They had pizza, burgers, noodles, fried chicken and plenty of dessert carts scattered around the park. I recommend getting there right when they open because parking is pretty easy! Perfect rides for younger kids etc. Since they have been doing the fast pass, though, things have become irritatingly unbalanced. Typically fast pass gets feathered in at the head of the line- you go, I go style. But not LegoLand. LegoLand has decided that fast pass holders will go ahead of everyone regardless of how long you have been waiting. So let's say you have waited the estimated 65 minutes and are now at the front of the line. A group of 5 with fast pass walk up- they take your next spot. Ok- you think you are next- NOPE- another group with fast passes walks up, they get next and you are now like, FOR SURE I am next. NOPE you will not get on that ride so long as there are fast pass holders in line. Keeping kids stuck in line for longer than really necessary in this heat and humidity is uncalled for and frankly disgusting. Until they Learn to feather people in to the rides, I will not be renewing my family of 4 Elite passes. It's just a waste of our time and energy now. Don't get me started on not allowing strollers for babies who can't walk yet in the aquarium. Be so for real.

We're from Vegas, so it was really cool to see Las Vegas in Legos! There were entire city models of San Diego, San Francisco, New York and more! Since I visit New York City often for work, it was cool to see all of the Lego models! I'm not too familiar with the San Francisco or San Diego area, so it was cool to see all of the different attractions and themes. It's amazing how many different Lego sets are built at the Miniland USA! It took us about an hour to walk through Miniland USA and see all of the Legos! It was super cool! Loved it!

They have a scavenger hunt type of activity where the kiddos need to collect stamps from certain areas and at the end they are gifted with a sea life bracelet. It can get pretty busy inside. I did love coming years ago and they'd limit how many would enter, you felt like you had the whole place to yourself. Now, there's just too many inside and everyone is rushing to be the first one to view the sea life animals. Overall the kiddos and I enjoyed it, and there is an area to touch the star fish, etc which is highly popular and a washing station. They have a tank filled with sharks, you see them swim above you as you walk through this tunnel. Time well spent with the fam here.

It was a wonderful break from all the walking and exploring we did in the rest of the park. They have a variety of play and attraction types from small splash pads for younger kids to larger water rides, as well as areas where you could just sit back, relax and take in the atmosphere. The Lego theming throughout the park is one of its best features and added to making this water park stand out! There are many fun Lego details throughout the park too. I think that it can be quite crowded, which is why I recommend arriving early so you will have enough time to explore before the crowds arrive. This was a fantastic addon to our day at Legoland and an awesome way to escape from the heat in a summer afternoon!

Despite by the time we're on the trip in April, it was going to be a cold - 60-70s and maybe rainy day. Tried to convince him otherwise but he made up his mind months ago, haha. Well it turned out that the son came out on our day but it was still cold, mid-60's. Unfortunately Chime park side was closed. Forgot when I sold this park initially to him that LEGOLAND is geared towards the younger age. As is the water park, the slides and rides are on the smaller kid age. So it should be perfect for son sons age of 5, but he has been to larger water parks and rode the big thrilling rides. So he had fun there, but he said it's bay ride slides haha. Then add on to that the wind chills and temperature. Our waterpark adventure ended pretty quickly. We did however make the rest of the day in the theme park end. By the way to go to the water park you need to also have tickets for the theme park as it's inside the theme park.

There's still the one in Irvine but it's seen better days (they took out the waterslides, the mini golf is kinda sad, etc.). This Boomers in Vista (San Diego) is awesome! -They have a 2 story arcade -They have bumper boats -They have race cars (need to be 58" to drive by yourself but they also have cars for 2 people) -They have batting cages -They have laser tag -They have a large free parking lot My favorite thing about this Boomers is: -They have the most amazing mini golf! They have 2 mini golf courses: 1) pirate themed and 2) castle themed and both of the courses are really well maintained and have really cool features and tons of different obstacles. They have water features, the pirate course is 2 stories tall, they have really interesting holes, it's not just turf they have imitation sand and water and "rough" - the mini golf is really great here! I will gladly drive down from Orange County to come here to San Diego County because this Boomers is great! Just be warned they don't open until 11am on Sundays.

That said, this place is a descent spot to have some activities although its pricey for being overall sticky and out of date. You get mini golf, lazer tag, go carts, bumper boats, arcade, batting cages and a sunburn. And maybe hand foot mouth. Can we PLEASE get an out door bathroom and places to wash hands?! I really think there should be a family pass, but it's $50/person for unlimited activities which is pretty pricy, but I guess it's better than an hour in an escape room. For $150 you can get an entire annual membership to any museum....plus lunch. It's just super expensive. Probably won't go more than a couple times a year, but it's fine. With legoland passes I just can't justify the price....and the stickiness of it all. Pack hand wipes, and a pee bucket.
