At the speaker, the barista repeated my order back correctly. When I got to the window, she told me the total, I paid, and then before handing me my drinks she informed me that they hadn't charged me for the second drink. I was confused because the total had already been around $10, so I asked how that could be if one drink hadn't been rung up. She explained that the price included all of the add-ons, but when I looked at the receipt on my phone, it wasn't clear at all. In fact, the receipt made it appear as though both drinks had already been charged. I was then charged a second time for the missing drink. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. However, many businesses will either honor the original total or apologize for the inconvenience when the mistake is on their end. Neither happened here. To make matters worse, after paying again, I was handed drinks that were incorrect, they were the wrong size and not what I had ordered. When I questioned it, the barista simply went back to what she was doing without apologizing or offering to fix the situation. After I left, I looked at the second receipt, and it also didn't make much sense. It's really unfortunate because my family spends a lot of money here. Between my kids getting Italian sodas and our coffee runs, we're regular customers. I usually enjoy the ambiance and the staff, however, was very disappointed with my experience. A simple apology and an effort to make things right would have gone a long way. Instead, we left feeling overcharged, with the wrong drinks, and like our concerns didn't matter. Because of this experience, we won't be returning.

We went to bite into the sandwich and the egg was still frozen on both. Luckily we were going home so we had the ability to heat it up but we did have to wait. The coffee had good flavor and I would try another drink again but for the price of everything I didn't really feel like it was worth it. When ordering as well I asked the Barista about the flavor and which she preferred and she couldn't really give me a straight answer, maybe she didn't really know their products? I had never been there before so I was hoping for some guidance but was left a little empty.

I'm glad they are a stand that didn't ASK if I wanted to tip, that was a plus. I think this stand is only a one sided drive through, which wasn't an issue since I was the only one there at the moment. The location in the parking lot is a little cramped, someone zoomed around me while I was waiting for my lotus. I tried my drink and it just wasn't very good, she may have done the sour gummy worm flavor, which I'm not sure if that was sugar free or not. I glanced at their menu before hand and I can see that they carry just about everything I've seen every other coffee stand around here carries, so I wouldn't say they are very original. She has been going there recently in place of her "normal" coffee stand because she likes the flavor of her drink better at Bean Bags, even though it cost her $1 more. I ordered her drink and the barista, Jaylin, was explaining about how the cream separates and looks curdled. I didn't order anything with cream so I was very confused. I reiterated my order to make sure she got it correct. I got my drink and it was incorrect. I told her, kindly, that it was incorrect and she said "Jesus!" And she dumped the drink out in a very rough manner. She made another one and the manager handed it to me. I kindly stated that one was also incorrect and that my daughter cannot have carbonation and that's why I ordered it with plain water. The manager just said "oh, I'm sorry!" Never offered to remake it or anything, so I said "I guess I'll just have to pay $10 ($9 + $1 tip) for a drink I have to dump out. What a disappointment. I guess we won't be going there anymore.

Cool cafe with pretty mid food…read more The ambiance inside is really relaxing; plenty of comfortable seating with plenty of plants around to make a warm and inviting space. The cafe is attached to a store, but that doesn't really affect the cafe all that much. The tablecloths used have a tendency to slide around very easily. We got the tempe blt panini and tempeh Ruben panini with their fries. The fries and ketchup were the best tasting item. You can add extras to the sandwiches, but that gets pretty pricey pretty fast. I added on avocado for $2, which was left off my sandwich so be sure to check that your food is correct. They did give me a small cup of avocado when I went up to the front, but I unfortunately did not notice it was missing until I had already eaten half of my sandwich. The food itself was a bit greasy. Not too overwhelming, but enough that it affected the meal. The sandwiches are pretty small, but filling enough for a lunch sized portion. Beyond food, everything else is self service (water, napkins, utensils). Not bad unless you have limited mobility, then it will be difficult to maneuver around the tables to the small cramped corner that everything else is located. When a gentleman asked the staff if they would bring him a fork (needed assistance walking), the staff only pointed again where the utensils were located before walking away.
