    I would lean more toward a 3.5. The staff was very friendly, starting with the security at the door to everyone inside. The selection is not as vast as some dispensaries. The prices seemed a bit higher than others as well. I really appreciate when dispensaries include tax in the displayed price, but they do not. This place is not bad, just middle of the road. I would suggest signing up for their emails to get in on the sales. I was able to take advantage of 25% off on my favorite gummies. I would probably only visit to take advantage of their sales.

    Always an amazing experience when coming to this specific coastal. The security is friendly and always has a smile. I'm very thankful for your employee Sierra, she's very helpful and kind with assistance on the products sold here. Will definitely come back, thank you guys for being a quality example of excellent customer service.

    Service, selection and value are very competitive. The location in a small shopping center with a Safeway is an added bonus.

    I have been a regular customer at this dispensary since the day they opened because I live right…read moredown the street. I previously posted a 5-star review to support a delivery driver for an internal work incentive, but I have completely removed it now. This single experience was so terrible that I will never step foot inside this location again. I purchased an electronic rig (a Riddles Capsule) that was completely defective and wasted my concentrate. On Thursday June 11th 2026, I called for an exchange or refund. The sweet employee who answered asked for the purchase details, so I told her it was my boyfriend who actually came in for me and had her look up his account. She pulled up his profile and explicitly said, "Oh, I don't see anything here, just give me--oh, never mind! I see it right there. Hold on for a moment and let me get my manager to process this return." When she picked back up, she said, "I'm so sorry, but unfortunately, our manager says you cannot return the device due to 'health concerns' since you had already put your mouth on it and used it." Obviously, you can't know a device is broken without trying it. When I pushed back, the employee offered to transfer me to the manager. The manager got on the line with a major attitude, doubling down on the lie. When I asked how else to test it, she lost her temper, dropped the health excuse, and flat-out accused us of scamming: "I can't find that transaction anywhere. You didn't come here and purchase that item." She started getting loud with me and being extremely disrespectful, then went into saying she was transferring me to the owner, so I hung up the phone on her. I thoroughly wiped the device down before getting in the car with my boyfriend, grabbed the receipt, and we went straight to the store. Inside, the front cashier immediately stated she didn't have the authority to process hardware returns and needed to call a manager. This double-confirmed what the employee on the phone said--only management can handle it. Yet, the manager left us waiting for 25 minutes as if to avoid us. When she finally emerged, her name tag and lanyard were missing. She was a light-skinned woman of average height, brown eyes, false lashes, a high ponytail, wearing a tank top and a pink tennis skirt. We instantly recognized her voice. Her first words were, "So I checked the cameras and we have cameras on all four sides, and I could see that your boyfriend never made that purchase here." After some back-and-forth, I asked her to look at his full account history. She turned the iPad around herself, and boom--the transaction was sitting right there on the screen, directly beneath the one she was staring at. My boyfriend had accidentally put the concentrate receipt in the box instead of the device receipt (which only shows an ATM withdrawal total anyway). Instead of asking us to bring it in to look it up together like a professional, she chose to get loud with us and falsely accuse us over the phone. When I told her, "Yeah, I don't lie," she froze, trapped in her own mess, and snapped, "Do you want me to help you or not?" I told her I deserved an apology, and she suddenly claimed IT WASN'T HER ON THE PHONE and denied being the manager altogether! Her lie makes zero sense--why check the cameras before even speaking to us if she didn't know exactly who we were from the call? Plus, both of her employees openly stated that only a manager can process returns and exchanges. She finally completed the exchange, and I told her straight to her face, "It's okay, I get that it's embarrassing to be very wrong like that." The replacement works perfectly, proving the first was broken. This manager's behavior was completely toxic. They just permanently lost a loyal customer.

My issue is specifically with the woman at the front desk. Every single time I come in, she has an attitude with me. I honestly don't know what I've done to rub her the wrong way, but I've always walked in in a good mood, ready to spend my money. Today was the last straw. I walked up to the front desk and nobody was there, so I stood and waited for about two minutes. I went ahead and scanned my ID while I waited. When she came back, I simply let her know I had already taken care of it -- and that's when she snapped at me with *"It doesn't work that way -- you don't work here"* in the rudest tone possible. It wasn't what she said, it was HOW she said it -- like she was disgusted to be talking to me. I understand busy days happen. But there are too many dispensaries in this area to be treated like an inconvenience just for walking through the door. I hope management takes a look at the front desk experience, because the rest of the team deserves better representation than this.

I received a defective product and followed the store's 7-day return policy exactly, including bringing back the packaging and receipt. The store refused to exchange it after briefly testing it and instead suggested I buy a new battery. I did, and the cartridge still does not work. When I tried to escalate the issue, I was denied help and labeled "problematic," which is not accurate. A previous issue I had with this business involved a cartridge malfunction that raised safety concerns, it blew up ! Shattered while medicating !! so this pattern is concerning. Despite following their instructions and making additional purchases, I was left with a defective, unusable product and no resolution. This experience reflects very poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I have submitted a formal complaint with the California Department of cannabis control ....and corporate office!!
