Dan was so great! We just bought a new home and I wanted the house to be cleaned after the termite fumigation and before we started painting. Dan came one day to scope out the place right away and gave us a very reasonable cleaning quote. Day of was what really sold his professionalism to me. I wanted to be there for the first clean but got called into a meeting at work. I text him the night before and he was incredibly responsive. He text me right when he got there to let me know he got in okay and text me when he left to tell me he locked up. We went later in the afternoon to pick up our mail and everything was spotless! He had cleaned inside our cabinets, the top of the ceiling fan, and the trimmings of the archway. Would highly recommend him! We are moving to new home and we needed a quick window wash before we started our move. Put out request to multiple companies through Yelp and got a very reasonable estimate from Green Clean. Chose them based on pricing but also because they could get to us quickly to complete job. The work completed was done exceptionally well and they showed up on time, super professional in dealing with me and ended up coming in slightly below estimate. Having had a few different companies do windows for us over the years at a similarly sized house, I was super happy with the value provided considering it wasn't a small job. This guy is crazy! He texted me 2 hours before scheduled time and he said he wants to reschedule because it's too risky for him! I asked why is it too risky!!! He said "You are asking for second time. I told you it's too hot for me outside. It seems like you're not listening, I don't even know what we are talking about" I copied his response word to word! Really unprofessional. I had contacted several different companies to get pricing for cleaning for bi weekly services. The estimates I were getting were anywhere from 85 to 150 so pretty wide. When inquiring further about bi weekly service at some point the guy got really rude. I had confirmed another company with great prices but was not able to get ideal date due to scheduling conflict. So was still talking to other companies that I could get the date I wanted at similar or even better price if that was even possible. Isn't that what most savvy shoppers do? Its totally understandable if he wasnt able to match but i dont think it was necessary to respond the way he did. I honestly still dont understand what his issue was. He quoted me 85 for monthly services ( which is an awesome deals) and said that bi weekly could be lower. So when i told him i would confirm if bi weekly prices were good which i figured would be as long as it was lower that the monthly price. I am very surprised there is no review for Greenclean! We use them now on a regular basis - biweekly - and I just can't recommend them enough! I am very VERY happy with this service! Dan - the owner is such a nice guy. He is very detail oriented, super friendly and very thorough. He cleaned the grout and tiles in the kitchen and I couldn't believe it's my old kitchen! Plus, my children's rooms badly needed a new paint. I asked Dan if he knows a good painter and he offered me he can do it by himself!! He has his own tools, ladder etc. and he just did fabulous job and I saved some money too. He did a wonderful job with cleaning the house. We had him clean the entire home top to bottom, which consist of 3 bed rooms, 2.5 bath, loft, kitchen, dinning room, living room. I selected this company based on the Yelp reviews to come in and do a pre-holiday top-to-bottom cleaning. He showed up on time for our initial walk-through, then came right on time for our appointment. Big house + only 1 person meant it took a little longer then expected, but he still only charged what we agreed. Everything sparkles and smells clean. This cleaning service is fantastic. They are very thorough and professional. Very reasonable price. I usually can't be home while they are cleaning as I'm at work and there never be any problem. I am always very satisfied with the result. It's just so nice to come to a spotless house after a long day. They always do excellent job in the kitchen and bathrooms. And of course dusting, vacuuming... I used to have that black disgusting mold in the corners of my bathroom which I couldn't get rid of. My husband and I moved into our house three years ago in Eastside Costa Mesa, after about 6 months of cleaning the house each Saturday, we decided we wanted our Saturdays back. I tried out three different services (1 of which broke our alarm clock and instead of telling us hid it in the top of the closet --not a smart move since we used it every morning) before finding Dan (Zdenek) and Greenclean. Dan has been coming every two weeks since. Not only does he do an outstanding job (in the kitchens and bathrooms especially) he also has been extremely reliable and trustworthy. He is always asks for feedback on how he can improve and like some others have mentioned in the previous reviews he is able to do lots of projects around the house.
