Now that our grandchildren are here, I have the privilege to be able to take them when they are available. I love that the park is so close to where my grandchildren live. I am able to take them sometimes after school for even just a couple of hours since we have an annual pass we can go anytime. I love that. The park is not too big that I can take them around the park easily. I haven't taken the kids to the waterpark located in LEGOLAND. I will leave that up to their mom to take them. Customer service varies. During today's visit I had a couple of employees that just aren't personable. There's a lot more pros than cons so I will give them that. Like anything else anywhere else the food and snack prices are very high. The good thing is they allow you to bring outdoor food and drink. I would return specially for some apple fries. If you haven't tried them yet. Make sure you do. I will continue to return to LEGOLAND as long as my grand kiddos, still wish to visit LEGOLAND. I noticed a few new rides and a little mini CVS kiosk.

However, it seems like for the majority of the rides, your child has to be at least 4 years old or 42 inches tall, & unlike Disneyland, you cannot wear your baby in a baby carrier for the rides without a height requirement - except for only ONE ride in the whole park, which was disappointing because at Disneyland I can baby wear my infant for MULTIPLE RIDES, and I spent about the same money for Legoland as I would've for Disney. Also, parking is $40 It's also a bummer that Legoland is typically only open from 10am-5pm. The day goes by fast when you aren't given as much time to explore. Besides those critiques, for YOUNG CHILDREN, Legoland is a wonderful theme park. They have a lot of different FOOD OPTIONS which made feeding the kids easy. They were well staffed and nearly every ride was open & operating. There are multiple different areas throughout the park where you can get some hands-on Lego building experience which is fun and unique to this theme park. Also, there are multiple playgrounds throughout the park which accommodated both my 3 year old and my 1.5 year old. So I could definitely see us returning BUT probably not until our kids are at least 4 years old, so they can actually go on some more rides.

If you've been to Legoland Miniland USA within the past few years you can see how disheveled and dirty it is. Talk about being aged... But the Lego Star Wars Miniland is cleaner and cool to look at.. Ever since it opened a few years ago, I knew it was something I wanted to see. Although limited, it still has a big impact. The path leading into Star Wars MINIland and MINIland USA is lined with large LEGO sculptures of famous Star Wars characters. These are done with incredible detail. Focusing mostly on the Original Trilogy, there are also a few Clone Wars characters, a former focus of Star Wars MINIland in general. On our visit, the transition was being performed from a TCW-centric experience to one focusing on The Force Awakens. Opening March 9, 2017, Star Wars MINIland will be updated for modern fandom. The areas not changing that I got to see were worth coming into the park. Naboo was breathtaking, so many moving parts and beautiful details. Endor may have been my favorite with all the tree elements and little scenes. I got a peek at Hoth through the fence, I don't believe this display is changing. The Death Star is the biggest display, huge and imposing. The display also features interior scenes and tons of ships locked in a permanent space battle. Next to the Death Star display is Empire Emporium, a LEGO Star Wars pop up shop. They have a wide array of LEGO Star Wars sets and accessories and also have their own promotions not available elsewhere in the park, including free mini-figs and polybags depending on the date. This is a must-visit for all Star Wars fans!

They have a scavenger hunt type of activity where the kiddos need to collect stamps from certain areas and at the end they are gifted with a sea life bracelet. It can get pretty busy inside. I did love coming years ago and they'd limit how many would enter, you felt like you had the whole place to yourself. Now, there's just too many inside and everyone is rushing to be the first one to view the sea life animals. Overall the kiddos and I enjoyed it, and there is an area to touch the star fish, etc which is highly popular and a washing station. They have a tank filled with sharks, you see them swim above you as you walk through this tunnel. Time well spent with the fam here.

First off, the ticket pricing is totally worth it for the whole family. Admission for a 1‑day ticket that includes both LEGOLAND and SEA LIFE typically starts around $99 for adults and as low as $39 for kids (ages 2-12) when purchased online, which made it a great value for all six of us. From the moment we walked in, the kids were thrilled -- especially with the slide right at the entrance that set the tone for fun right away! The aquarium is designed with little ones in mind, and our kids genuinely loved seeing all the colorful fish and sea creatures up close. There were plenty of exhibits to explore and educational videos playing that made it both entertaining and informative for the whole family. One of the highlights was getting to touch some of the tide pool animals at the end of the experience -- a super fun, hands‑on moment that our kids are still talking about! And the staff were fantastic -- friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer all our questions and share cool facts about the animals we were seeing. Overall, this aquarium visit was totally worth it, especially for families with young kids who love sea life and interactive experiences. We walked away with big smiles, great memories, and stories the kids can't wait to share. Highly recommend adding this to your family outing list!

We have been coming to this water park the whole summer and it has been an amazing experience. If you come early, there are plenty of umbrellas and chairs to choose from. The water is usually warm and we usually battle with our kids cause they never want to go home. Our favorite part is the wave pool where you get to enjoy and relax on a wavy pool while laughing at your kids getting slapped by the wave near the shore. They're the ones who like being tossed around by the wave. We also like the water pad where the water squirts or creates multiple water arcs, and kids just run around and get wet. This is the place where parents can just sit or lay under umbrellas while watching their kids. We rented a cabana once when we had family guests from Texas. There was a breastfeeding baby so we thought, a cabana would be great, and it was. the server took us to our cabana and explained everything. You really do not need to go anywhere to get food. You just text your server what you want and the server will get the food for you. We also got two free Legoland towels and a huge Legoland bag. We'll be going back as soon as it opens again for the next summer. Totally worth it.

The food is pretty good inside at the Beach Front Grill. Their options are a California burrito, turkey wrap (my personal fav) and a veggie wrap along with some kids items (pizza, quesadilla, etc.) There's also personal cabanas you can rent for $200 where you get a fridge and personalized service. Make sure you rent ahead of time, however. There are lots of chairs and lounge chairs with huge umbrellas over to protect you from the sun, but I expect this place to be packed during the summer so you may want to bring your personal handheld sun umbrella. Lockers are available and free life vests. Again, likely to go quickly during the summer. Highly recommend coming during off season, but make sure to check Legolands website as it isn't open all the time.

The only suggestion i would make is to make a bigger sign for the laser tag area - none of my kids knew there was laser tag until I asked them toward the end. The other suggestion - is a stronger margarita slush - it was premixed but i honestly think it didnt have any alcohol at all. Definitely will book our next team bonding when we return in July. Mahalo guys!
