We came here for dinner last night to celebrate my birthday. I had a party of 16 people. The place was pretty busy and packed. Our drinks came out pretty quickly and our waitress was really nice and friendly. Our food on the other hand definitely took awhile to come out, everything didn't come out all at once. Some people in my group were still waiting for their food even after everyone else was already finished eating. The food though, as well as the drinks were so good! I definitely enjoyed coming here to eat. I like the vibes inside and the music was great! I'm only giving 4 stars for how long our food took. read more

the server did not know prices of food and beverages, did not know about any specials, they claim happy hours deals that she said we're not true.,it took approx 30 min to get a drink and food and there was only three customer in building.i eat with my hands because she dId not bring fork or knife and I was charged for items I did not order or receive, they charge me for 4 salsa and two avalado salsa at $1.50 each so there tacos were on sale for 1.50 each but with the salsa they were $3.00 each and I had 4 . If I could put no stars I would They gave me chicken wings that were barely cooked with a bunch of sauce on them. I never received any drinks for my orders. they sent the orders back to the kitchen 3 times because the cook continued to mess up the amount of wings and flavors. After the 3rd try an employee noticed it still was wrong, the lemon pepper mild had no mild sauce on them. The cook yelled out he'll just put some sauce on the side in the bag ... he still didn't put any sauce on the side in the bag . I'm also currently 6 months pregnant and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the store. It didn't bother me initially because I love their food so I did not mind the wait but to wait that long and spend $70 and receive poor service is unacceptable. It's unfortunate to leave such a bad review because I truly love them i started going to them regularly most importantly for their wings but after today I don't know how to feel about them. they need new employees. I've never seen this cook before so maybe that could be the reason why he was a young African American Man & very unprofessional. I'm one to never write reviews, but I believe this spot deserved this one. Service and food lacked immensely, while management was lacking with the controlling of customers complaints. When I was sat I wasn't served until 20 minutes later and waited almost 30 minutes just for wings and drinks only for the wings to be nearly cold and dry. I had to ask on the wait time for my order 2 times till they finally came out. I paid my bill as soon as a I could and left I couldn't stand the environment at all. Definitely do not recommend this place whatsoever. read more

The food is good and the atmosphere is cool with your friends. However the service needs such improvement by the new owner is ridiculous. They have busy days and the management or the owner just lounges around not to assist the one or two servers in helping clear tables or take orders. The food is really good. I've been going to Coaches for quite a while. I'm probably try just about everything on the menu and I can say from experience whatever you pick it's going to be great. The service is always good. Stormy is the best. By the time I sit down and take off my jacket she's already got a beer sitting in front of me. Food was good. Service was terrible tonight we came in to watch the laker game. We had no idea a UFC fight was going on tonight. We got there at 5:30 right when the Laker game had started never once did security or our server mentioned the fight and how they have rules about minors not being allowed when the fight starts. 30mins into getting our food they told us to hurry up that kids are not allowed in. Coaches has always been a family favorite for sports, an I don't wanna cook night or just a drink with some friends but I swear to you I will never be back. It was recently bought out and clearly the new owners. Are more about money than customer satisfaction. Everything has changed. The wings, the drinks, they layout the TVs they took the game machines out of the back for the kids services is slow food is nasty and drinks are sub par! Been coming here for over 15 years and have always loved the place. Today we went and waited forever and when we finally got the waitress attention she came to take our order, we asked her a question she referred us to the menu and then took off. We waited another 20 minutes before we FINALLY got her attention to order. In the hour that we were there we saw her maybe once. We saw multiple tables walk out and leave because no one served them. Service is horrible. It's been pretty bad for awhile . We keep coming back hoping it will be better than the last time. Unfortunately we always leave disappointed. There are no managers to speak to just 2 waitress running around to take care of the whole restaurant. I don't blame the staff, it's poor management. Still it would be nice to be acknowledged. Long time patron of this establishment and I never felt compelled to leave a review until today. First the service: The service here is abysmal. It took at least 15 minutes for our server to ask about drinks, and by that time we were ready to order. It took another 10 minutes to get the drinks, another 45 for some of the food to come out. After waiting another 30 minutes for a single order of 6 wings, we decided to cancel it and check out. We were a party of 3 there for lunch. Once the food started to come, it was wrong. When we mentioned it to the server, she responded with "next time ask before". When we clarified that we had, she responded "no you didn't." No apologies or courtesy otherwise. At no point did she check on us aside from delivering the plates. Now the food: I wish I could comment on the wings, but they never came. The two orders of nachos came out in a strange deconstructed set up. Not only were they cold (as in cheese hardly melted) all of the advertised toppings came on the side in little dressing containers. Whatever that was, it was not nachos. I am so sad to see what has happened to this staple establishment for this community. I have been coming to coaches my entire life, my father was friends with the original owners joe. It's the second football Sunday of the season it's the start of the 1:25 games. You're out of most of your beers, cups are no longer cold for beer. We waited over 45 minutes to even get service my husband had to go find a server and ask for service. We didn't even get to order food today we ordered one beer that took way to long to get, we ordered one beer was told 15 minutes later it's out, ordered another beer and told it was out. Finally got a beer in a warm mug. The TV is out and no one's tried to fix it. This is a sports bar. We were finally asked if we wanted to order food 2 hours into being here. None of the original servers or staff who were family are left here and that should tell you guys something. The fact that we left for Buffalo Wild Wings is sad, I've detested Buffalo Wild Wings for years due to the same service and quality we received with them years ago. When Buffalo Wild Wings is doing better than a family owned local restaurant it's sad, this won't last for true coaches fans. Unfortunately a family of generations who have loved this place and has many memories will no longer be customers at this establishment. The new owners have ruined this cherished place.
