I didn't know this when I hired them. I was referred by another business who suggested I reach out. I'm glad I did. I had another dishwasher repairman come in and quote me $600+ to repair the dishwasher. At that point, I decided I was ready to buy a new one. Then I got a referral to Home Ease Solutions and Nick showed up. He was courteous, prepared and ready to take on the challenge of this finicky Bosch dishwasher. I am very pleased with Home Ease Solutions. They went out of their way to accommodate a pre Thanksgiving repair, took the time to diagnose and not guess at the problem, and then while at my house at 7:00pm when he finished, didn't try to up charge me for the late hour work. Nick knows his dishwashers in detail and has many years, as I found out, repairing them. He also does washers and dryers too. I would give this business 6 stars if I could but 5 is the max. The problem was that the technician never got back to us with our quote for the repair, even after I called a couple of times. After a week, I just wrote a bad review, thinking they did not want our business. The owner reached out to me after that and explained his technician was new and forgot to send us the quote. He apologized profusely, and he went above and beyond to make things right. You could tell he prides himself and his company on the quality of work they do. He ended up helping us repair our drying machine that just had a belt snap a few days ago. He was honest and sincere and very knowledgeable. Made the whole experience great.
