I would put 0 if I could. We hired these guys back in January to take over our pest care at 4…read moreproperties. We have NEVER gotten more complaints. Initially it was just a few, but then around March we got a bunch and asked for retreatment. That is when the excuses started. Instead of acknowledging the chemicals should be strong enough to last 3 months, we got told that we needed a monthly or bimonthly treatment instead (in 7 years of owning these properties they have never needed more than quarterly treatments), which of course was more costly. When the retreatment was completed they recommended a couple repairs to help prevent bugs getting in which we completed. We then started getting complaints at the other properties as well. These had no recommended repairs and instead we just kept getting excuses and told to upgrade our account to pay them more. Then after our 2nd quarterly treatment in April the wheels fell off. Nonstop complaints at multiple locations. They then started making excuses claiming they are a small family company and cannot commute to our properties (didn't stop them from quoting and taking my money mind you), and started blaming me claiming that the repairs we had already completed at 1 location somehow explained the nonstop complaints at 3 of the 4 locations they treat. They then cancelled the contracts and refused to come out and retreat the properties we had already paid for through the rest of the quarter, violating the agreement we had, and continued to insist I pay them more money for them to retreat. We now have a roach problem that we are going to have to have another company fix, after just 6 months of using these SCAMMERS. Use ANYBODY ELSE

This includes 1) pieces of metal and nails in my gutters 2) holes in my roof and flashing from when they nailed down the cage and didn't patch and I have had water leakage that in order to fix involved replacing some shingles and flashing. Additionally they never came around to treat the attic and to check the rat traps. The owner also wanted all payment up front and DID NOT come by to inspect any work. He sent two kids that were clearly not licensed or trained in anything related to this job. This was BY FAR the worst service I have had by any Houston company. Please stay far away from this company.

As the highest rated pest control business in the city, I had high expectations for their service…read morebased on their online reputation. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

They did an excellent job! Pam had come alone previously and tried to do this job by herself but really needed an additional hand moving the washer and dryer. Armando had also come previously to help set traps and seal weep holes . Both of these technicians and the other team member , Ian, did an exceptional job helping get rid of the rats! We are very happy with the service we received from all of them !! Highly recommend them and Biotech!!

Paid 59$ for this - for nothing. I called wildescapes. Matthew said "I'm gonna come put a one-way trap up there, seal all but the trap and I'm gonna do it right now" The squirrel was gone by the afternoon. I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would've been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he's sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it's too late now. She said they could send a more experience technician. Then why did you send that one to begin with? Don't waste your money- call Matthew.
