More like "Pair of crooks" Paragon pools on Main Street outside of the village of Huntington... been going there for years even went after last year when the woman said to me that because I bought chemicals from another place, exact quote except for the expletive "don't blame me if your $£€+! doesn't work " (she's been fired btw)... in any event been going there , know all the employees and they know me and we kid around about how hard it is to get the pool balance and then today after realizing I already had chemicals - that I already bought from them , my son went there and didn't double check, I called and I wanted money returned on the chemicals that we had just purchased within the last hour Well, low and behold I'm read the chapter & verse that says it is the policy to not take back any chemicals , so I called the store and told Tim that this is ridiculous , they know who I am , I've spent hundreds of dollars in chemicals and watched their trial and error, which I'm paying for and by the way they need to return the money. My son will be there in 10mins. I then get a call from the store manager, aaron, who says it's only $15. We don't return it And when I said yes you are. You're gonna return it. At which point he said great, "I'll return it. Don't come back " so basically I got thrown out of a store that I've been spending money at bc of convenience that's been been giving me bad service / advice from kids that don't look old enough to buy beer a blessing in disguise and a warning for everybody else who has a pool near Huntington NY .

I walked in and the aroma was breathtaking! I asked what the scent was and it was "Winter Forest" by Cow Harbor Candle Co. I bought one little candle to take home to NV. Burning the candle at home, I just couldn't get enough. They were out of Winter Forest, so I ordered an assortment of different scents from the same maker. Unfortunately, when they arrived a few were broken. I spoke to the owner, Jacquelyn, and she immediately replaced the broken candles at no charge, no questions whatsoever. They texted me when more Winter Forest was available. I order more of those too. I think I've gotten about 8 candles and I have to say that these are the BEST SCENTED CANDLES I've EVER had the pleasure to enjoy! Highly recommend this shop, the customer service is fantastic, and I hope to visit Huntington and Wit & Whim again next year. Also, wow has Huntington grown (well of course, in 50 years!) Gorgeous area. And, yes, I found my grandparents home. It's not the same, but I found it!! Ahhh, the childhood memories!!!

The two people working at the store were incredibly friendly and did such a wonderful job gift-wrapping the gifts I purchased and I picked up a bunch of business cards from local creators that I wanted to follow and see what else they have in store. A lot of the items don't have prices listed, so you do have to ask which was my only minor grievance. I will definitely make a few more trips here, especially for gifts, when the need arises.

An antique drive-in movie theater speaker that had been transformed into a Bluetooth speaker was what I bought. There are a ton of goodies in the store, and there are many more in the basement. For the brands that they carry, I would suggest shopping some where else as there is zero customer service at Just 4 the Home. The table I ordered was delivered and was missing the hardware to assemble it. The owner never follows up to tell me when the parts will be in and consistently pushes the problem onto the delivery company. Whenever I call to follow up, an update "'miraculously" just came in, and he assures me that the delivery company will be calling me to schedule the next delivery ( I am now on the 3rd try at getting it assembled..). Not once has he called to check in and update me on the status. In early February he had said the parts had been shipped but could not provide the tracking info. It has been one excuse after another. Shop somewhere else. The brands they carry are at plenty of other places and you can save yourself the headache.

When asked why I wasn't given this information in our original conversation, the sales person avoided my question. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the misinformation. Customer service is partly about setting reasonable expectations. They did not do this, and did not apologize for the delay.
