still do not have a single response. Terrible experience. Ordered Dec. 11th promised item would arrive before Christmas. Kept checking website says order processing. Called customer service numerous times waited over an hour no pick up. Finally today I spoke with an agent after waiting on hold 3 hours, that claims covid has backed them up. HELLO. You knew about covid since March and also knew people would be online shopping more this year. PREPARE!!! You are not a small company that hasn't been around long. No one should have to tell you this. Today is Dec 23rd. Now that I spoke with someone my 3 items shipped today. Ordered five items November 27 have not received any information other than showing that the order is still processing. Trying to get them on the phone is over an hour wait. I've called twice, both times I was told it will be shipped tomorrow. Yesterday I called to cancel the order they said they couldn't cancel because it's already been boxed and it's ready to go. Still the status shows processing. The people on the telephones are lying and coach is being very dishonest and not at all transparent. This is the best store in the entire outlet mall. The key is to buy when there is a good discount. The best discount I believe they ever have is 70% off plus an additional 20% off when you spend over $200. Also they always have 10% off for military/law enforcement discount. Keep in mind that the outlet does sell real Coach items but most (90%) of the items sold are made specifically for the outlets and were never sold at a retail Coach store. You can always ask what items are "retail" Coach items and they will show you the area where they are. The best way to know which items are made for factory and those that are not is if the top left of the tag starts with a letter "F" than it was made for the factory. Don't let this deter you from buying outlet items though the quality is still there and a great buy either way. I love this store and the products here are of very high quality. Finally, check out the Coach outlet website as you can order any of those items at discount at the physical store, though you do have to pay $10 shipping. I do love Coach. I have had a few Coach bags and luggage in the past, and I have found they stand the test of time more than other brand name bags. I have bought 4 from here specifically, black for formal things, orange for fun things, teal for work, and white for everything else that doesn't match my other colors. Everyone here is wonderful, and they are extremely patient! I have taken as much as 2 hours to choose a simple handbag. They are also good advisers; they are great at taking your vision into consideration, and point you in the right direction of something daring that will serve the purpose intended for it, for example, a formal bag. I've always loved the store in Carlsbad, but something happened there this week that made me a customer for life. Last spring I bought a bag that I was super happy with- a cute rather large signature tote. Apparently I loved it to death, since the edging on the leather handles started coming off. Not that big a deal, but it didn't look as pretty as it originally did. So, this shopping trip I made my selection and at the register just casually asked the clerk if there was a fix for my old bag. At first they said I could send it for repair, and then they asked how long I'd had it. When I said it had only been since April, they did a receipt lookup, and then told me that they'd be happy to take back the bag and give me full credit for my purchase price toward the new bag I was buying. Now that's customer service. I was so happy that I went back and bought a matching iPad cover. Overall: nice looking, well laid out store, super nice and helpful clerks, great prices and large selection. With exemplary customer service on top, how could you go wrong? Please do not order a single thing from this website. I ordered November 24 two bags figuring that they would be here before Christmas. On December 5 I called customer service because I still hadn't received an email with tracking information. I chose standard shipping which was 7 to 9 business days. Spoke to a representative she said that my order has still not been for filled yet it was waiting in the warehouse and then if I didn't hear anything by the middle of that following week to call back. So December 8 I still hadn't heard anything I called back waited on hold for two hours before speaking to a representative. When I spoke to a representative she said that my shipping method had changed to no rush shipping which was going to be another 9 to 14 business days so I said that was unacceptable and I would like to talk to a supervisor. Supervisor told me that I should have my shipping information by December 11 the latest and that she was giving me a $25 gift card gave me the confirmation number for the gift card said that she was going to ship that out as well. Well here we are December 16 still hasn't receivedAn email about any tracking information so I called customer service again. Waited on hold for 3 1/2 hours yes I know I'm determined. When I finally spoke to someone she gave me the runaround about how my package wasn't even for filled yet I asked for my money back we kept going around and around. After about an hour and a half going around and around with her she finally told me that they responded back to her from the warehouse saying that my shipment label was created but they couldn't provide me with a tracking number but it was shipped out. I asked her how that is possible everything going from place to place has a tracking number. I started to question her and she became very quiet and then she got a little upset because I was questioning her and she knew that I was right and she couldn't tell me the truth so then she tried offering me $45 gift card I denied it because I will never ever ever ever purchase another item from this store ever again. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor because I was getting absolutely nowhere with her. I spoke to a supervisor and he told me that there was nothing he could do other than call the warehouse and see where the package was what status it was in whatever. He came back on the line and said that my package had a label created it had not shipped yet the lady didn't know what she was talking about she was giving me false information and that there was nothing else that he could do for me other than give me a $50 gift card. I denied that also and I had told him that I would never purchase another thing from this company ever again he said well when your package is ready to be shipped it will be here by the 24th I said you can't even guarantee that he goes yes I can anything that was placed before December 11 is guaranteed to be by 24 December I said my order was placed on November 24 with standard shipping I should have received it by now per your shipping requirements on your website your website is false information do not believe anything this website says. Customer service at this company is completely disgusting they will sit there and offer you gift card upon gift card upon gift card with no answer or no end in sight I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered anything because I know I've read after I purchased my bags the same review that I am writing I have read multiple times on their reviews. Please trust me I wouldn't have written this much if I wasn't so out raged at the way that I have been treated.I would have given this no stars but I didn't have that option. Visiting this location will have any Coach appreciator in complete awe. From the incredible prices (20-50% off items including an additional 10% off the day of my visit) to the large selection of items (handbags, accessories, shoes, luggage) it was all neatly organized during the busy hour. I walked out with a medium sized leather hobo retailed at $228 for the price of $107.84 with tax. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who might be looking into purchasing a Coach bag before the regular retail locations. Today was my day off and I wanted to get my friend a birthday present so wearing sweat pants and sandals I went to this place. The woman in the front didnt even greet me. I asked a guy and a girl a few questions and it was like I was bothering them. Still feeling uncomfortable I got in line with the wallet I chose. My husband and son were parking and got to the store when I was in line. We werent looked at right. I've never felt like i needed to dress to impress I've been working at Costco for 12 years, my husband does too I'm a hard working honest woman and i dont need to show off. They denied my purchase because I didnt have my I'd even to use my debit card. I explained it was debit and I get a text everytime I make a purchase over $50. They denied my purchase. Everytime i go to the outlets I always make sure to stop by here. Within the past years the selection of bags and sales have got alot better. I recently went their during a sale where majority of their bags were on sale for 20-50 percent off and thats off the sale price of the outlet price. So basically you walk out with a decently sized bag for $90 and these are the bags that normally retail for over $300 at other places. Even their luggages were on sale! Is that a deal or WHAT! Its even cheaper than the base! I ended up with a hobo bag for me and a mothers day present for my mom. I am appalled at these reviews. I wish I had stumbled upon them before ordering. It is ridiculous that a company is operating this way. I'm an avid online shopper and this experience is the WORST. From Walmart to Asos to Dooney to whoever, this has been the pits! We consumers trust that a company with the name of "Coach" would have decent selling and distribution. I don't buy Coach, but decided to give their handbags a try due to the holiday sale. I bought two items on December 18th, 2020. The items were listed "In Stock." Two weeks later, it listed the items as "Backorder". I understand technology isn't perfect, but the Coach brand should have up-to-date technology to keep site information current. It's called laziness and cutting corners for executives' pockets if they don't. I called to cancel both items after I was on hold for a long time. However, I changed my mind about the purse and decided to wait a bit longer until after the new year. The purse was then listed as "Processing". I called during the first week of January to cancel it. My bad, this time. The rep said I can't because they have the item now and will be sending it to me. On January 12th, Coach Outlet says it is on the way. It's now January 28th and the delivery date has changed twice. Now it says arrival is February 1st. Will that be true? I usually don't waste time writing bad reviews unless something is really really bad. This service has been really really bad. I can't even return the purse when it arrives to get my money back. I don't want a store credit. I don't want Coach anything anymore. I have always loved coach products for the quality, value, and styling. I have purchased items every year for the last 25 years in the retail store, outlet store and online. my most recent online purchase was a disaster in customer service. I purchased 4 total Orange Slice charms for some friends who are retiring from a company whose motto is an Orange. I only received one and thought it would be arriving in another order. After about 2 weeks , I called customer service to see what the issue was. I was told that they don't have anymore in stock and that I would receive a MERCHANDISE CREDIT, not a refund - because they were NEVER delivered and no longer had any in stock (which is probably why they were NEVER DELIVERED)?!?!? She said she could not issue a refund because the items were delivered, but they were never delivered!!!!!! Whoever packed it knew it was incomplete and did nothing to credit or adjust the order. Needless to say I will NOT be shopping online anymore. Now I have to go to plan B for the retirement gift. Really disappointing. read more

Today 4/6/21 I went online to try make a purchase with coach outlet online while I was in the payment section to place order it stated to double check payment information so I double checked twice and it charge my credit 3 times of $113.36, I tried calling the toll-free for coach outlet 800-307-0040 the voice prompter stated that it was 60 minute wait time and if I wanted someone to call back press# did that no one still haven't called. So I called the other coach toll free# 888-262-6224 spoke with a Mariah she stated that my account was put on a no longer can order online or make over the phone purchases due to a dispute charge on a order that was placed in November 2020 order#Z9296175. So I told her that I could not get in contact with anyone at coach outlet because the hold time was ridiculously long back in November same as it is now, I never received that package I told her to look it up because whenever you order from them you will get an email confirmation stated that the order has been delivered she stated that she couldn't look it up because they can only go back so far. So I got corporate info so I can contact them because this is not my fault I never received that order and coach need to do better with customer service. So Janet from coach outlet call me back said the same thing and I escalated to Benjamin he said the same but they were able so look up that order that was made in November and they can see that I never received that order, but he stated what I should have done I told him that the hold time was very long when I tried to call back in December 2020. I have it on my call log that it was attempt made twice. Coach keeps sending email on sales but never sent a email stating that my account is on hold regarding a previous  transaction. Benjamin kept telling me what I should done even when he can see that I never received that shipment, stated the wait time is so long because it was the holiday; it was no holiday when I placed the in November like it's not a holiday today when I tried placing an order on today. Coach is not taking responsibility or accountability. I will report this on BBB and on social media. Going forward it will be Dooney & Burke for me. read more

From reading the prior reviews it looks like I'm not the only one still waiting for orders from 11/20/2020 to present today 12/21/20 to arrive. I have 5 orders that have not been received some says "On It's Way", but provide no shipping/tracking info. I have called 5 times to wait over an hr to get through and then hangup out of sheer frustration. I have emailed and not received and responses to those either. I'm confused as to what's really going on. The Coach brand should be absolutely ashamed of this type of service and feed back. to not even offer expedited shipping, unbelievable. these are Christmas gifts that I am unable to reconcile. I order a lot from Coach, but this will be my last time dealing with them. I'm just done. I do not advise nor recommend anyone shopping online with this company if you're looking for quality product and exemplar customer service.
