I really like the cleaning 5 years ago and the owner (a couple running the business) doing the work. So I paid him and left him with all the work and left for the afternoon. The carpet felt like it had residue even though it wasn't supposed to, however, most distressing was that the equipment used was filthy, and it left dirt all over my brand new white sofas, which I'll now have to clean as well. I also cleared everything I could out of their way so they would have no trouble cleaning areas like under the daybed. It appears they didn't even try to clean under the daybed, although there was ample access to do so. I like the idea of Green, but not with this service. I wish I could report a better experience.
