I am very allergenic to mosquitoes and bought a home with a huge yard and wanted to be able to get out in it without winding up with tons of mosquito bites. They came out, on time, did what they promised, at a very reasonable price (less than others I interviewed) and I have been able to enjoy my yard, even with the recent rain, and haven't been Bitten and it's been a month. He was at first extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We scheduled with him the next day to come by and take measurements, then to start the actual project 3 days later. My husband arranged to meet him at the property for the measurements while the tenants were out of the house. The appointment was for 2:00. At 2:45, he had not shown up, had not contacted us, and calls were going straight to voicemail. I called him from my phone, and he answered right away (which confirmed our suspicion that he blocked my husband's number). I explained we had been waiting for him for 45 minutes, and he said that after running numbers he's just not going to be able to do it. I can totally understand having to turn down a project, but intentionally ignoring phone calls and standing up a scheduled appointment for 45+ minutes was extremely unprofessional. A simple call or text prior to the scheduled appointment time explaining that he wasn't going to be able to make it or complete the job would have been perfectly acceptable and understandable. After reading other reviews, this sounds like his typical behavior.

That means a lot to me. You don't get customer service like that very often anymore. One thing I knew I wanted was a termite preventative. I called several companies to ask an estimate of what it would cost, and they all wanted to come take measurements. I just needed a ballpark figure to see if we could afford it. Chris was the only one willing to give me a general idea of how much it might cost. He went through all of my options, and we decided on a monitoring system. He quoted me an amount, and when they came out to install it, it was actually less than the amount he quoted. Both the quote and actual amount were very reasonable. I was curious about mosquito treatments. He explained to me what they did, how long they worked for, and the price. I asked a lot of other questions on my first call. Chris was very patient, gave thorough explanations, and really cared that I understood. I didn't feel rushed to get off the phone. He would have talked to me for an hour if I wanted to. We also used him for our normal pest control, and it has been very effective. When we moved into our house we had big roaches, and after he sprayed they were gone. We have a dog and we are very particular about the chemicals and smells he is around. Chris assured me the sprays were pet safe, and explained we could keep him out of the house while it was sprayed and dried.
