But I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to this place. It looks like a nice enough service station but I was only there for a minute. The reason I'm going out of my way to recommend it is that they actually took nineteen (!!) Sacagawea dollars off my hands when I went to pay for gas that I wouldn't have been able to get rid of otherwise, seeing as I was on my way back to Canada. Seriously. If that's not a minor miracle, I don't know what is. As an aside, don't ask what I was doing with nineteen Sacagawea dollars. Needless to say, I'm a bit of an idiot. The gas pumps are a little scary if you're using your credit card. This place had really clean restrooms and pretty friendly staff. Even the food and drinks were not too expensive either so overall this place is worth a stop especially if you're heading to the beach. Even a great spot to go to after picking up your fireworks for the Fourth of July or any reason.

They have a Subway and a McDonalds and Pilot has some hot food offerings near the register (pizza, chicken, potato wedges, sides, etc). Pilot has a deal where you can get two slices of pizza and a 20oz. Pepsi for $8. Not too bad when two people need a snack and one of them prefers coffee over soda. The lady at the register said we could use the bigger fountain cups, but it would cost more. That seemed acceptable. When we went to pay, it was over $15 for three slushies!!! I'm not lying! I was shocked. I would've walked away, but I am pregnant and craving a slushie, and I can't tolerate being in a car for long. I will NEVER come back to this station.
