Excellent customer service and a kind and personable staff! We had a flood and they made the process of getting our new kitchen smooth. I especially enjoyed working with David - he was knowledgeable, invested in delivering quality construction and was creative and collaborative throughout the process. Mary was also great to work with too. If you are looking for a trustworthy and friendly company for your remodel, this is your company. read more

5 stars! I was looking for a company to help me reconstruct a master bathroom. I found C2C on Yelp and saw all of their high reviews. They were right- C2C is a great company! As soon as they stepped in, they calmed a stressful situation, and I felt assured that it was going to work out. Starting from thorough consultation by Mary, great communication, planning, and PM support from David, and fantastic reconstruction skills by Martin- they were excellent, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I now have a gorgeous bathroom remodel and would recommend them! Thank you C2C for turning an old bathroom into a relaxing beautiful space! read more

Business operating during the pandemic, "thank you" Review #21 when one of my rentals flooded, i called Pipe's Plumbing who recommended P&T Restoration. they IMMEDIATELY came to the rescue and did a masterful job of saving what was salvageable, prepped for repairs and replacement, and got the place ship-shape enough to be short term habitable. very impressed with their work during every stage of the process and most especially with my point of contact, Celeste. her tenacity and emotional support kept my head above water for the six months of daily emails and phone calls it took to drag the property management company and the three insurance companies involved (mine, the owner upstairs whose plumbing accident flooded my downstairs unit, and the HOA's) to the point where everybody (including P&T Restoration) got paid. next time i'm in a situation that requires an emergency response and a comrade-in-arms for half a year of teeth-gnashing, hair-pulling, and threats of physical violence, i know who to call. thanks again, Celeste. read more

Incredible experience working with Phil and his team at P&T restoration. The team arrived right on time, were pleasant, and went above and beyond to clean out a rats nest hidden in my wall. Price was fair, the area is decontaminated and clean from the gross rat infestation. Thank you Phil, Nico, and team for the prompt assist. Will definitely use again! read more

Yesterday I spoke with Terri at P&T Restoration (Oceanside, CA) and this morning her husband Phil came out to inspect a potential water leak and mold problem in our Master Bedroom and bath area. Wow, Phil is super knowledgeable. While he was checking for moisture with both his probe and infra-red meter he was teaching all about mold and mold remedy. He inspected both the inside and exterior of the home. He made several recommendations about exterior sprinklers and utilizing an interior fan to better circulate the air. After his analysis he confirmed we had no water leak and our problem was simply a matter of moisture coming from the outside air and getting into a confined closet. We do not have mold and there is nothing more we need to do to fix a problem. Phil is 100% honest and very reliable. I encourage people who have a water leak, mold or moisture problem to put this company at the top of the list for people to call. To top it all off, after spending all the time Phil did with us he did not even charge us. Amazing! read more

This company is a rare find. They are honest, organized, and have the exact work ethic that one looks for. We called P & T Restoration after discontinuing our relationship with a contractor who was, to us, obviously over charging. With this being said, we were left unsure about future endeavors and who to trust. After shopping around for comparable estimates, we called P & T Restoration around 5pm about the possible mold situation and asked for an estimate; they were at our front door by 5:30pm. In the end, all their on site testing was negative and they did not charge a cent. This is integrity at its best. Rest assured, we in the future, will call on P & T Restoration for any issues related to water damage. read more

I had tried another company to restore my tub/shower bath area. I was told an extreme bid for insurance/out of pocket. They did not even do an exploratory. They just bid it high. I was overwhelmed. I must have had an Angel lead me to P and T on Yelp. They are so professional and they do a great job. P and T won my trust to recommend them to my family or anyone else. read more

Phil and his team at Restoration 911 have forever changed the way my family and I feel about "contractors". These guys arrived immediately after I initially Yelped them, diagnosed the problems with my leaky pipes and took the initiative to alleviate the issues as soon as possible. Not only was Phil extremely valuable with the actual demolition work, but his knowledge of how homeowners insurance works has been extremely beneficial for us. The icing on the cake when he referred us to plumbers and a remodel contractor who were all five stars and expedited what could have been a multi-month rebuild in less than five weeks. Bravo Terri and Phil! read more

Was having my bathroom vanity resurfaced and found mold. In a a panic I started looking for a Remediaton company and came across P&T Restoration. I spoke to Terry @ P&T and she was very nice and told me that Phil was downtown and would be to my house later in the afternoon. Phil showed up shortly thereafter as promised. He was super nice, professional, informative and got the ball rolling. Very reasonably priced, got the job done and couldn't be more pleased. What a great family run company & would recommend 100%! read more

I'm in the military and had a rental property in Oceanside. There was water damage in the home and my PM informed me that they had a vendor head out and quoted me over $3,000 for water damage restoration. I have asked my PM to see if there were any vendors with quotes since it was pricey. They did not since that was the PM preferred vendor. So I reached out to various vendors to get some quotes. I googled several restoration companies in the area and one of them was P&T. They head out to the property and provided me their estimate. They noticed additional infrastructure water damage that the other vendors did not notice and provided a quote lower than the one my PM provided me. They immediately start working on this project and completed it within a week. When I called again to pay for the final bill, Terri asked if I was in the military and knocked off a percentage from the total bill. They didn't have to do this since we had already agreed on the final bill, but I'm glad they did and were able to SAVE us some extra funds. Thank you P&T Restoration. read more

It's a relief to know there are people out there who do such excellent quality of work. Not a surprise why these folks have such great reviews. From day 1 Phil and his crew have been absolute professionals - honest, very fairly priced and most importantly they do excellent work. They went above and beyond and even went out of their way to do some plumbing repairs so as to finish the work on time and to high standards. So glad we got in touch with Phil and his crew and have no doubt you will too. Thanks guys! read more

We noticed a leak under our bathroom sink and thought we may have possible mold. We called P&T and I was able to talk to someone and explain my concerns, she told me Phil would call me to schedule time. Phil called me back within 10 mins and said that he could come take a look day of. We have a newborn and I have very bad allergies so it eased my mind knowing he would be able to come and take a look at it. He was professional and so nice. Luckily he didn't find any mold or moisture. So glad we called them and would call them again but hopefully won't need to ;) highly recommend them!!! read more

Phil, Terri and Tino were great from start to finish. Tino came and did an excellent job as he carefully removed the damaged panels and cabinets. All the unmanaged material they had to remove was saved so we could use it again. They also ensured the remediation steps were taken without prolonging the process. We would absolutely use them again, if ever needed, and would recommend them without hesitation. 5+ stars! read more

This is by far the worst, unreliable company I have ever had to deal with. They demolished my entire kitchen and left it destroyed for weeks with missing cabinets plumbing that doesn't work no stove. They basically destroyed the kitchen and refused to come back and put everything back together after the mold testing results had come back. It is going on a month now. My insurance is willing to pay for the work but the guys at restoration 911 is not able to complete the work because they have damaged the kitchen beyond repair. Warning do not use this company they will destroy your home and leave you high and dry. read more

I had concern with a small area of my bathroom that I wanted checked out. I called P & T after seeing an ad in my local magazine. Not only did they actually answer the phone, Phil was able to come out right away. He inspected the issue, determined that it didn't need any immediate attention and gave me some tips to correct the problem. Extremely courteous and professional, and no charge for the visit. I highly recommend Phil and his company and will be happy to refer them to my clients, friends and family. read more

So we arrive from vacation, on a Saturday night, and arrived home to a broken water heater. We get a referral from our plumber for restoration 911. We have an outside water heater closet with it attached to the small bedroom/closet & fireplace. Rest assured, we were very nervous. Phil called and arrived before noon the next day, Sunday, and he was honest with a great customer service approach and informative. There was no charge for his evaluation of the walls using his technology! I will keep his card! read more

We had some water damage on the ceiling in our garage after some heavy rains. I was concerned after some mold spots developed so I submitted a Yelp RFQ to P&T Restoration. They promptly returned my message and set up a time to come out and inspect. Upon seeing the mold, Phil assured me there was no serious concern and sprayed some fungicide into the ceiling for us. He even came back out a week later to spray again once we had more drywall opened up. Phil was very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend P&T. read more

I wish all business could be as wonderful to deal with as P&T Restoration. I cannot recommend them enough. We discovered moisture under our kitchen sink and called P&T out. Phil came right away, explained the process and answered all my questions. He personally came out to our house through the whole process, demo and drying. No question was too small or stupid for him to answer. He replied to calls and texts right away, was thorough with communication, and very clean. We used a different water mitigation company in the past (for a different water leak). They exaggerated and extended the dry process longer than insurance felt was necessary, causing considerable delays and astronomical expenses. I did not have this trouble with P&T. They are a very honest company that you can trust. read more

When the city sewer backed up and sent water flowing inside our beautiful new kitchen, Phil from P& T Restoration came to the rescue!!! It was a Friday afternoon and Phil came over immediately when called and had the right equipment to make sure there was no water damage. I highly recommend Phil and his company!!! They are personable, caring, and efficient. Thank you P & T Restoration. read more

Anyone else agree that good customer service is pretty hard to come by these days? That is why I am writing this review because Clint from P&T restoration was excellent to work with. From the moment he came over to take a look at our pretty serious slab leak, he was very friendly and professional. He assessed all the water damage and told me what they had to do in order to stop mold and further damage to our walls. He was straightforward and honest in the work that needed to be done in order to remediate the damage. They tore down our kitchen cabinets and cut out drywall to get rid of all that water damage, and used big dehumidifiers to help suck out all the moisture. I was impressed by how fast Clint and his partner Tino got the job done, and they were also very clean. They brought in a vacuum to help keep the dust from tear down at bay. My husband and I have never had to deal with a very serious slab leak before and our insurance would not cover it. That being said, their price for the entire job was honest and fair considering a different company was about to charge us wayyyy more than what we paid. I'm happy with the work they did and I would use them again if I ever needed to. I definitely recommend this company! read more

Over the past 20 years I've used various restoration companies to repair water damage caused by leaks at both my residence and my rental property. I wouldn't recommend any of them. Two weeks ago my tenants discovered water leaking from the ceiling at my rental property. I found P&T Restoration online and decided to use their services based on the many excellent reviews. I'm so glad I did. They were ready to start remediation the minute I called for help and they responded immediately when my tenants discovered a second (unrelated) leak two days after the first one. After Phil set up the equipment he and his team checked the progress on a regular basis. They removed the equipment as soon as the place was dry, rather than leaving it for weeks as other companies have done in the past. In addition to their responsiveness and competence, they are definitely some of the friendliest people I've ever done business with. Thanks to Phil, Terri and the rest of the P&T team, my experience was as painless as a remediation and restoration project could possibly be. Highly recommend! read more

I would like to give Phil and Restoration 911 a rating of 6 stars. My husband was out of town when I found a leak from our Kitchen ceiling. I then had a plumber come out right away to find the leak and get it plugged. This leak had apparently been going on for quite some time and had soaked our wall between the dining room and kitchen. I called the Restoration 911 office right away on the High Recommendation of my plumber. Phil was out to the house in 1 hour. He was so helpful in explaining the consequences of what had happened. Phil and his assistant showed up the next morning at 8:30 sharp and had the cabinet removed, the plaster taken down, the mold protection applied, and the dehumidifier/fans set up in 2 hours. They were so careful with my Corian countertop while taking the cabinet our from under. Great service, professional, and very kind. read more

Phil was so professional, and thorough in going through our house after a minor flood in one of our bathrooms. Their crew was quick to respond and set up necessary equipment to mitigate damage. I would highly recommend this business. read more

I needed a specialist to checkout a bad odor in my guesthouse. P&T sent out someone in 45 minutes to check it out. The specialist assessed the problem, checking for moisture and mold and concluded the odor was a dead animal. I really appreciated the fast response time (45 minutes) and the analysis...and he was kind enough not to charge anything. I would not hesitate to call again if I have problems involving possible moisture or mold. read more

I had a water leak in my house which soaked half my kitchen and dining room floor so the plumber recommended Restoration 911 to deal with the damage. Tino & Edgar came out the same day to cut the walls open, remove the laminate flooring and affected kitchen cabinets, and start the drying process. They were both very helpful and did an excellent job. If you need help with restoration after a water leak, you can't do any better than Tino & Edgar and Restoration 911! read more

We had yet another leak in our house and the 1st company I thought of was Restoration 911! I called during the storm and when Phil picked up the phone I was instantly more relaxed. He explained that he had just walked in the door from being on vacation-having driven 7 hours-and would be there! He was at my house in 30 min and handled my situation with the utmost of professionalism! I certainly wish I didn't need them but it's so comforting when the "you know what" hits the fan-I know who to call!! Formerly known as Restoration 911, I have referred several of my friends and family to Phil & Terri at P & T Restoration who have all had glowing reviews! It's the worst day when you need them but they do exactly what you're hoping for-put their hand on your shoulder and say, "We're going to take care of you and everything is going to be ok!" read more

Phil and his crew really came through with our slab leak and mold issue. We had a hot water slab leak that damaged the drywall in our kitchen, bathroom and hallway and on top of that we had mold growing. It was a super stressful situation. I called Phil at 7pm, on a thursday night after insurance told me "were not gone cover this and that" and he came the following day to give me an idea of what's needs to be done. Phil is such a great guy. He was very re-assuring and responsive. He worked with my insurance company to get me a fair treatment and I ended up not paying anything out of pocket! I truly am very satisfied and thankful for the work they did. read more

After 7 inches of rain in two days, our brand new carpet was thoroughly soaked. Phil and Tino were there within 30 minutes of our call, assessed the situation and went to work. They figured out a way to save us from additional cost and disruption by avoiding removal of all the toe kicks in the kitchen and the baseboards in the other impacted rooms. The heaters and dryers were there longer, but well worth it. They checked in regularly and kept us informed every step of the way. Great professionalism and customer service. read more

Restoration 911 was called in when two upstairs drains broke, creating a two-story mess, complete with mold. The process involved removal of cabinetry in the kitchen and master bath, removal of drywall, drying the damaged area, and treating the mold. All was done in a fully professional manner. Tino was the lead man, assisted by Clint. Tino kept me informed every step of the way, always gave me a heads-up when he was on the way, and let me know when he was running late, even if only five or ten minutes. He answered all questions patiently, treated our property with respect, and he and Clint were a pleasure to have in our home. It's enough stress just having to call this type of service. Tino made the process as stress-free as one could hope for. I recommend Restoration 911 without reservation. read more

Tino is a total pro and a pleasure to work with. He was in constant contact with me and never missed my call or question. He, Clint and his crew treated me like I was a family member, walking me through the whole process and dealing with our home owner's insurance directly. They were very respectful of our home and meticulously followed protocol to tent off the remediation area from the rest of the house. I had called two other water remediation companies before I found P & T, and none of them found the mold behind our sink that Tino found after 2 minutes in our home. The other companies were also trying to hard sell me on things that just weren't necessary. Tino was professional and honest, which was so refreshing after dealing with the other companies. Our dishwasher leaked and basically caused us to tear up our entire kitchen. But Tino did everything he could to try and save our countertops and backsplash so that we could minimize the time out of our kitchen. Tino and his crew were so thoughtful of every move they made in our home to get rid of our mold issue, and they nailed it. After testing with a third party to ensure the mold was gone (we have a newborn, so I was not taking any chances) the mold tester said he was really impressed with their job and passed us with flying colors. Thank you Tino and crew! read more

I had an amazing experience with Phil and Restoration 911. Just the reliable and competent professionals one needs when dealing with water damage and Restoration issues. I had a leaky faucet that caused some water damage and he was very honest that it was very minor damage and that I would not have to go through tearing my kitchen apart and installing blowers etc. What a load off my mind. He thoroughly checked everything to make sure there were no other leaks or problems! I will always call Restoration 911 In the future! read more

My experience with Restoration 911 was very similar to the rest of the folks writing reviews here. My house flooded just before the Fourth of July holiday, initially appearing to have flooded in an upstairs bathroom and leaking below. What made less sense was how the water also carried all the way to the other side of a very long house. As with others, Phil sensed the stress this was causing and arrived in a very short period. After identifying the initial issues he methodically worked to figure out the cause of the spreading water, going through an attic with narrow crawl space and a roof not easily reached. He identified that a gutter on the roof had completely clogged, backing up the water we got from the rain in that period. He then noted the areas water had seeped through in the seams of my flat roof, leading to water in several walls and up to 85% water saturation. Within a few days Phil and his group had completely dried out the affected areas, eliminating the concern for mold in our house. With an insurance deductible of $10,000 and this coming out-of-pocket, our situation could have been much worse. It's also worth noting Phil took extra care to assist on affected issues related to the flood and outside the scope of his ordinary business. I wholeheartedly recommend Phil and Restoration 911 to anyone encountering this type of difficult situation with water damage. They are very pleasant to deal with and true professionals! Thanks Phil!! read more

I would not be comfortable sorting out the best water damage restoration companies, so we relied on the advice of our local plumber. I'm glad we did. The technician from Restoration 911 was on the scene in less than an hour, and had the wet drywall and other water-damaged materials removed by the end of the day. Got an estimate for mold removal. They removed the mold by tearing out the wall, then left with the wall un-repaired and stated that this would be a separate charge to fix the damage. Shady business practice. There is no way an honest salesman would give an estimate for only half the work in order to get you to commit, knowing the full job would need to be done and forcing you to pay again for a necessary second half of the work. read more
