As a designer, I appreciate that and enjoyed interacting with him. We later contracted them to do additional work at our property, give the positive experience we had with them. The only pity was that we previously hired another firm to do the plantings, which took weeks to complete, given they sent few men each day to do the work. Let me also say that when Mike Masone sat with us to plan out space and told me that the entire job would take under a week to complete, my first thought was "Yeah, right!! I'll be happy to have it done by the fall." This project entailed not only paving the yard with built in lighting, but also ripping out about 12 large trees, running a gas line, redoing my sprinklers in the back and front, replacing a very large area of grass, adding 13 bushes plus flowers, lining one side of the yard with small trees, enclosing the area under the stairs, paving the entire side of my house with concrete (after removing all the rocks), replacing a patch of missing stone on my house and building a stone BBQ area.....DONE IN 5 DAYS!!!!!! It's important for me to add that I am extremely fussy. This job was completed to PERFECTION. The gorgeous finished project was equally matched by the fabulous customer service. This entire team is prompt, patient, professional and these men literally work like machines!!! Mike went above and beyond in his attention to this job, answering every one of my questions and searching out the exact color and variety of every plant I wanted. The finished product is 100 times more beautiful than I could have even imagined. After getting proposals from 5 contractors, we decided to go with LIMC for the project. Tommy and his son came by twice to ensure the measurements are correct and their proposal is one of the most competitive in terms of pricing. I wanted to have a concrete base for the pavers because my previous patio was set on regular gravel base and had settled unevenly after just two years. The whole project took about two weeks from start to finish. Tommy's crew worked efficiently without cutting any corners. You can definitely tell that they are experienced with concrete and masonry. We decided to go with the Cambridge Toffee Onyx ledgestone pavers with Mocha Border. For the driveway, we went with graphite colored concrete with pavers circle and apron. The result was spectacular. I have gotten so many compliments from neighbors on my driveway. The blue stone stoops were excellent as well. In conclusion, Tommy and his men did a fantastic job with the patio, walkway, stoops and driveway. I highly recommend LIMC.

They suck you in with a competitive estimate in time and money and then once the project is underway you will continuously be told that they needed more of this and that so up goes the price and the finish date gets pushed back. Quality is average at best. After they were finished, it cost me a small fortune to have a reputable company fix their mistakes. They just don't care. There is much better quality out there for a much better price. Stay away.
