I was not trying to get my money back I was trying to exchange it for a bigger size. The lady told me they wouldn't be able to exchange it because they would not be able to Resell it. I've WORKED at retail before I know that you can do an exchange without tags because the codes are in the inside tag of the clothes and receipt. You can also remake tags and then resell it. I'm calling headquarters and they will have a problem. OH! Just an add on. They had a sign in the front entrance window stating that they were fined for OVERCHARGING on an inspection held on 6/9/14. Seems to get earlier each year, I swear. It looked like it might rain later that evening, so I bought a beautiful wool hat in grey with black details. They are refusing to give me my money back unless I give them my name, email address, home address and phone number. I think that is totally a violation of personal privacy information laws, and they provide no reason why they would need my address in the first place. They should put up a sign to warn people that if the customer want to return an item, they'll need the customer's almost their full personal information. My Question; How does this company protect my personal information not being used or exposed after I give it to you for your undisclosed purposes????? So I asked for a manager and never seen one. I had to call a family friend that works in Plaza Bonita to confirm this and she informed me they can do the exchange and reprint labels. Evalyn proceeded to help me AFTER I saw that they were lying. This is not good customer service. They did not greet me or my mother.
