Accessibility could improve well they have lots of space for handicap parking. They don't have a…read morekickplate or a push plate to open the doors so if you were someone in a wheelchair or a walker by themselves, it's pretty hard to get inside. Luckily, other people will open the door for you when they see you struggling with it. However, I think they need to install proper doors for handicap persons wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, are very difficult to get inside the building without help.

I had a feeling it wasn't skeletal and more tendon, muscular based and expressed that to the dr. He began to bend my hand in a bunch of different ways and asked me if it hurt if I moved it this way... or this way... etc. I said yes, like I said before I am in pain. I begin to tell him how this is very concerning because my career is a massage therapist and I need to get to the bottom of this situation as it is my only income to provide for my family. I asked him what the protruding bump could possibly be and he began to be short with me. He said it could be a number of different things But that he wasn't sure. So no diagnosis. He told me he could write me a prescription for ibuprofen or I could just go across the street at CVS and buy some. After he responded I felt uncomfortable. I was taken back by his bedside manner and wording so I said no thank you, I have ibuprofen at home and have been taking it. It just isn't working very well. I asked if I should get additional imaging and he said that he would like me to start physical therapy first. He wrote me a referral to an occupational therapist for my hand and said that they would be calling me to set up an appt. I wait for five days, and don't hear anything from the physical therapist office. I called dignity health and they couldn't even find the referral and apparently it was never sent over. Very unprofessional. I'm not able to get into the physical therapist for three weeks and when I do see her, she gives me a list of exercises to do and schedules me four weeks out. Now it's the end of July and I go back in to dignity health to see if they could write me a referral for an MRI because the occupational therapy is making it worse, I'm in excruciating pain and the bump has grown in size. The nurse came in, looked at my wrist and said oh no I'm so sorry you're in pain, I'll write you a referral for a hand specialist. Still no referral for an MRI. So now I'm in debt $400+ dollars on these two dignity health appts, and they want to send me to another doctor that will charge me for an appt to give me a referral for an MRI that I had asked for from the very beginning. I feel like I have been pushed in circles in the health care system and no one truly wants to help heal you. Very disappointed and will not be returning with any of my family members or self ever again. I left again feeling like I got no diagnosis, and no help for the pain that I've been in.

She makes me feel heard, she's very patient, kind and really cares. She got to the bottom of every symptom I have ever had.
