Beautiful view, solid drinks, friendly service! Definitely a place worth visiting if you are in Ogunquit.

Our waiter Sean was amazing! Such a great personality and had really honest suggestions. My friend and I wanted to split our dishes and they pre split the meal for us which was so nice! Highly recommend the lobster ravioli & the ahi tuna crisps!! The decor and atmosphere is coastal, modern, and homie! Thank you for making my best friends bachelorette dinner so special

We stopped in for cocktails and a snack. I'm so glad we did! Cocktails were exquisite! We had the Bread and (not your boring old) Burrata. It was a fresh and creative take, with charred ramps and avocado that made me excited for burrata again. And the focaccia is Amazing! The cocktail menu exudes that same creative twist as well. They make a proper Carajillo style espresso martini so if you're looking for that Basic B crap look elsewhere. Our server was great. Very knowledgeable! I am counting the minutes until I can go back for more! I was having such a good time this was the only pic I managed to snap!

Had a fabulous dinner at the newly opened Trident Inn in Ogunquit with the highest view possible! Scottie Vogel has done it again, completing the trifecta of amazing restaurants, all with such different, wonderful vibes. Chef Randy De Vaga brings his Louisiana influence to the Coastal Alchemist restaurant which now resides at the Trident Inn. We ate there when it was on Shore Rd for their special dinners and experienced the most eclectic courses with tastes from around the world that Randy prepared. The cocktails they created, and still create, are most likely concoctions you've never heard of that are all amazing. Randy didn't disappoint tonight. I loved his awesome Ahi Tuna Poke Crisps, which were delightful. Chris and I had the Low Country Shrimp and grits, bringing his Louisiana roots home to Ogunquit. The shrimp were so big I'll be able to have the rest of them for lunch today. All shared the Bread and Burrata and I loved the fiddlehead fern addition. Yummy! For dessert, the Black Banana Beignet with ice cream was so amazing. It had a smokey wonderful flavor, which I loved. The sliced bananas had been frozen in ice cream with a beignet topping it. So good! A great way to end the meal. The Trident Inn has one of the best views in Ogunquit. You can see the bustling town below and both The Front Porch Piano Bar & Restaurant and Crew OGT, Scottie Vogel's other restaurants. The ocean horizon appears so much higher than any other view you'll see in Ogunquit. You can see the waves on the beach and the beautiful purple hue that comes with sunsets here. We will be back.

I am so glad we stopped in Ogunquit for two reasons: one because it was an adorable town to explore…read moreand two because we ate an absolutely delightful meal here! Like, I'd probably go out of my way just to come back. It is a super unassuming spot behind the building of a gift/craft store and ice cream shop. There is a bar seating and patio. It was not too crowded at 3ish in the afternoon on a Monday; we were greeted warmly and told to choose a table. They didn't have a high chair but they had booster seats. I got a glass of brut rosé and my husband got the Pilsner on draft. Both were refreshing and delicious! I got a half dozen oysters (followed by another half dozen afterward) of the fresh oysters of the day, and also learnt this place is on the Maine Oyster Trail. For good reason too--they were probably some of the best oysters I've ever had. Shucked perfectly, with delicious cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemon and mignonette. So good I had to get more. I had a burger for my main, with a gluten free bun and no cheese for dairy free. They also have gluten free fries that are made in a separate frier, bless! My husband got the lobster roll, cold style and said it was absolutely delicious--his first lobster roll and everything he hoped it would be. On top of the food and drinks being great, our server was an absolute gem. So kind, so helpful, he went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure my food was allergen safe. He even went out of his way to get milk for our toddler in a fun kids cup. I truly hope to make it back some day soon!

I also appreciated that is was accompanied by a side of coleslaw that was edible (no watery mayo :) and I ask for a side of greens instead of fries.. Loved the dressing! BB is a quaint outdoor only patio area that offers a full bar and seating. The staff is phenomenal, service is perfcetion and the people watching is vibrant and fun.... just Go! You won't be disappointed.

We had dinner here this week, and it was outstanding. I…read morecalled and made a reservation a couple of weeks ahead of our visit (we were there on a Monday night, and in the restaurant area it was pretty quiet - just us and one other table). First things first - parking is super easy, it's a free valet service (not obvious at first, as there is parking behind the restaurant, but you're greeted right away when you pull in). We walked through the bar area, over to the restaurant area (surprisingly the bar was quite full), and were able to choose a table by one of the two fireplaces. On the restaurant side, it feels very cozy, and homey, exactly where you want to spend a cold night, inside eating dinner. Our server was lovely, greeted us right away and provided menus. I started with a cosmo (they had flavored versions like strawberry, but I elected to go for the classic). For an appetizer, we started with the bacon wrapped scallops - the bacon was maple glazed, and wonderfully crispy, with the scallops cooked perfectly, and some micro-greens scattered on the plate - delicious. For entrees, my mom had the baked seafood stuffed haddock which came with a lobster sherry cream sauce, a massive pile of perfectly cooked green beans, and mashed potatoes (yum). I went with the duck special, which was absolutely delightful. It came with Brussels sprouts, and I subbed out the au gratin (I very strongly dislike sweet potatoes), for mashed potatoes. It was delicious. We were so full, we opted for dessert to go (chocolate cake), which was generously portioned, and decadently delicious. We really enjoyed the meal - this was a wonderful dinner to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday!
