Nice place for a solid, filling breakfast with plenty of hot coffee. Friendly and chipper waitstaff. Comfortable seating. And Crew's location on the corner of Main and Shore roads ensure plenty of people-watching! I had their corned beef hash plate, made of real shredded corned beef, fried potatoes, and a pair of poached eggs. Your choice of bread (I opted for an English muffin). It was delicious. Stopped in here for lunch on a Monday after walking the Marginal Way. Since I was on vacation in Maine I wanted some seafood so got the Haddock Rachel sandwich with garlic fries. This is based only on take out order. The cheese pizza was good however I didnt realize how small it was until we got it back and it was pricey. It was pretty good though regardless The chicken wings were delicious and they were my favorite part. I definitely think it was worth visiting but it was pretty pricey for what it was. read more

We visited Crew for drag bingo, and while the bingo and drag show itself were incredibly fun, the afternoons enjoyment was hindered by a serious safety issue and awful management. During the event, a speaker fell over and struck my friend in the face. Thankfully, after applying ice and taking Motrin, she is okay. The drag queens and several kind customers repeatedly checked on her. Unfortunately, the restaurant manager showed zero empathy. A manager should proactively check on an injured guest and comp their meal. Instead, I had to approach her. When I did, she defamed responsibility, claiming Crew wasn't liable because they didn't set up the speaker. I reminded her that as the host venue, they are responsible for guest safety and basic customer service. She became abrasive, argumentative, and rude, initially refusing to even comp my injured friend's food. She only removed the charge after I insisted her response was unacceptable, stating she "wasn't going to argue with me."The performers and fellow guests showed great community care, but management's dangerous lack of accountability means we will not be returning. read more

Ogunquit is certainly one of my favorite places to visit. With a gorgeous beach, a long sandy peninsula with glassy dunes & some of the most breathtaking views & home to some incredible local eats. Crew Ogunquit definitely stands out at the very edge of the downtown serving up some great beach vibes, a friendly atmosphere and great staff. And of course great locally sourced food. Only had brunch there which did not disappoint. Looking forward to my eventual return to Crew. While nothing can compare to the atmosphere of being on the beach at The Splash Cafe... for foodies, CREW was hands down the best breakfast we experienced. My wife is STILL talking (on an hourly basis) about how she had the best Caprise Sandwich of her life! It had the usual mozzarella, tomato and basic, but with bacon and avocado. It literally blew her mind... This is smack in the middle of all the shops, so a great location, and they have a full bar and was kid friendly. The Crew, which has become an absolute must-stop for us whenever we visit OGT. The staff there are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a wonderful experience. Their breakfast and bloody marys are really good but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. On top of that, I couldn't resist picking up one of their soft hooded sweatshirts during my last visit, and it's quickly become my favorite to wear. It's so cozy! I enjoyed my time at Crew so much that I didn't only stop in once or twice, I visited three times. This happening spot right on the corner provided fun and entertainment at all hours of the day. The bartenders were affable and skilled. The decor was beachy with a California surfer feel while also highlighting their namesake. The cocktail was shaken and strained into a standard glass. The olives hit a home run in size, texture, and flavor. During the day they had a great playlist of throwback pop tunes and at night they have a stage where local live musicians sing their hearts out. The menu has something for everyone from a raw bar to sandwiches. They also made a mean pizza that served as the best late-night snack. I first reached out to this establishment on 01.13.26 to inquire about setting up a function. Despite a half dozen e-mails and multiple promises to connect from the General Manager, I have still not been contacted. I was expecting a call around 3:00 this afternoon per his e-mail, and yet again did not hear back. As someone who has spent a lifetime working in Customer Service, this is astounding to me. It is not even peak season, and if this lack of communication/follow-up is the norm, I am hesitant to set up an event during peak season. Wondering if this is the typical experience from this venue? Was served a mountain of rubbery fried clam stripes that looked like fryer leftovers and a wet salad that looked like it came fresh out the garbage. I know that my one review won't deter people from visiting this tourist trap. that being said I feel like I need to share my experience. Here is how it went: We called ahead to reserve our place in line. The host told us 20 minutes and so we walked over from our hotel. From the time that we got on the list it was 30 minutes, but no big deal. We were seated in the bar area and our server came to take our order. So far so good. Coffee came right out. After 30 minutes, we were still waiting for our food and I wanted to pay for the coffee and leave we asked and our sassy server told us there were four or five orders ahead of us and he didn't know when ours would be ready. When he came back out, we had been sitting for 45 minutes he said. " I know and your order has been in for 37 minutes and the kitchen is backed up and I don't know when it's gonna be here, but can discount your order" I felt by acknowledging the time we were waiting (and in a kind, matter-of-fact way, not at all rude or aggressive) that what I was doing was inappropriate. Do that I ask "what is a reasonable wait time for two omelettes?" This caused something of a conflict had our table because we were hungry at this point and I would've been satisfied with a cold muffin over an omelette in order to have some food. The lukewarm water in a bottle at the table was inadequate. At 50 minutes the food finally came out and we asked for the bill immediately they gave us a 50% discount and the food was just OK. I think the worst part was watching all these other meals come out of the kitchen and clearly there was a problem with ours, but the communication was terrible and I was embarrassed to ask where my breakfast was because of the sassy demeanor of our server. I watched him have flirty conversations with several tables around us, and while he was friendly and not rude to us, I think better communication was certainly in order. If there was an issue in the kitchen or orders were delayed, offer some juice from the bar or some complementary bread or fruit as a gesture of good faith. Allowing people to feel like they are unwelcome and their request for reasonable service as unreasonable is a sad way to do business and definitely colored our experience of Ogunquit. read more

Great food I loved the mozzarella moons. It is pretty efficient and came in a good amount of time. The ambiance is good and in a very busy area in the summer. I would decently recommended this place if you ever go to ogunquit. Very good 5 stars. read more
